Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was truly beautiful — even better than in the photos. It is large, airy, spacious, modern, and luxurious, with a very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Sabrina was an excellent host: very kind, proactive, helpful, and always easy to communicate with. She made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I can highly recommend this villa. 5/5 experience, and I would be very happy to come back again!

A beautiful house in a wonderful place, where nature is part of every environment. They were incredible days, with great comfort, tranquility and special moments. The house offers a complete structure, with several leisure options for the whole family. The leisure area is a spectacle in itself, designed to provide fun, rest and unforgettable experiences. A perfect place for those who want to connect with nature without giving up comfort. We already miss it!

Great outdoor group and individual spaces for everyone!

Absolutely pleased with this property & the management. We chose this property for our spring break get away & it was a 100% success thanks to this Airbnb. Short distance from xcaret, cenotes & beach clubs with a private gated community made this a no brainer. Wow factor for pictures & video for those forever memories 100% exist here! Sure to revisit in the near future thank you!

We had a magnificent time at Casa La Torre! The location of this wonderful Villa is spectacular. From the terrace we were seeing boats coming out from the junction of the canals. We had a splendid sunset right there sitting on the terrace having dinner with a great Chef recommended by Gail. Also Gail and Sabrina are super good hostesses. Great communication and had everything ready for our stay. 100% I recommend this place. Thanks again Gail and Sabrina for everything you did for us. We will surely be back next year! 😘🤗💓

What a terrific way to ring in the New Year! The photos are spot on, and house was very well appointed and comfortable. But it's the outside amenities and views that make this house so outstanding! Endless spaces to read in the sunshine or enjoy a cocktail while watching a parade of gorgeous boats go by. Hector and his team were super responsive, connecting us with a personal chef (a real treat), golf cart for the teens (a nice luxury), local taxis (check out Ecopark Kantun Chi) and even a convenient immediate care after an unfortunate run-in with a sea urchin (healed nicely). It was our first visit to Puerto Aventuras and it couldn't have been better - great local restaurants, pleasant beaches and a stunning 'home away from home' that's almost too nice to leave. Thanks for sharing your oasis, Gail!

We had a lovely time at Casa La Torre over the Christmas holiday! The house is gorgeous - spacious, clean, welcoming. The view is spectacular. The area felt very safe and walkable/paddlable (via the canalways). It was well-equipped and had lots of little extras (first aid kit, games, floaties). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes/utensils if you plan to cook. There were cute touches like Christmas decorations. The staff was very hands-on and helpful in getting us prepared for our stay and settled in. They were very responsive to questions, even with the holiday. They helped us book a golf cart, which I would recommend - they showed us how to charge it, etc when we checked in. Even the water delivery service used by the property was easy and fast! We would definitely stay at this property again/other properties by this owner and had a fantastic stay!
