I chose this Airbnb largely because it had an elevator, which was important since I was traveling with my elderly father who has mobility issues. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay. I reported the issue immediately, but I felt my concerns were initially dismissed instead of being addressed promptly even with video proof of the issue. There was also a strong sewage smell inside the apartment and directly outside the unit throughout our stay, which made the space uncomfortable to enjoy. On the third day, there was no hot water, leaving us unable to take a proper shower. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, the combination of a non-functioning elevator, persistent sewage odor, and lack of hot water significantly impacted our stay. I hope these problems are resolved for future guests, but based on our experience, the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

Remy was an excellent host and very responsive! We decided late one night to hire a driver for the morning to go to La Grutas Tolantongo for a 14 hour day. Not only did Remy respond quickly but he made it very easy to provide payment, arrange the driver, and follow up. The driver was pleasant and I would highly recommend them too! We were very grateful for our experience in CDMX and this AirBNB is located around so many walkable restaurants and bars!

Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Lovely balcony and lots of windows - great for watching the thunderstorm that rolled through one night! Good restaurants and parks to walk nearby. Super clean bedrooms and a great shower!

The location was alright- walking distance to restaurants and shops, but being on the main avenue, the street noise was unbearable and the curtains don’t close all the way, so the street lights were right in our eyes the entire night. That’s not the worst part though- there was a plumbing issue from the moment we arrived. A putrid smell seeped up from the drains and lingered the entire time we were there. We know the hosts are aware of it because the windows were cracked and the shower drain was covered so that it could slow the seeping. They sent a plumber twice without resolving the issue and even had the gall to ask if they could send their gardener while our belongings were in the apartment unattended (🚩🚩🚩) when we said that they could come when we were in the apartment, suddenly it was not so urgent. The smell was never remedied and we ended up checking out early. They’re slow to respond and their support staff had us waiting in the apartment w/out notifying us they would be late

Had a wonderful stay here with my friends to celebrate my pre-wedding engagement. Good space for sharing, great location and super responsive and helpful hosts. Only things to be aware of is that water pressure for bathroom and showers are not the best. The place has beautiful large windows to enjoy the green space but the same windows also let in a lot of loud city noises. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Location is great. Can walk to park in 5mins near chill but swanky hippodroma area. Tons of amazing Condesa restaurants near by and wine bars. Not far from Roma Norte or Roma sur so location is very very good. Super cozy beds. Bery comfortable. Be aware it is a busy street so may be some city noise which didnt bother me. Showers last couple days had no hot water were my only major issue other than that it was enjoyable. Big balcony, old wooden floors that make noise but in a charming way. Great location

The hosts were responsive and provided baby amenities, which we appreciated. However, the squeaky floorboards were noticeable and somewhat distracting. The space could use some aesthetic updates, as it did not fully match the expectations set by the listing photos.

We had a great time staying at Remy’s location. The location is perfect. The living space and bedrooms were great for our group of six. The host was very responsive and helped us with local recommendations and transportation. I give the property four stars because the bathrooms could use some updating.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was stylish, spacious, and had everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect- close to so many things and amazing restaurants. The hosts were fantastic and even responded immediately when I asked for recommendations for a birthday dinner and it was one of our favorite meals! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros: -great location, felt safe and lots to do -surrounding restaurants were so good but pricey -easy uber pick up and drop off -apartment itself was really nice and modern -beds were extremely comfortable -responsive and helpful hosts -shower water pressure is awesome -no AC but it didn’t feel hot at all Cons: -they charge per guest and if someone doesn’t come they won’t change the price so make sure you know for sure how many people will be coming -the elevator didn’t work well so we had to go up 3 flights of stairs with 3 luggages -place wasn’t cleaned well, i stepped on an fake eyelashes and there was a small cockroach on the bed no big deal for us as I disposed of it -the place was not worth the price. I paid almost $500 for 2 nights. you can find much cheaper in other areas that are just as nice -if you’re in the master bedroom be prepared to hear lots of noise late night and early mornings (if you’re from a city this won’t matter to you)

The apartment's location is great. In general, it is spacious and its social areas allow enjoyment by groups. However, the apartment needs maintenance, especially on its floors, furniture and bathrooms. Due to the poor condition of the bathroom furniture and the stains on the walls, it seems that they were not clean. This happens in some other areas of the apartment. One of the showers has a problem with the water temperature setting (it only comes out boiling or freezing) and makes a rather annoying noise (it seems like the pipe is going to break). Additionally, on two occasions we found doors open: the first one, when checking in (the entrance door to the apartment was open) and another during our stay (this time, the door of the building). This did not help the feeling of security. It is a good apartment but its current condition is not reflected in the photos and it needs maintenance.

Amazing stay with a great view. It has everything you need when it comes to doing a short or long stay. This place is located around a lot of walkable restaurants, stores, and attractions. It is also very spacious and owner gave clear instructions on rules. Definitely recommend.

We were disappointed with the loud noise from the street traffic you could hear all day long. Also light from the street shined into the apartment. Lastly you could smell the food from the restaurant below. All this made the apartment not a restful environment. We would not recommend it. Yes the location is great.

