Casa La Torre is a luxurious waterfront villa in Puerto Aventuras, offering over 7,600 square feet of elegant living space. This exclusive property combines modern design with Mexican influences, providing breathtaking water views and direct ocean access within a secure community. It is an ideal retreat for those seeking privacy and a memorable Riviera Maya vacation.
The villa includes five beautifully furnished bedrooms. Two spacious master bedrooms on the upper level feature stunning views of the water, allowing guests to feel immersed in the tropical surroundings, reminiscent of being on the bow of a luxury cruise ship. Each master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor, there are three additional bedrooms, accompanied by two full bathrooms. This layout is perfect for families or larger groups, offering comfortable and convenient accommodations.
The living areas include a large open dining room, an elegant cocktail bar with a wine cooler, an adjacent powder room, and a cozy sitting area. These spaces offer spectacular views overlooking the Palapa and the waterway.
The expansive covered terrace overlooks the beautiful ocean channel of Puerto Aventuras. Guests can swim directly from the property or paddle out to the open sea. The large pool is situated right on the water, where you can relax on comfortable bean bags while watching boats and wildlife. Fishing is also possible from the lower terrace.
Location
Casa La Torre enjoys one of the best locations in Puerto Aventuras. You can paddleboard straight from the villa into the turquoise sea to explore nearby villas or head to the beach. Within walking distance are the Beach Club, sandy beaches, shops, international restaurants, and the vibrant marina.
The gated community offers 24/7 security. Guests will receive a QR code for convenient entry and exit during their stay.
The marina, just 700 meters from the villa, provides opportunities for sailing and cruising. Nearby attractions include famous cenotes a short drive away, Playa del Carmen 15 minutes by car, Tulum 40 minutes away, and Cancún Airport within a 60-minute drive.

Guest Access and Policies
The base rental rate includes accommodation for up to four guests using the main level of the villa, which comprises the two master bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, guest toilet, balcony, and terrace. Additional guests are charged $35 USD per person per night.
Electricity for general use is included in the rental fee. Air conditioning is metered separately to ensure guests only pay for their actual usage.
Pets are not allowed due to owner allergies.
For the Christmas 2025 to New Year 2026 holiday period, a minimum stay of six nights is required between December 20-28 or December 29-January 4. Alternatively, a 12-night stay covering both periods is accepted.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was truly beautiful — even better than in the photos. It is large, airy, spacious, modern, and luxurious, with a very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Sabrina was an excellent host: very kind, proactive, helpful, and always easy to communicate with. She made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I can highly recommend this villa. 5/5 experience, and I would be very happy to come back again!

Absolutely pleased with this property & the management. We chose this property for our spring break get away & it was a 100% success thanks to this Airbnb. Short distance from xcaret, cenotes & beach clubs with a private gated community made this a no brainer. Wow factor for pictures & video for those forever memories 100% exist here! Sure to revisit in the near future thank you!

We had a magnificent time at Casa La Torre! The location of this wonderful Villa is spectacular. From the terrace we were seeing boats coming out from the junction of the canals. We had a splendid sunset right there sitting on the terrace having dinner with a great Chef recommended by Gail. Also Gail and Sabrina are super good hostesses. Great communication and had everything ready for our stay. 100% I recommend this place. Thanks again Gail and Sabrina for everything you did for us. We will surely be back next year! 😘🤗💓
