The house is amazing, very comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. At first, we were a bit confused about how to get there, but Jazmín was very attentive and helped us a lot to find the place. Overall, everything was excellent: the location, the amenities, and the service of the condo's security guards. We were very pleased with our stay and we definitely highly recommend the place. Juan and his partner, yasmin, did a great job of hosting my family.We were here during the unrest in puerto vallartathey offered to extend this stay until the rioting settles down and the flight's for foreigners are resumed. i could not be more impressed with their professional behavior

We spent 2 weeks with colleagues at the accommodation during a business trip. The place was perfect for 5 people, everyone had their own little private space if they wanted to retreat. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. It is a perfect place for a family to relax, it is well located, there are several larger shops nearby. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is conveniently arranged in front of the house. I highly recommend it to everyone

A privileged location, a private, safe and quiet condominium and a very comfortable accommodation with hosts who are always attentive.

The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is a super quiet area, it has all the services and you can easily find stores, pharmacies and supermarkets less than 5 minutes away on foot. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable, the common areas are spacious and have everything you need.

The consistent and prompt communication with the Host was outstanding and absolutely was one of the best parts of our experience. The gated community felt really safe and was quiet overall. We walked to the Grocery store (about a 20min walk) and then took an Uber back with all of the groceries and this allowed us to have Breakfast and snacks for the week. There are not restaurants within walking distance and so this is probably the biggest drawback our family had, we spent too much in Ubers than we wanted too as it is a 15-35 min drive to any city center in order to dine out. The Beach access was a bonus (about a 5min walk) and there are some folding chairs and an umbrella available. The private pool is on the smaller side and didn't look as clean as some of the other personal pools within the community but the complex pool more than made up for the smaller one. Lastly, the Master Bed was incredibly firm and uncomfortable for those who like a plush bed. Overall, it was a good stay!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super spacious and clean. Equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed and took advantage of all the areas (the private pool, the balcony, the shared pool). The beach is just a 15-minute walk away (very nice), super easy access. The area where the house is located is completely guarded (safe). We didn't bring a car, so it was a little difficult to go shopping at the supermarket because there is only an Oxxo and a small store that's not very well-stocked nearby, but we managed to figure it out. Consider that with the showers, if all 3 are used at the same time, one of them does not get enough hot water (it is not a big problem, however). I loved that before checking in they gave us a super detailed and well-done “manual” with the house instructions, rules, suggestions of places to go, restaurants, etc. We are very satisfied with our stay, we enjoyed it very much.

The place was very spacious for my family of 7. The super markets, Mega and Walmart are near by and the beach is right across the street. I would rent again.

The house is really spacious and open. And it was so nice to have three options for swimming (the house’s private pool, the community pool and the beach - all great!). The host was very responsive and very helpful throughout the stay.

It was a stay for 10 people it was very good, we highly recommend it there was everything needed, the pool water was clean and warm and everything was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s house. He was super helpful and responsive when we had questions or problems. The kitchen could use a bit more equipment if you want to do a lot of cooking. It’s a 30 minute walk to Bucerius which is a really fun spot and there’s beach access across the street.
