A beautiful and very comfortable house. It's just as shown in the photos, and it met my expectations. I was delighted.

Casa Yaka was quite a surprise!! Once you walk through the gate, you enter an oasis of tranquility, greenery and comfort. The apartment we got is not only beautiful, but also has an extraordinary vacation vibe. It is in the heart of Sayulita with easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and the beach. Teddy's service and kindness were amazing. I highly recommend Casa Yaka.

Teddys place was a total dream! We loved our stay there - so easy to walk everywhere but quiet and right in town. Felt very peaceful and private!

Teddy is a fantastic host and Casa Yaka is as amazing and comfortable as described and shown in the pictures. What stood out is the location, which is in the heart of Sayulita but feels secluded by the tree cover and well maintained yard. It’s also off the main road so the noise was never an issue. All we heard were the birds and occasionally a bike on one of the adjacent streets. I would definitely stay at Casa Yaka again.

We had a great stay at Casa Yaka- the indoor/outdoor space was very cool and had lots of space, walkable to the beach and town, shops and restaurants was very convenient! Will hopefully come back again!

This is an amazing place, and all the reviews are true. The location is perfect for getting into town and to the beach in no time at all, but it's tucked away a bit so you don't feel like you are in the middle of a loud town square or anything. It's such a beautiful spot to hang out, and the pool is great. Two quick notes so others are prepared for some unknowns. Firstly, we have three children, two that are quite small. It ended up being completely fine, but know that the bedrooms do feel a bit separated from each other around the courtyard and it might feel strange with small kids. Secondly, that we were there during Sayulita Days (in February) and the loud party at the carnival during that time can be heard at night through the open courtyard. These are minor and just something to be aware of. Teddy is a fantastic, supportive host and I recommend this place highly.

We loved this place! There’s plenty of room for a family of four, the indoor/outdoor layout is great, the furniture is comfortable for lounging around, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Sayulita, close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, but also tucked away in a quiet enclave. The shared pool is nice on days when you don’t feel like going to the beach or just need a quick dip. About the owner & property manager: we can't say enough about the wonderful Teddy and Majo. They are two of the nicest, most helpful people you could ever meet. We had a bit of an emergency when we were there, and they treated us like family. We would love to stay again!

Teddy’s place was beautiful, and the location smack in the center of town was excellent. It was a little hard to find the place when we came in at night but we managed with the help of a local. Teddy reached out ahead of time and was very communicative and responsive. We did have an issue with the showers, hot water was only really available in the mornings due to an issue with the boiler. When we connected with teddy’s local host she first tried to help but then kinda left us hanging and stopped responding. That was disappointing as we expected her to do more to solve the problem. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Assuming the hot water issue is fixed, I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our time at Teddy's place. The location is terrific--close to everything (town, beach, etc) but we couldn't hear all the noise at night. The bedrooms were lovely and clean with good A/C. The kitchen and living space is open to the private courtyard (no door between) but we quickly grew to love the indoor-outdoor living style of Sayulita. The pool was a dream and was kept clean.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Sayulita! The home was perfectly located. It was close enough to walk to the beach and town, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Teddy was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a highlight with comfortable seating, lush greenery, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was super comfortable, and all the little touches made the stay feel extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sayulita!

Since I booked, communication was always constant with Teddy and Majo, both super nice, the place was amazing, there is a lot of privacy, it is an area to relax, close to the best restaurants and the beach, if your plan is to cook at home, you will love the kitchen, it is super equipped, and in general the entire accommodation is designed to enjoy the place, without a doubt I would return to stay here 🌴☀️

The space Teddy offers is excellent, clean, very comfortable and very nice. The location is perfect, as you can walk all over Sayulita. In addition, he was always attentive to support us in whatever we needed. The pool temperature is super nice. We will definitely be staying again. It's much better than the pictures.

