A dream weekend. The house is even better than what you see in the photos. It is inside the Santuario subdivision, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there because it is located well up and the place is very private. The pool and hot tub are very good size and the view is really spectacular. The house has everything you need, with well-kept and spacious spaces and it has a large garden where I could play with my children. On the other hand, I want to highlight the quality of the service and attention from Hector, Adriana, Byan and Sofia. They made us feel at home and were always attentive to any need we had. Hector is very proactive and willing to help at all times. Finally, I would also like to mention Irina's great service, always attentive to answering, helping with any questions and solving some small problems that arose. We'll definitely be back...

The house is amazing and is just as it is or better than in the photos, it has an amazing view, large garden, indoor room, outdoor area, fireplace, everything! There are 3 people who help in the house and are very attentive. The pool is large and clean, the only bad thing is that I paid $3,000 to heat it and it was always so cold that we couldn't enjoy it (maybe it was just very cold in general). The bedrooms are really good, comfortable, spacious, with a great view. As for the cleanliness, although the house is not dirty and looks clean, there are details mainly in the kitchen and bathrooms where they could do a deeper cleaning, but in general a great house with a super attentive and flexible host. Tip: Check the check-out times as they are different from those stated here, and if you don't know Valle, consider that everything is very far away. It's a house you go to and don't leave, but it's so cool and cozy that you don't even want to leave. I would stay in that house again without thinking.

Excellent place equal or better than in the photos, a spectacular view, the only thing I did not like is that they have a Ping pong table and when I asked to use it Irina told me that it was not possible, the attention of Hector and the cleaning girls are excellent, I paid 3,000 extra pesos to heat the pool and the truth is that it was never pleasant, maybe the boiler is not in good condition, but in general it is a great place.

Amazing place! Irina is very easy to reach and responds quickly. The home has an amazing (!!) view - truly breathtaking. The housekeepers are incredibly friendly, keep the house very clean, and are great cooks! Truly exceeded our expectations.

Irina’s home is a great choice for large groups and families. The house has a truly wonderful panoramic view of the lake, it’s the best feature, and worth repeated visits. The house is modern and very spacious, with comfortable beds, linens, utensils, and fantastic outdoor space with great furniture. The pool and jacuzzi were a family favorite and there’s plenty to do in the garden with a volleyball net, football, ping pong table, small kids’ playground, trampoline, and a fire pit. Very attentive service staff, and a courteous and responsive host. The only area of improvement would be the internet only works on bottom floor, and due to the beautiful woods, there are some bugs, all an easy fix. We will gladly return!

This is a wonderful rental for families and groups. The house is spacious and really well designed so that all the spaces are integrated and open. There are great amenities including the trampoline, green space, and even a small playgym for kids. The staff working at the home was very helpful and nice. Irina was a great host and responded to any of our questions immediately. The view is spectacular - I would definitely recommend this home!

One of the best vacations we've had! Irina is an amazing host, giving us every piece of information for a smooth arrival and how to make most of our stay. She is extremely available and answered all questions promptly! The house is a jewel, even better than the amazing pictures! It is comfortable, stylish, with all the amenities. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the porch, and amazing starry skies (there's even a telescope in the living room!). The swimming pool is heated with solar (making it comfortable) but also with the option to warm it up by extra heating (option to pay for gas) which made it amazingly warm and comfortable. Irina's staff are awesome, very professional and extremely helpful. The housekeeper is an excellent cook, available from morning to evening, and kept the house spotless. The grounds caretaker was tirelessly working outside and helping keep the yard, pool, porch in excellent condition. We are very pleased and will hopefully be able to return for a repeat vacation! Highly recommended!!!
