It was amazing. The house is wonderful. We were really fascinated. It's a tourist destination, and everyone on the island knows the house. The decor is beautiful. It's very comfortable. We took some divine pictures. The pool is lovely. Highly recommended!!!

I had the most AMAZING bachelorette trip with my friends staying at the shell house. We got the most iconic photos we’ve ever taken in our lives, lol! & we had the best time here! Perfect set up for 5-6 people with everyone having plenty of room to hangout and get ready and come together for group setting too. Very walkable to super cute coffee shops and bars but also affordable taxi rides or golf cart rentals to get anywhere on island. Miss Vanessa was so friendly and greeted us at the gate, gave us the grand tour and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us stocked on filtered water. :) I am so grateful I found this place!! Mexican Mamma Mia bachelorette girls trip of my dreams!!!! 🐚🤍🥰✨🌊

The house is even better than the pictures, absolutely gorgeous! Ms Vanessa assisted us in arrival and helped us try and locate an item we lost at the taxi, can’t wait to return again someday!

Nice place. Two bedrooms with a nice view. The other one is a little hidden. There is a nice garden. Very friendly welcome. Nice and decent people. The necessary details were taken care of quickly. Thank you, Vanesa, and your mom is very nice.

Staying at Casa Caracol is such a fun experience. We stayed in all three shells and they are all perfectly clean and spacious .Each shell has everything you need. The grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and trees and plants. Nice outdoor seating areas. The pool is sparkling clean and the temperature is perfect. Our host Vanessa was so nice and helpful. She was never a bother, but always there if we needed her and would go out of her way to help with anything. She is truly a kind person. I would 100% recommend this property for anybody wanting to have a unique and amazing stay in Isla Mujeres.

The home was beautiful and unique. Location is away from all the hectic bustle of the north side but close to enough to everything via golf cart. We also used Taste of Isla for our private chef and were very satisfied. The iguana’s on property are great to hang out with by the pool. Overall, it was a great family experience!

Vanessa was incredible. She was responsive, and made the entire stay feel effortless. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. Her attention to detail and hospitality stood out, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area.

I went to the Seashell House for my 48th birthday! I saw a photo of it online and it was calling me to go to it. I went alone so I had a lot of space to myself which felt luxurious! I jumped in the pool with a dress for a photo shoot, used the hot tub and laid in the bed outside. The design is very creative, magical and welcoming. I am not even into seashells but the design was so out of the box, I just had to come see it. The host’s communication was responsive and kind and Vanessa who met me there to check me in was very friendly. It’s an expensive stay but well worth it. I highly recommend. Also, you can walk to a rooftop bar at Impressions and go to Loretta’s restaurant that has a heated pool, restaurant and free kayaks and patter boards. I walked there both days and had a blast!
