Amazing stay and place. As they described it! So responsive as well. We had a family of six book a stay and we were so comfortable.

Great stay in the heart of Condesa

Wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group of 8, and we especially loved the terrace. Andrea was an excellent host & check-in was easy, she accommodated early luggage storage and key pickup, and even left thoughtful welcome gifts. The apartment was spotless and felt very welcoming. We would gladly stay here again and will definitely look for this place on our next trip to CDMX.

Had a lovely stay at Andrea’s. They were very accommodating and kind. The house was perfect for what we needed, had plenty of hot water and towels. The house stayed cool which was very important for us! Great stay overall.

Andrea was super helpful when I was planning to come early to surprise my sister by decorating. They helped me more than once with the complicated situation. In addition, the space was wonderful and we all felt very at home! I highly recommend this space!!

Great place! The apartment was lovely. Our family of 8 fit comfortably. The neighborhood feels safe. There are several reataurants near by. If you forget to pack anything, there's a small Walmart about 1 block away. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location, perfect stay, and perfect hosts. We arrived very early and they allowed us to store our luggage after the previous guests checked out. That kindness made all the difference in the world for weary travelers. I was surprised at how spacious the place is. There are three bathrooms! The linen, towels, and pillows were top quality (those always make a difference for me). I will definitely find this apartment for a future stay!

six of us were very comfortable here. the terrace is fantastic.

We have treated this modern place our home in Condesa for 4 days. The house is amazing and spacious with all the amenities that we need but it’s a darker space. We wish that it has more light. We love our spacious rooms. The third bathroom in the room was kinda odd but overall it worked for 6 people. Andrea and her group was checking on us frequently on what we need and everyday reminders which was nice. The place is walkable to a lot of great restaurants and bars and even Walmart. We wish we stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this place for future travelers.

This is a great apartment in a fantastic area. It's easily walkable to the best parts of Condesa, Roma, and Hipodromo. There are a few amazing parks nearby (including Chapultepec which is home to the zoo, the museum of anthropology, the museum of modern art, and much more). I went with my partner and a couple of friends and we found the apartment itself clean and comfortable. Being there in January, it did get chilly in the mornings, but the provided space heaters easily solved that for us. And we had no issue with getting hot water in the showers (once we learned what direction to turn the faucet), even when a couple of us took showers at the same time in different bathrooms. As a couple of other reviews have noted, it is a bit dim in the early morning and at night, but I personally like the low-lighting. Makes it feel cozy at the coziest times of day. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely spot in great neighborhood. Apartment nicely designed and owners were super helpful and communicated promptly. Beds comfy; nice kitchen and three bathrooms nice for multi-couple trip. Would gladly return!

We had a great time. Andrea respond to our need right away, was very cold on the 1st night & she dropped 3 additional heater the next day that make the living room so comfortable to hang out. For sure we will be back when we visit Mexico City again.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea's place, it was a fantastic location - close to everything we needed but quiet and calm. Having the four rooms was lovely, the decor was stylish and it was equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend bringing a few extra layers if you are there in the winter as there isn't central heating in most buildings in Mexico so it can get a little chilly at night, but with the extra blankets and space heaters we stayed comfortable :) Communication was great, and accessing the building was easy - even when we arrived very late at night. Beautiful condo! Lots of space, including outdoor space. Beautifully decorated and everything you need is provided. Great location in beautiful Condesa, close to restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Will come here again!

Place was able to host me and my big group of girlfriends. Many restrooms and showers perfect for all of us. Near lots of restaurants. Loved the private patio

We had an amazing stay! Andrea was very communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. The place is awesome-very comfortable for 3 couples. The location is perfect, super close to a ton of shops, bars and restaurants, but nonetheless very peaceful and quiet. We loved the patio-it was the perfect place to hang out as a group. The filtered water was very convenient, as was the laundry machine. While there is no air conditioning, there was a fan in each bedroom, and we were very comfortable sleeping. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at this Condesa gem! It was quiet, clean, and looks exactly like the pictures. Location is perfect for walking to Condesa/Roma/Hipodromo restaurants or right into the park. Andrea is a wonderful host, and she was super responsive.

