Thanks, Sherria,  for taking the time to give such a detailed review, with lots of helpful info.   I'm sorry there were so many "issues" that interfered with the enjoyment you were hoping for.  We were aware of some of these needs.  Others, like the AC breaking (It was installed new just a few months ago,) and a fan blade flying off (who ever heard of THAT?!?) and the leaking pipe (leaks can occur in any house any time, and always without warning) are just part of the game, no matter where you go, or how much you spend.  We are already  working with Maria to get the "issues" corrected, and we will keep your list.  When we get back there in early November, we will make sure ALL of the items you mentioned are corrected.  Thanks especially for being so gracious and discrete in your public review.  If you are traveling in the Samara area again in the future, check us out.  I'm sure that by then, you'll see some very positive reviews!
