The listing is as described. Unfortunately the construction is right in front of the master bedroom and it begins at 7:30 and lasts all day. And it is a reality of Los Cabos that there is a lot of construction everywhere. If you are sensitive to noise it’s something to consider. Be prepared to purchase items such as dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The shower pressure is good, the air conditioning worked well. Overall it was perfectly functional for a family stay.