This is by far the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in, and the other 7 guests in my group felt the same way. It is not only beautiful, but comfortable, with perfectly soft sheets and pillows on the firmer beds (PERFECT). No one in my group had any complaints about comfort, beds or otherwise. There is plenty of seating in the open kitchen, living room, and terrace for groups to lounge comfortably. I had a mechanical issue in the apartment and Andrea was not only expedient in solving it, but understanding regarding the situation and primarily concerned about my safety. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment and would 100% stay here again, or consider any of Andrea’s other listings, as she is such a kind and professional host. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay at this chic apartment in La Condesa. The location is superb for accessing the cultural and gastronomic offers of the La Condesa, Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Chapultapec, and Polanco. The description of the property is fully accurate. It is in a vibrant neighbourhood. The beds are very comfortable. Andrea and Liz were perfect hosts with great communication and suggestions throughout. We hope to come back.

Had a great stay, location is very good -- walkable to good restaurants, park, museum. Bedrooms nice -- two ensuite. Covered patio was nice for coffee and cocktails. Eight of us (all adults) stayed for four nights. We did have to juggle shower times a bit to make sure we had hot water -- but not a big deal. The water filter in the kitchen is convenient -- no need to bring bottled water.

Amazing stay at Andrea's, had several friends from university for a reunion and we all had a great time - the apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a great neighborhood for walking around!

It was a great stay! Andrea was very responsive to our needs and the place for very clean and beautiful. The only thing is that some rooms can be alittle dark and some of the lamps did not work. Also, the water shut off in the middle of the night but Andrea was very responsive and fixed it quickly.

Wonderful stay! We came here for a girls trip and everything was perfect. Great area and right around the corner from the most amazing tacos ever (Maizajo… go there). Andrea was a great communicator, and even went out of her way to let us know about high traffic and crowds due to the pride parade. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Mexico City, and our host checked in several times asking if we needed anything and offering suggestions. She was flexible about our check in, and allowed us to store our luggage later prior to our departure. The neighborhood is great! We felt safe and comfortable all hours of the day.

Andrea's place accommodated 8 women very well. We really enjoyed the space and loved the terrace! We were able to cook meals and enjoyed the space. One issue was one of the toilets is rather difficult to access and it leaked one day. The proximity of the apartment to the carretera made it very noisy at night.

Andrea's apartment is a beautiful, spaceous, and peaceful place to stay in Mexico City. It is easy to walk to Chepultepec park and many restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and want to come back!

We had a great stay at Andrea's apartment. The place was as described, easy to get into, and in a location very walkable to the park, grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. They were very responsive and quickly provided a sponge when we noticed one was missing. This is a solid choice for a group looking to stay in Condesa.

The accommodation was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. There was plenty of space, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would absolutely book it again without hesitation. The only thing we would have wished for was a bit more water pressure in the shower. Overall, a highly recommended place!

Beautiful place and great location! The neighborhood is very walkable with many local shops and vendors nearby. The proximity to public transportation including bus stops and bike hubs made exploring the city from the home very accessible. The home had everything advertised with beautiful decor and style throughout. Andrea and her team were very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. One thing I would point out is that the kitchen may be lacking of some of the essentials needed to cook more complex meals. During our visit, we decided to make dinner one night but were lacking some kitchen equipment like bigger cutting boards, baking sheets, bigger frying pans and pots, and spices other salt and pepper. Additionally, we had a really hard time figuring out how to use the oven and did not end up using it. In the end, we were able to make it work and there are grocery stores and a Walmart around the corner if you really needed something missing. Overall, it was great!

Had a delightful and comfortable stay at Andrea’s apartment. My kids enjoyed the nearby playgrounds/parks, and Roma Norte is about half an hour walk away. The hosts are very responsive and proactive in making your stay comfortable (ie offering to help rent baby gear, get groceries, etc). Would recommend!

A great choice if you are looking for a charming, smartly decorated apartment in a convenient and fashionable neighborhood. It was as described, and the hosts communicated well, and were accommodating, helpful , and proactive in addressing issues.

The airbnb was very clean, the host was very responsive, check in was a breeze. The airbnb itself was cute and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was wifi. I guess there was an outage so they provided an alternative but it was spotty as well. Other than that, 10/10.

This is probably one of the best airbnb's I've stayed at. The location is incredible, the hosts were extremely communicative, the interior design was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. The apartment is walking distance from a lot of great cafés and restaurants, as well as a short drive (or 30ish min walk) to Roma Norte where a lot of the night life happens. The only issue we had come up (through no fault of the hosts) is that there was a massive political rally that started at 4am taking place on the street on our last night. Some of the rooms face the street and the insulation isn't great. But other than that, every night was quiet and peaceful.
