Quite expensive for where the listing was charged when compared to other cities in Mexico but to be at Chetumal the price was reasonable. Clean and relatively spacious. Recommend the place for those who want to stay overnight or stay for a short while in the city.

The place was just as described in the photos. Everything was clean, very spacious, and there were good books and even board games. Definitely if I have to go back to Chetumal, I would stay in the same place.

Looking forward to stay there once I'm in Chetumal. Mary was a great host, very nice. Would highly recommend staying here once you're visiting Chetumal.

I had a problem and I never manage to get to Chetumal, but Mary was attentive, communicating and concerned about my well-being, it had undoubtedly been an excellent stay. Very grateful to Mary

The place was in an acceptable area however there was an extreme noise from 7 am, as well as we had relevant problems with the Toilet, since the water was pouring out the downstairs, which was dirty water. It gave off a bad smell. However, they tried to fix it. However, it was worse because after the supposed arrangement, I'm covered, together with that, on my third night Mary changed us to a hotel that seemed like a hotel passing through, at the end of the beds, ants in the room zero hygiene, the interiors of the room zero hygiene, the sink broken and the floor was in very condition. If they were going to change my place, I expected a similar place with the same quality of the place I had rented or better, however I received going to a zero-star hotel, with a bad death with zero hygiene regulations and very dirty where they saw it I am really very upset about that situation, I will require the return of my stay.

everything is very nice, the person who welcomed us was very kind the house was super only the hot water didn't work or maybe we didn't know how to use it, but everything else was great. Recommended

This listing offered me more than I needed and expected for my short stay. I value immensely having a comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious studio all for me! As I said in previous reviews, places come and go but great hosts like Mary give your experience a unique tint that’s bound to leave a lasting memory and a desire to come back to this part of the world and bring your people with you! Mary went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, comfortable and even protected. I loved exploring the area from Mary’s place and loved even more being her guest. I will definitely come back and encourage you to book without hesitation. Chetumal has its charm and it is definitely a great hub to explore the area!
