We have visited Progreso several times, but this is definitely the best house we have ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and spacious, and the pool is super clean, large and warm (most houses have ice-cold water in their pools). The cleaning was a 10, and we had soap, paper, towels and some pool toys for the kids, which were super useful. It has 2 full bathrooms inside and 1 full bathroom outside, as well as 2 half bathrooms outside. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms had air conditioning, which is very much appreciated. Good assortment of glassware for cooking for 8/10 people without a problem. If we were to return, this would definitely be our first choice. Leticia and Silvia were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Good house and very friendly hosts

Leticia and her parents were attentive at all times, very friendly and polite. Their house is in excellent condition and equipped for a wonderful vacation. The pool and recreation area are excellent, with three bathrooms, a shower, a fully equipped kitchen area, and super comfortable bedrooms. I definitely recommend La Casa Azul Marino; you won't regret it. It's in a good location and close to Progreso Beach. A very well-maintained house with lovely details; very spacious and very clean. Excellent house and hosts, no question about it. 10 out of 10!

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en Playa Progreso. La casa es fresca, amplia y muy cómoda. Las habitaciones son grandes, independientes y bien distribuidas. Las hamacas son perfectas para relajarse y los aires acondicionados funcionaron de maravilla. Además, el agua caliente de los baños siempre estuvo disponible. A solo tres cuadras hay una pizzería buenísima. La casa es exactamente como aparece en las fotos publicadas. Sin duda un lugar excelente para descansar, lo recomiendo mucho. We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Progreso. The house is fresh, spacious, and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large, independent, and well laid out. The hammocks were perfect for relaxing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was always hot water in the bathrooms as well. Just three blocks away there’s an excellent pizzeria. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Definitely an excellent place to relax — highly recommended!

We had a great time as a family. The house It has the advantage of having a large parking lot. It fits 2 cars without a problem. Lety was very friendly and very respectful.

Title: A Heavenly Vacation at Casa Azul Marina in Progreso My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Azul Marina in Progreso, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Leticia and her husband, the hosts, along with their daughter Silvia and grandson Hugo, went above and beyond to make our two-week vacation truly heavenly. The house itself is a charming 4-bedroom AirBnB that is conveniently located just five minutes from the beach and a mere 2 kilometers from the center of Progreso. The proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy stunning sunsets and relaxing walks along the shore, while still being close enough to the city center to explore all that Progreso has to offer. Progreso itself is a picturesque coastal town with a laid-back atmosphere and a vibrant local culture. The city is known for its beautiful beaches, lively boardwalk, and delicious seafood restaurants. We spent our days exploring the local markets.

We loved the super clean house, the super large and clean pool and the excellent location close to the beach and the beach is very nice and quiet for children. The only thing is that a room of the 4 of the 4 has no weather and because we didn't use it because it was very hot and we relocated to the people who went there to the other rooms, but in general the house is excellent and Leticia is excellent host. The place was better than described. The beds were the most comfortable that I have slept on in an Airbnb property. There were some outside challenges that were out of the host's control, but she was incredibly responsive in mitigating issues with our trip to ensure a seamless transition. Great space to spend with family or a small group of friends. The home is so well designed, for airflow and temperature management that we did not turn on the air conditioning once. I love the spot and would recommend it to anybody visiting Puerto Progreso.

Leticia is a good host and very attentive to the guests' needs. The house is perfect for large groups, with spacious and ventilated spaces. The house met our expectations.

The house is amazing, it is too spacious, all the rooms are comfortable, very clean bathrooms. It has a fairly large terrace, the pool is spectacular. I definitely highly recommend it.
