It is a very comfortable accommodation, with fans in each space and excellent for events at the racetrack, very clean and pleasant, José with a very good vibe and attentive at all times, I highly recommend it

Great place, close to the racetrack and easy to get to. Very clean and with all the amenities described. We slept very well.

The house, cleanliness and location are excellent. The hosts were super attentive and friendly, they helped us and guided us all the time. We would definitely stay with them again

Sheets on all the beds and comforting should be changed every time a guest stays the room with 3 beds the sheets pillows and comforting smells bad!! Place should have air conditioners no just selling fans, room with 3 beds fan keep turning off so we had to open the windows as well as the front door, place is in a ok location, can’t sleep at night due to the noise of the road with cats beeping ALL THE TIME. Left the place as clean as possible and we were accused by 2 women that people smoked in the bathroom which no one did, they were always outside.

DEAR GUEST, WE VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCES WE ARE READING, I TELL YOU THAT EVERY TIME THERE IS A NEW RESERVATION, ALL THE SHEETS AND BEDSPREADS ARE WASHED AND THE PILLOWS ARE WASHED, FURTHERMORE, A PROCESS OF SANITIZATION AND TOTAL CLEANING IS CARRIED OUT IN THE DEPARTMENT, IN YOUR VERY PARTICULAR CASE WE HAD TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS AS THEY LEFT THEM VERY DIRTY AND FULL OF MAKEUP, SO WE COULD NOT KEEP THEM OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE NEW RESERVATIONS. IN THE SAME WAY THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE TOWELS THEY USED SINCE THEY HAD A PENETRATING SMELL QUITE ANNOYING WITH WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE NEW TOWELS ALSO, WE REGRET YOUR HASSLE FOR HAVING REQUESTED NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY, THIS IS DONE BECAUSE CIGARETTE BUTTS WERE FOUND IN ONE OF THE BATHROOMS, AND WE DO IT FOR THE SAFETY AND RESPECT OF THE GUEST ON THE NEXT RESERVATION, SINCE THE LISTING RULES MUST BE RESPECTED. LIKEWISE, WE APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK, SO WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK TO ALWAYS IMPROVE GUEST EXPERIENCES. IN ANY CASE, WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PREFERENCE

The place is perfect if you plan to go to an event at the racetrack. The host was always attentive and it was a very nice stay. 100% recommended!

The house is very well located, the facilities are in good condition and with good cleanliness. It has all the amenities advertised. Jose Roberto and his family were very attentive during our stay and always kept in touch before and during the stay.

A very clean and comfortable house, ideal for several people. The location is very good, there are activities in the area, as it is close to where concerts and other events are held. The host was very kind.
