Good service in a good room in a good location

Very impressed with the place, the photos don't do it justice, we really liked it. We definitely came back. We rented the whole place for my whole family and we really enjoyed it.

The house is very well located, a few blocks walk to the Cathedral, very well maintained and the rooms are very colonial, the place for breakfast with a very good view, very good service from everyone, mainly from Pablo Godines who was always attentive to everyone! Highly recommended

An incredible place, in the heart of downtown, a beautiful old house, excellent service from the staff, very good food, the perfect living space. Just as an observation, the water from the solar heaters was very insufficient and the two gas heaters, despite being turned on, half of them bathed with warm or cold water. On December 24th. Ask before going if they have already been fixed because they are insufficient and you had to ask the staff to turn them on since the water did not heat up and even when they were turned on they turned off, apparently they did not work well. The manager told us that they were going to check them, make sure of that before going, especially if it is winter, since the house is old and it is not very hot, but also those days it was very cold. We will definitely rent it again, it's really very beautiful and well maintained, as well as comfortable mattresses etc. I recommend the upstairs bedroom. I wouldn't recommend it for older adults, as we had a small issue with the stairs, nothing serious

Francisco was excellent to work with. We rented for 6 night the entire hotel for our family from the US for the attendance to the wedding of our son. Due to Covid, the wedding had to be rescheduled a couple times. Francisco was gracious in working with the changes. Our stay was also during the US holiday of Thanksgiving, and Francisco allowed us to have a Thanksgiving celebration together with our new Morelian family. The rooftop dining easily accommodated the large gathering, and was a wonderful time. Pablo was our main contact and concierge. He was wonderful as was all the staff. It was a pleasure to get to know him and we count him among the many new friends we met while in Morelia. Hotel Casa Eugenia is a wonderful place to stay!

She was always in communication, greeted us on site, and was attentive.

Great house with all necessary amenities. Unbeatable location in the historic center that allows you to reach all the points of interest by walking. Super recommended

CASA EUGENIA IS A BED & BREAKFAST BOUTIQUE HOTEL, WHICH IS RENTED IN FULL BY ABNB. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, 5 BLOCKS FROM THE CATHEDRAL, IT HAS A COVERED GARAGE FOR SEVERAL CARS (AT LEAST 6), SO WE LEFT THE CARS SAFE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM TO GET TO KNOW MORELIA. THE HOUSE IS OLD, WITH CEILINGS IN 4M TALL ROOMS, WITH WOODEN BEAMS AND VINTAGE FURNITURE. THE PLACE WHERE BREAKFAST IS SERVED IS ON THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE, AS AN OPEN COVERED TERRACE WITH INCREDIBLE VIEW OF ST. JOSE 'S CHURCH. BREAKFAST IS SIMPLE BUT EXCELLENT. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. EVERYTHING IS WELL MAINTAINED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION; FURNITURE, MATTRESSES, SHEETS, FLOORS, RUGS, ETC..... UNBEATABLE VALUE FOR MONEY ANYWAY, I DON'T SEE ANY DEFECTS. IF I RETURN TO MORELIA, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO COME BACK TO EUGENIA'S HOUSE

This is the second time we have a group stay here and it won’t be the last! We were traveling with a big group and check in was a breeze. The front desk employees were super helpful and attentive and breakfast every morning was great. Rooms are super cool and the place is located super close to a lot of things!

Casa Eugenia is a beautiful bed and breakfast. With all the Morelian style and flavor of the 17th century. Their host, Francisco, is a very friendly person, with all the willingness to make your vacation and accommodation enjoy them to the fullest. The staff is charming, honoring the magnificent Mexican service. We'll definitely come back another time.

Our family of 15 stayed here for 2 days. The place is absolutely beautiful. It feels like you've walked into an 18th century Spanish colonial novel. Each room is exquisite and have their own bathrooms. The employees were friendly and inviting, the location is perfect, and the parking was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding breakfast on the first morning so we spoke to the gentleman to ensure breakfast would be served the next day. He seemed to want to discourage us from requesting breakfast and said we'd find something better at a nearby restaurant. He did, however, provide some fruit and yogurt after all. Coffee was served each morning which was appreciated. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I'd love to stay here again.

We couldn't be in a better place in our three nights stay in Morelia than the Casa Eugenia!! It was perfect!! No more than 10 minutes walk from downtown!! The place is amazing!! Courtyard with tables and umbrellas for meals and/or just relaxing and having a drink! We had a rainy night, so we moved into the hallway! It was great. We had problem connecting to the WiFi but cable TV's in each room worked perfect! The staff gave us an extraordinary hospitality! We had breakfast included, and we could not asked for better service!! Everything we ordered was delicious!! We loved it!! The architecture and furniture of the Casa Eugenia are very traditional Mexican and elegant. Highly recommended!!

Spacious, grand and historic, this centrally located boutique hotel is a perfect fit for a stay in beautiful Morelia. Walking distance the historic centre and the most diverse food scene in Morelia from the classic Mexican tacos, tortas and burritos to a local version of sushi, Chinese food and a Chicago style pizza joint that turns into a jazz bar every thursday night! All of this and the roof top patio will make your stay at this hotel an unforgettable one. The area is very safe to walk at any given time during the day and if you dare, late in the night. Fransisco is an excellent host and very helpful in recommendations. Francisco's team will make you feel special every day with a cater breakfast in the beautiful patio. And if all of the above is not enough, Francisco and his team help us organize and host a very last minute after party with amazing results. Thank you for all your help and amazing work hosting us.

The Eugenia house is beautiful, as shown in the photos. I was the first guest via Airbnb and was more than satisfied. Francisco is a great host.
