The house is very comfortable and clean, and it has everything you need for a good stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are good places to eat nearby. It is 10 minutes or less from downtown Tequisquiapan. If the day is cloudy, I recommend paying for the heater to have the pool at a good temperature. (We had a cloudy day and the pool remained at a good temperature the day we arrived and the next day, before we left) The host was always attentive and very kind.

The perfect house for a family trip. Clean, beautiful and superbly equipped… with thought put into every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hector was very kind and always attentive. We rented the boiler and I think it was the best decision since we were able to enjoy the pool at night, and although it was windy and slightly cold outside, the water was super warm. We would definitely come back.

Very good stay. The house was clean, comfortable and as described. As areas for improvement, the internet could be more stable, and I recommend reading the heater instructions carefully before bathing. Overall, everything was very good.

Very comfortable and functional accommodation. 10 minutes from downtown, with everything you need in case you don't want to go out. It simply fulfills everything that was offered.

Our stay at Casa Libélula was excellent; we had a great time. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, it was very clean when we arrived, and it is very spacious. I highly recommend it. It wasn't very hot during our stay, but the pool is a very good size and the temperature is acceptable. If I come back, I would rent it with the heater. I highly recommend this house. One of the things I liked was that each room has its own bathroom, and having 2 extra ones is excellent. Héctor is an excellent host; he was available to answer any questions. House in excellent condition, a bit far from downtown, but if you bring a car, that’s no problem. Despite being in a remote area, it is a very quiet area. Great, good communication with the host, and always willing to help.

Total thanks to Hector for his great attention, regarding the property as seen in the ad, on the other hand you can see that he has taken the feedback from some comments to improve, for example there was one about the cleaning of the kitchen utensils and in my case everything was fine, they were freshly washed, there are very useful instructions in the house for example to get hot water in the shower, honestly one of the most comfortable stays I have had, the house offers everything you need to just take care of resting and enjoying, we loved the terrace space as well as the pool despite the cold weather thanks to the boiler we were able to enjoy it without any problem and we really enjoyed it, in summary totally recommended on our part we hope to return soon.

The Dragonfly house is very large, well-designed, super-equipped, with details to make the stay pleasant. As in the pictures. The roof garden is large and ideal for having fun, with family and/or friends. Everything is very organized to serve guests in a very warm and professional way. The place to store cars is very spacious and safe. The house is close to everything, easy to find. Although the lack of paving on the street is still a small disadvantage, it is not a big problem for the stay itself.

The house is simply beautiful, very close to downtown! The only detail is the street where it is located that is not paved and if you go in the rainy season you can get stuck, out of that 100% recommended theme!!

Hector's house was wonderful! We had 2 families traveling together, and the house had enough space for everyone. It was super clean (I have high standards), with fresh white towels that were clearly new. We had enough linens and towels for everyone, as well as some kitchen staples which Hector had kindly left for us. Check-in was a breeze, due to Hector's clear instructions. Same for check out. He was always responsive, but we didn't need anything during our stay since everything had been carefully planned by Hector before arrival. The house appeared new and was fully functional. The parking area had a separate entrance, but it was easy to access. After leaving the cars, we locked the gate, then walked around to enter the house through the front door. Very easy. One thing to note, when you leave the main street, you need to drive down a rocky, dirt road for a couple of blocks before arriving at the house. There are other new houses around, but the roads haven't been paved yet.

Everything in order the photos perfectly match the place, it is very comfortable, clean and modern. Hector was attentive at all times and supported us with doubts and different requirements. The only thing to note is that the place is a little secluded from the nearest avenue then a couple of people got lost to get there, but with the location on maps and the sketches that Hector shares the place.
