It was great, just what we expected

Our stay in this house was excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. Communication with Sergio was excellent. He helped us with everything we needed and also guided us with local recommendations for Sayulita and Guayabitos. The impeccable service and the facilities are the same as those published. It is definitely a super comfortable place to stay: there were 9 of us and everything was adequate for a pleasant stay for everyone. We would gladly stay there again.

An excellent house to spend a good vacation. The pool is very nice and although it is not heated, it is not necessary and the water is always clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The garden is excellent. A 100% recommended house with a good location.

A great place to visit Sayulita. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The pool is a very good size and at a pleasant temperature, excellent for spending the day or a relaxing afternoon after a day at the beach. The host is always attentive and provides very good recommendations for beaches and restaurants. In addition, we were very surprised with a welcome touch.

Excellent place!! We are already planning our return. Thank you for the amenities; the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was just as shown, clean, and with warm water. It was one of the reasons I decided to rent this house, and it was a great choice. My family enjoyed the garden and the pool the most, and so did my dachshund. Everything is very close on foot, even the beaches. What I enjoyed the most were the walks around the town. Thank you, Sergio, you are a great co-host!!!

Emmanuel’s place was a great spot to stay on our first visit to Sayulita. With a short walk to the beach and the town, it was in a greta location. The house was beautiful with many amenities, and Sergio was incredibly responsive with any questions we needed answered. I would highly recommend staying here and am looking forward to coming back!

This place looks better in person. The pool is always a good temperature and the rooms are huge! Loved it

I liked the privacy. It’s not right down town so it’s a bit quieter in that aspect but still very walkable. Very spacious, beautiful yard and the pool was fantastic.

The place was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here, wish we could stay longer. Rooms looked even better than on the pictures. Pool was enjoyed by the kids and the adults. Big backyard to play or for the kids to run around. Iguanas marching on top of the fence every morning :) Far enough from the party noise. Street noise can be sometimes a bit loud in the bedrooms facing the street. We highly recommend staying here if you don t mind the short drive or 10-15min walk to the beach!

We spent two nights with the whole family at home Amma. Sergio's attention was excellent, always attentive. We really like the house, the rooms are very spacious as well as the dining room and the kitchen. The terrace and pool area is very comfortable. Also the water in the pool was very clean and heated. This home was excellent for a larger group of people 15 minute walk from the Sayulita beach and the town with all the restaurants. Also short drive to San Pancho from there. Very spacious. We're a big family and were able to spend a lot of quality time. The only thing that I wish I knew about is that particularly for the rooms upstairs,the noise from the street during the night is unbearable (motorcycles, people blasting music, people yelling) I had to buy ear plugs on the second day. With the earplugs I managed but just keep that in mind. FYI I'm really not a light sleeper. Besides that the place was amazing and the host was super responsive and helpful when needed.

Excellent accommodation. It has what the description shows. The place is very clean, the gardens are beautiful, the pool is very comfortable and communication with the host was constant and clear. We had a great time!

Very nice house, good facilities, although some noise at night because it's on the main avenue, but clean and tidy. I would only suggest checking the lamps, some did not work at all (LED) for example the one in the dining room, the one in the bedroom below, and one above, sometimes it worked well and sometimes not, but a minor thing. The 10 adults had a very good and comfortable time. The barbecue was very useful for meat and it is very likely that we will return on a future occasion. Always helpful hosts, even at night. The pool is very clean (10-star rating) and the garden is well-kept with enough privacy. Nice experience and very satisfied. Thank you!

The whole family was delighted with the welcome and the attention and small touches that the hosts had with us. Everything is perfect, from the comfort of the rooms, to the kitchen having everything you need to cook easily, as if we were at home, and not to mention the pool that the children were delighted with. Luxurious! Is how I would describe this house and pool. There is ample room inside for cooking, eating, and hanging out in the gorgeous common space. The divine pool, luscious lawn, and shaded patio were so relaxing as the stress of everyday life just melted away. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also spacious and the beds give you a great nights sleep. There is a grocery store and restaurants steps away. A little bit further and you’re in the middle of Sayulita’s centro. I can’t wait to return get into the pool and float away the stress.

The stay is one of the best places. The house is very spacious, very friendly and with a good welcome. We are satisfied with the vacation we had.

Excellent welcome from Sergio, he left us some beers in the refri and was attentive to us at all times. The house is very spacious and nice, it has a large garden, a terrace equipped to make a roast meat and the pool is the perfect size for the enjoyment of the whole family. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The air conditioners in the rooms were a blessing. It was definitely a great stay!

Emmanuel describes the property perfectly. It’s very comfortable and an easy walk into town. The street noise is a bit much, but he’s up front about that. We got exactly what we expected. Lovely stay!

They are very attentive, and are always attentive to the needs that arise. The house is very clean, with everything you need to cook, just like the images. We were left quite a few beers, which can be seen in the heat at half a day. Overall a great option if you go to Sayulita.

My family and I had an amazing time, the arrival is very practical, the accommodation is very spacious, we were a large family of 10 people and we all had our space. It is very practical that the house is on the main street so you can get in and out quickly from sayulita and go to know other places nearby, the delicious pool and Sergio and his team always attentive to everything. I will definitely be back soon.

We were a family of 7, and found the house with lots of room for all of us. The yard was beautiful and gated which was important and helpful with a 2 and 5 yo. The pool was lovely, a big hit!

This place was amazing! We had a fantastic time and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place is located within walking distance of everything in Sayulita (though be warned that maps doesn’t necessarily take you to the right spot). My only complaint is that the kitchen is not particularly well stocked so you’ll have to buy a lot of extras if you plan on cooking here. Emmanuel was extremely responsive and even brought us more potable water when we ran out. 10/10 would book again!

We were a group of 10 people, and we had a great weekend, the accommodation was very nice, the pool was nice, quite close to the tourist places of Sayulita / San pancho / playa la lancha...very good Airbnb, I recommend

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Amma! The communication was incredible, Sergio and his team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They brought us a case of beer when we arrived which was totally unexpected and kind. And they even offered an extra complimentary house and pool cleaning halfway through our stay, which was so nice. The pool was such an amazing feature, we loved it. And there are really amazing taco stands just up the main road, which we frequented often. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures don’t do it justice. That was my first thought getting there. The team here has been quick at responding when we needed something. The pool was clean! I was a little scared seeing some reviews about the pool but our experience was quite different! Book!!!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos; it is spacious, with a large garden and a very good-sized pool. All of the spaces are pleasant. Sergio and his team were approachable and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected because there was less traffic than we thought, and they let us in to store our belongings. Please note that the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. There are stores, OXXO convenience stores, and pharmacies just a few meters away. What I can suggest to improve is the pool cleaning. We stayed for 3 nights, and they didn't come to clean it on any of the days. In other places we've been, they come at least once. It would also be nice if the showers had a full door. However, none of this prevents you from having a pleasant stay; these are just things that could be improved. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa Amma was great and offered everything that was listed. We had people come by to fix things within 30 minutes if we needed (one day the gas for the stove ran out and was fixed in the next hour). It is a little further from the center of town, about a 10-15 minute walk, but definitely doable. There’s also golf carts available for rent near by but we chose to just walk. Great for a larger group of people. We had 11 and only 3 people had to share beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great overall stay! If you've been to Sayulita before, you'll appreciate the distance between you and the noise of the town's nightlife. We had a really fun time in the pool, which got cleaned frequently during our week-long stay. Hosts are very responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend this house for any number of people. Will definitely use again!