We had the best time in Sayulita! The property was walkable to everything we needed. Having AC in the bedrooms was life saving during our July visit. The layout of the property was also great for our group and the beds were so comfortable. Teddy was great at communicating instructions and directions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Teddy again. We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Spanish-style condo in Sayulita. The space was tastefully decorated, cozy, and had such a warm, inviting vibe. Everything was clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The pool was well-maintained and perfect for cooling off after exploring the town. The location was great too, close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet when we wanted to unwind. Teddy, the host, happened to be on-site during our stay, and he was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer any questions we had about the area and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved out stay at Teddy, Gianna, and Maria's place! It is a quiet oasis, but still super close to all that Sayulita offers. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the open air kitchen and living space was a wonderful place to gather. Teddy gave us lots great recommendations for restaurants and other local spots to visit, which we took full advantage of! I highly recommend a stay there and if we go back, we would definitely stay with them again.

This place was perfect for our family of five. Our kids are older, so the stand alone bedrooms worked well for us. The kitchen and living rooms are open air and we loved it. Loved the little patio and the pool was wonderful! Very relaxing place just a short walk to all of the bars, restaurants, and the beach!

This was an excellent AirBNB, in fact, it was one of the rare situations where the place itself was even BETTER than the pictures! The location was also pristine for our group. The right combination of: everything was walkable but it was also off of the main streets so it wasn't as loud. The place itself was super clean and the amenities were great. Also, our contact was amazing. Everyone involved was super responsive and clear, it may it super simple. Loved our stay overall and would definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved Casa Yaka for our family of five. Its outdoor concept was cozy, secure and clean. We loved the pool and slept so well every night! The surroundings were lush and the location couldn’t be beat. Close to everything but perfectly tucked away. Teddy was so easy to communicate with and also connected us with a wonderful local chef.

It is a nice place and is in a very good location, the attention of the manager was exceptional and the stay was very comfortable, I would definitely come back.

Our stay at Casa Yaka was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed, and the host/property manager were super friendly and accommodating. They even brought us clean towels a few times during our stay which was very much appreciated. The location is one block away from the square so very close to the action of town and the beach. We did not hear any noise from town but it happened to be Sayulita Days during our stay, which was very loud. That's not a criticism to the location though as I'm sure that festival was heard at every Casa in Sayulita! Overall, really great stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay over the winter break holiday with our family of 6. There was plenty of space for us, the location couldn’t be beat (mix of right off of the busy part of town and yet very quiet and private) and lots of nice places to sit. Teddy was very responsive and helpful, though we didn’t need much through our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again next time we are in Sayulita!

We didn’t want to leave! Couldn’t say more about this beautiful airbnb! It was just around the corner from the Main Street, yet still a quiet oasis to come home to at night. Teddy was extremely helpful in navigating to and from the airport as well as with how to navigate the bnb. Will definitely be back!

My family and I just got back from a great stay at Casa Yaka. The Villa was exactly as described in the listing and there were no surprises. The location was perfect, especially for people with young kids that might need to get back to the house quickly. I would definitely recommend Casa Yaka and we are looking forward to going back in the future.

Teddy was an incredible host and his place was beautiful and centrally located. He helped us arrange a car from the airport, surf lessons, a birthday cake for our kiddo and more. Teddy was very responsive, kind, accommodating and helpful. The pool was perfect for adults and kids. The open concept common spaces are great and the private cool bedrooms a respite from the heat. Casa Yaka itself is not far from the center but is still very quiet. All in all we were very happy with our stay. Thank you Teddy and team.

My family and I had a great stay! This location was walking distance to everything; the beach, bars, & restaurants. We were able to park right in front of the unit which was great. Majo, the house manager, was super friendly and provided us with a few extra towels at our request. I would definitely love to stay here again!

I loved being in Casa Yaka, we were as a family for two nights, the attention of Teddy and Majo immediate, the clear and precise directions, give you the confidence and security you need as a guest , location of the house two blocks from the area of shops and restaurants ,and like 4 blocks from the beach . We did a last minute trip to Sayulita and this exceeded our expectations. I love that the rooms were separate from each other, hacienda style. We definitely want to come back again!

Highly recommend this stay in Sayulita! It is close enough to the middle of town to walk to the beach and restaurants, but also tucked away enough to make it quiet in the evenings. Beds are very comfortable and we felt right at home.