Jorge could not have been a better host while we were staying at the apartment. He was so helpful with recommendations in the area; was always quick to respond to any questions/requests that we had; met us at the apartment when we checked in and helped to schedule transportation for us to and from the airport. I was pleasantly surprised with his level of communication and willingness to offer any help we needed. He provided an extended list of recommendations before we arrived which was helpful for our planning. We loved the location of the apartment, the natural light from all of the windows, and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a great stay! The apartment is lovely and well-located. The staff was incredibly responsive to messages. Kitchen was nicely stocked- we were able to cook breakfasts and several dinners without issue. Most of all, we loved having great water pressure and plumbing, and a reverse osmosis water filter for easy clean drinking water. There was some street noise, but we weren’t bothered by it (didn’t need to use earplugs) despite being fairly light sleepers

I stayed here with 5 friends for a week and it was great! Easy to get in, beds were comfortable, good layout, large space, central location, washer & dryer in the unit, and the hosts reached out regularly to ask if we needed anything. Would stay here again.

It was a cute place! No complaints really! I will say in the photos the space looked more modern but feels a little old inside (creaky floors etc) but it was cozy and clean for our stay. The walk in floor shower was also kind of frustrating because the water goes everywhere I would consider putting something at end of the shower like a border so it doesn’t make the whole floor wet. The beds were cozy and appreciated the heaters that came in each room! The host also communicated very well and fast!

The location was great, in the heart of the Conseud area, so it was easy to get out, several parks nearby, living in the greenery, it was a pleasure to go out for a morning run every day.The communication with the host was smooth, the check-in information was clear, the items were complete, the washer and dryer were supposed to be commercial and very quiet.The bedding was so comfortable that we slept really well every day

This place is freaking amazing. The interior design and spaces are beyond what I have ever dreamt of having lol. I wish one day I can purchase an exact apartment like this. Clean, well centered with so many things to do and places to visit. I highly recommend this place.

A very well located place in a wonderful city. Basically, you walk out the gate and a couple of steps away you start to find restaurants, convenience stores and several other services. It is located on a main street where you will experience the city! They were always very helpful and responsive to us. When we entered, we found the place as seen in the photos and very well equipped. Thank you very much. It was a great time with the family!

These are nice people , professionally run. Great service. Responded quickly to serious plumbing issue and lighting issue , within a day to electrical issue. The decor is nice but the place is very loud , lots of street noise. Needs privacy curtains in main area of space and could use some upgrades the floor is very noisy for example and subfloor needs to be replaced in certain areas is squishy This airbnb in this price range needs to be updated to a higher standard in my opinion to justify the price . Their photos are excellent online but in my opinion the quality underlying needs to be upgraded.

Had an amazing stay here with my girlfriend and friends. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do and was nicely sized with comfy beds. The fans were great at cooling down the bedrooms and the balcony added a great touch! We loved everything, the only comment we wanted to add was that we were expecting the bigger bathroom to be attached to the master bedroom but it was not. Small inconvenience, but perfect for our group's needs besides that!

This place was a 10/10! It is large, beautifully decorated, and right in the center of a great walkable neighborhood. There are plenty of parks, restaurants, and shops right outside the front door! Inside, the home is very stylish with a cool mix of vintage, Asian, and Mexican design that makes you feel right at home. The washer and dryer came to be very handy as we stayed a week and were four people. The unit is spacious and comfortable, allowing us to integrate into the city easily. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms worked well, it was very convenient having two bathrooms. The balcony was picturesque and spanned the entire width of the unit, draped in string lights, it was the perfect place to take a picture. Although you are off a semi-main road, it does not feel like it because you are two stories high and surrounded by mature trees. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows that also include huge windows with tree views. Would definitely stay here again and again!

I went to visit from Houston for the Astros game and this was the perfect location. It was in the center of everything we had planned for trip and only 25-30 minutes away from the airport. The way they decorated the apartment is so cute and everything was clean. The only thing I didn't like was no central AC however they do have fans throughout the entire unit which helped keeping it cool.

We loved this airbnb! The best location I think there ever was. Spacious apartment that accomodated our family well - we are 2 adults and 3 kids. There is no air conditioning but I think that is typical for CDMX and the nights do cool down so along with the fan, you'll be fine. The pipes in the shower do make a harrowing noise but again -- everything is fine and there is plenty of hot water. Yes there's some street noise and a street lamp outside the main bedroom, so if that sort of thing impacts you, be sure to bring a good eye mask and ear plugs. But it was not really a huge deal. Great living and dining spaces and again -- the location and neighborhood is a 10/10. We ubered everywhere except when wanted to dine in the neighborhood and it was super easy. Just a great place and the hosts were very responsive!

The apartment is very nice and even bigger in person, it has very nice spaces I liked the theme of the apartment and if you want to stay many people it is the perfect apartment The only observations I would give would be that one to one of the rooms gets a food smell since there is a restaurant down but if they leave a good automatic flavoring it wouldn't open any problems, the only bad thing I see is that there is no parking :(

Solid location. Surrounding area is nice. The place looks a littleee better in pictures but that’s to be expected. The hosts were great and very responsive. Caution if you’re an American- cops forced us to pay a $500 fine for having a beer in our hands. Just a few hours after another cop told us it was okay to walk with drinks… Not very American friendly sadly.

Great location. Very nice place. No complains except for minor details. Dirty shower head in the main bathroom. Incorrect keys were given when we were checking in and we couldn’t access the building until someone opened the door. We arrived after check in time at 4:30 and they were still cleaning the place. Besides this, the stay was great and the hosts were very responsive the whole time. We stayed with our 10-month old and they set up the crib with blankets and a stuffed animal which was a nice touch.
