Our stay at the house was amazing… we traveled as a family, a group of 10, and the house has everything you need to have a good time. The spaces are comfortable, clean, spacious and welcoming... The location is excellent because you can walk to very nice beaches. The host was always attentive to making sure we had everything we needed and was responsive to our needs. We would definitely return!!!

I went with friends. We were very comfortable and had a great time. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was super well equipped, the pool was great. Everything was very good!

This is the second time we have stayed at Fernando's house, and again we are delighted with the house, the view, the cleanliness, and the attention he gave us the entire time. If you are looking for a house that has everything you need to have a comfortable time with your family, choose this house. In addition, it has beautiful views and the pool allows you to have family time while you barbecue. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it!!!!

Everything was beyond amazing!

It's a beautiful house, the photos don't do it enough justice, the condition of the house is impeccable, everything is very clean and tidy, with a super well-equipped kitchen, it has everything you need. Jesus is a very friendly person. We are very grateful for all his support, since we requested several additional things and he always responded to us in the best way. The only drawback was that we could not use the pool since the weather did not allow it and it does not have heating. The subdivision is very safe and private, very close to the boardwalk and a few minutes drive from all the nearby restaurants. In general, an excellent stay. Of 👌 course, I highly recommend this house and I would definitely come back.

My family and I had such a great amazing time in LaPaz and truly loved our Airbnb. All truly exceded our expectations. and our host was very friendly attentive and helped make our trip very enjoyable. We would definitely rebook.

Jesus has a spacious luxury home in a gated upscale La Paz neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood well located with good views of the bay and coast. Extremely well furnished, particularly the kitchen. There are large outdoor patios which makes for a peaceful morning or cocktails on a lovely evening. Tennis courts are close by plus a neighboring first class golf course. La playa is a short walk. Most importantly he was quick to respond to every need or question! Just two minor drawbacks worth noting: like most towns in Mexico the tap water is not safe to drink so Jesus has a large pure water dispenser. He probably should note this on his listing or post a note in the home to this effect. Also the outdoor pool is located in a spot that gets virtually no sun. Since the pool is not heated it was not comfortable to use, even in November with 85 degree days. All in all I would definitely rent this home again.

It was an incredible experience. Very good service and the house is very father and ideal to be with friends.

We spent 5 nights there very pleasant, Jesus was very attentive to every requirement that I came to have in particular, we had a detail with the weather, when I arrived it felt something warm but Jesus came quickly there with a technician and afterwards we were very cold 😝 During the stay they showed up 3 times to clean the pool, a cleaning person also came, in general everything was very good! We were 9 people there enjoying every corner of the house. Surely we'll be back. 🫶🏻🐟🧜‍♀️⛱️

We spent some incredible days in the stay; very comfortable, with large spaces and with all the necessary equipment. Jesús was an extremely attentive and kind host, always with the best attitude, and we appreciate that very much. We enjoyed all the activities that can be done at the house and in the surrounding area: swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, pickleball and tennis, going to the beach, going on a boat. We hope to come back! ✨

We had an amazing experience at Jesús's property in La Paz. From the beginning, Jesús was extremely attentive and was always available for anything we needed. We felt very well received throughout our stay. The property is exceptional, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and spacious areas that are perfect for spending time with your guests. We're already looking forward to returning! Don't hesitate to book with him. You won't regret it.

Jesus was a great host and his house is incredible. It's close enough to walk to the Malecon but also far enough away to have peace and quiet. The house is located in a gated community with a golf course and tennis courts where you can go play if you bring your own rackets or rent them. La Concha beach is right across the street. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with great views of the ocean and the sunset. The backyard has everything, including a swimming pool and a grill. The photos on Airbnb don't do the house justice. The property is even better than described. My family and I enjoyed our stay in La Paz and Jesus' house had a lot to do with it. We couldn't have asked for a better host and house during our visit. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home and location in a gated community. We had a great time in La Paz, the diving was great and the home was perfect for quiet relaxation. Jesus was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful home with a view of the water. The furniture was in great condition. We had enough towels for the entire family and the hosts provided a bottle of wine and chocolates upon entrance which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, very clean and the facilities are well maintained and very adequate. We had a problem with the TV in one room and there was a very quick response and they changed it for us as soon as possible. In general, it is only worth mentioning that it is a very nice house, the area is central and has the best views of La Paz. The service was great. Our stay was one of the best renting an Airbnb.

Place was amazing and with a beautiful view. Beach Balandra is only 18 min away from the house. Jesus was always making sure our family were ok and if there was anything we needed. He was quick to respond to questions. The pool is a great size for a family. The location of the home is great. The guards were always super nice when entering the house neighborhood. Will visit one day again and stay at Jesus house. Thank you for everything Jesus.

Excellent place to spend a few days with family and enjoy the beautiful view it offers. The house has all kinds of amenities, it is very clean and my children loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok, I lost my phone and had to communicate via email and his response was quick. The Pedregal neighborhood was great, secure and close to all the beaches and short drive to the malecon. The house was absolutely gorgeous, roomy and very comfortable. The views were fantastic and got to enjoy the incredible sunsets from the upstairs patio...I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit La Paz. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Excellent stay, an incredible view, the best place to get to in La Paz.

The house is confortable, beautiful and safe in a private neighborhood, 5-10 minute drive from the Malecón, 3 minutes away from Puerta Cortes and 10 minutes away from Pichilingue Beach. Very well located. The kitchen is very well equipped and ample. The rooms are big and comfy. Jesus was a kind host who kept constantly in touch. Oh, and the terrace has a fantastic view. Overall a perfect place to stay