Teddy’s place was amazing! Teddy responded quickly to my inquiry right before I had made the decision to book. He is very friendly and the instructions for checking in and checking out or extremely clear. We were greeted by Majo and she was wonderful! She was also available if we had any questions and responded quickly. The house is a lot of fun and the pool was great. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The home sits on a little hill so you don’t hear noise from the main part of town. We even made friends with the neighbor next-door. I highly recommend Teddy‘s place and we will book it again when we come back to Sayulita.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Yaka very much! The open kitchen and living space was absolutely enjoyable. The pool a few steps from our door was always clean and not crowded at all. Our 3yr old daughter looked forward to pool time every day. The location was great, so close to pretty much everything! The local contact Majo was also excellent. Very responsive and so helpful. Made us feel so welcomed. Only thing we struggled a bit with was the steep walk up to the property. We picked this house specifically because we know how access can be in this town and my husband's grandparents were traveling w us. This one sounded like not much climbing would be required but that was not the case. We ended up renting a gold cart for this reason but had some issues getting in and out due to a festival prep that was ongoing in the street leading up to the property during our stay. Other than some minor adjustments, we had a great time!

Our family spent 5 days at Casa Yaka and truly loved every minute of it. Teddy was a wonderful host as well as communicator. The home is beautiful!! Truly. I have two teenagers and each had their own bedroom which was a must! There is an open courtyard for dining in the home which was so dreamy. A wonderful place to read/meditate/coffee/wine … Casa Yaka is close to everything! 5 minute walk to the beach…you are surrounded by fabulous food and drink. Oh!! The pool! While we love the ocean it sure was nice to have a pool right outside our door to cool off/kids to play! I’d book this place over and over… family, couples, girls trip… any and all!!

Casa Yaka was the perfect place to accommodate our family for our very first time in Sayulita. You’re right in town but off a side street. The condo and pool feel private. It’s actually better in person than the photos. Very cute decor and more spacious than I imagined. You are right in town and the condo is open air, so if there’s a festival or carnival you will hear it. And it can go late into the night, but that’s the festive spirit of the town! Miraculously the kids were able to sleep through it. Teddy and the local host are very responsive and helpful which made our stay seamless!

We enjoy Casa Yaka very much. This in a small and cozy gated complex with 2 buildings, maybe 4-6 units total. The pool is shared. The house was very clean, including the the bed sheets and towels. The dining/kitchen/living space is outdoors, covered with a fan. In the warmest months this might be uncomfortable but that ambiance was great. The AC's in the bedrooms were great. Casa Yaka is just a very short walk off the busy street, so its sheltered from much of the noise from the night life. There are so many restraunts, bars, and shops within a 5 minute walk. I'd recommend staying here. :)

Amazing stay, the truth is that I would like to stay there again

We loved our stay at Casa Yaka. The location is right in the middle of town but feels isolated and serene. You can’t hear a thing, even on weekend nights. We loved that the space is indoor-outdoor (only the bedrooms are enclosed and have A/C) but keep in mind that if it’s the rainy season, some of the unit is exposed to the elements. Teddy and his team were all great hosts. High recommend.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect distance to town and the beach, but still quiet. Very easy to walk around town and back and forth between the beach. Space was clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Casa Yaka. It is an absolutely beautiful house. We visited with three young children and the house was perfect as a peaceful place to retreat from the sun in afternoons. It was also easy for our kids (and us) to walk to the Main Street, find lots of good food and walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Sayulita!

Theodore’s place was absolutely perfect! Half of our crew arrived before us and they were able to get in and get settled. Instructions were easy peasy and Theodore was around here & there. It was great chatting with him. The air bnb was just as described and even more beautiful in person. The location was stellar, it was located off the Main Street where it was a peaceful little oasis from the festive hustle and bustle of Sayulita. Theodore’s place is surrounded by little restaurants, amazing taco stands, produce stalls and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this place and in fact my boyfriend and I are already talking about returning in a few months. If the place is available, this is where we will stay again. A few of my favorites were the open air common area of the home, the gorgeous windows that opened up to the lush garden & pool area and the bed/ linens (I slept like a baby) 10/10 would absolutely recommend

This home was perfect for our family of 5! Excellent location… close enough for an easy stroll anywhere in town or the beach yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The kitchen was well supplied with all of the necessities and the swimming pool made everything extra special. Teddy and Majo were quick to respond to our needs and were more than accommodating to ensure our stay was perfect. We will most definitely return!
