Honestly, the place is very nice and pleasant. One of the guards was super friendly, in fact, better than all the staff... the room needs a TV, but other than that, it's super cool.

Wow, a beautiful, wonderful place. I loved it. We loved it. We were a large family group. Very good communication. They answered me immediately. A beautiful, beautiful place. I recommend it and would go again. The pool, the view from the viewpoint was what I loved the most. I have no words. And the cabin, beautiful, beautiful. I loved the air conditioning, the furniture. In short, everything. Very happy. They are recommended to be closed. And Mrs. Luisa is very friendly and polite.

Excellent customer service, impeccable attention, the place is beautiful, private and with excellent views. We were a group of 13 people and we were really satisfied with the experience, we hope to return soon.

The view from this accommodation is amazing! You can see the entire lake as well as the Vulcano Masaya. The area is very spacious and there's a lot of nice areas to hang out in. Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And we took a little walk through Nindirí, which is a very cute little town with a cool dinosaur theme park. Would definitely recommend!

the Hotel has a viewpoint overlooking the fantastic Masaya volcano, just being at the viewpoint and appreciating the hillside of the volcano is worth the place. We were a group of 15 people located us in living quarters as we had requested, the pool was clean and the breakfast was served us at the viewpoint. I recommend it 100% The only detail is that there was no shampoo in the bathroom, but enough clean towels and the place was super clean and good air conditioning

The place is nice and cozy, the pool is clean and there are children's games, they welcomed us very well and the rooms were also very comfortable and to emphasize that the rooms had air conditioning.

We loved Vulcano! It's a great property with expansive gardens where you hear the birds sing in the mornings. The place is in the center of Nindiri very close to all kinds of business. The pool is spacious, clean and well-lit. The staff team welcomed us with great warmth and attention to our needs, they gave us recommendations of the place and were always pending. As if that were not enough the place has a private viewpoint 180 to a lake overlooking the volcano, where if you can see the sunrise and the clear volcano you are going to be totally amazed. Nicaragua was a great experience for us and Vulcano was definitely an important part of it. If you're looking to enjoy the nature and culture that Masaya has to offer, Vulcano is the best option. We would definitely come back.

We were only able to stay for a short while.We was sorry it had to be so short.This place is an oasis.If you are coming to Nicaragua dont bother with Managua.Go a little down the road close to Masaya and come here well worth the trip for a first night are longer.Actually the picture don't capture the beauty and serenity we enjoyed.loved it just hope its available my next trip. super Value!!!

The view of the lagoon next to the volcano is spectacular. The staff go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. I traveled with my elderly grandparents and the staff made sure that they felt at home. The hotel is next to the major road but gives you the feeling of being away from the city. We enjoyed our stay and Vulcano will be our place to stay when we travel to Nicaragua.

The hotel is better than pictured the rooms are really good and there are few noise. The Pool is really nice too. The responsible girls in the hotel, are very available and very helpful. The big plus of the hotel is the proximity to the volcano park, accessible by bus for only 15cordobas but for the visit of the crater day or night, you have to book a taxi that will take you directly to the crater and will be waiting for you for the return ($30 taxi and $10 per person entrance to the park) to do from 5 p.m. for sunset and lava. Transportation was provided to us by the hotel.

Our stay at Vulcano was excellent. The view is breathtaking! It is a clean and comfortable and quiet elegant oasis within 5 minutes drive of the Masaya Volcano. We had a large group and lots of questions, but they found the perfect room for all of us and were always available with answers when needed. I love how some of us were in the tall main house and others were in beautiful rooms in nearby lovely cabanas. The boys room had a beautiful porch, 4 beds, and 3 showers and overlooked the lagoon! My daughter loved how she could open our huge picture window and look out over the very nice and clean pool area. The room cost included a beautiful breakfast for us in the morning on the veranda next to the lagoon. Dinner was not included, but I would highly recommend it. The quesadillas were excellent. My only complaint is the bed was much firmer than I would like, but all the other things about this stay definitely made up for that. Beautiful stay!

Found this place and stayed here with a missions trip team. So happy we found it. Great views, friendly staff, great food, a pool and all for an unbeatable price. The only downside was not having hot water for the showers (not that the water was ice cold), but not something that was an issue at all. Overall would highly recommend this hotel, and if we return to the country we will definitely plan to book again here!

Nice place, it has a bar, pool, and rooms the view is very nice. The food was good. The attention was very kind.
