Irma was an amazing host! She was in constant communication with us the whole time, attentive to our needs. The place is beautiful, a large house as seen in the photos with everything you need to have a luxury weekend. Well-equipped kitchen, super clean pool, rooms with everything you need. I would definitely come back.

It is an excellent place to rest and spend time with the family. Everything is very accessible and within the same subdivision, without leaving. The very quiet and safe subdivision. The house is large and has a huge and well-kept garden. The kitchen has everything you need and even more to make any meal (pots, pans, ovenproof dishes, etc.) Hot water in all bathrooms. Irma was always attentive, cordial, thoughtful and empathetic before and during the stay. Recommended place to enjoy with the whole family.

It's a very nice house, great for a weekend with friends and family. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, we slept great. The view of the lake is very nice, the garden is very nice, the kiosk with the barbecue is a great touch to make a barbecue. The pool is very spacious, nice and comfortable to relax and enjoy the day, just keep in mind that in winter the water can get very cold. Irma is an excellent host, she provided us with all the necessary information, always answered our questions at any time and her service is phenomenal. We feel supported at all times.

Lovely house in a beautiful location, perfect for a relaxing weekend

We had a great time, all the instructions were clear, only the issue of check-in was a little complicated, we had to send each person who entered with car license plates and everything. From there on out we had a great time. The pool did feel very cold but nothing serious. Irma was attentive to every detail, if we had a question or something. We had a problem with the electricity but it was solved. We had a great time and we would recommend it.

The house is fabulous, it has a spectacular view of the lake, a kiosk with a very comfortable barbecue in front of the lake, where you can sit, chat and enjoy the view while the meat is being prepared. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay, since it is very well equipped, in addition to being very comfortable and spacious. The subdivision is quiet and safe and ideal for morning or evening walks. Irma was always very attentive, she recommended places to go and visit and that is very much appreciated. Highly recommended, I'm sure we'll be back!!

A beautiful place. The house is very spacious and extremely well equipped to accommodate so many people. The hosts were super friendly, always attentive. Good internet and a nice lake view. The only thing we missed was that the pool was not heated or covered, so in the December cold, it was impossible to enjoy it. And that pets are not allowed. My daughters missed their little dog. Otherwise, everything was wonderful; I highly recommend it! Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful Christmas vacation.

Our stay at the house was excellent. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, spacious and functional. The gardens, the pool, its kiosk, the views of the lake and its terrace are what we liked and enjoyed the most. It has not only what you need, but many other things that literally make you feel at home and you don't miss anything. Like books in the bedrooms, board games in the common areas, lots of utensils in the kitchen, so we never lacked anything. We were even able to have a barbecue and had everything to make it a success. We took advantage of the barbecue they have in the kiosk, with that great view that the house has of the lake. The terrace is great and definitely our favorite place, and my family and I enjoyed it a lot. We also loved the large gardens, where our little son could run and enjoy himself a lot, as well as the garden they have with many trees. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathrooms. Irma's service is excellent, as she was attentive to everything from before our arrival and throughout our stay. Communication was also very good and fluid. We will definitely be back, because we loved not only the house and its pool, but also its large green areas, the bedrooms and the whole house in general. And also the subdivision, which is very safe, quiet and family-friendly. My son was able to enjoy the playground they have for the children, and they also have several stores to buy what you need without having to leave the subdivision. The lake with its ducks is also very nice and you can enjoy views of sunrises and sunsets. The house is ideal for relaxing, disconnecting from the routine and the city, resting, and enjoying the coexistence with the people you go with. Even for yourself, since you can take good walks in the subdivision, which is very nice. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Thank you very much Irma for all your attention and the details towards me and my family. Our stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place to spend a place to spend a tasteful weekend, perfect subdivision, very quiet and safe. The super inside the colony is a plus, you don't have to go out and buy anything. Regarding the house, the view of the lake is completely incredible, the pool is quite large, clean and at ease, the spaces are quite spacious even for the 8 we were and it has everything you might need, I recommend making roasted meat in the super cute kiosk. Another plus was the autonomous arrival and departure, a lot of privacy which is valued but this I do not allow the attention and communication to be spectacular. Highly recommended!

An excellent house. Very clean and with very spacious areas. Definitely a place for a large family to relax, with a wonderful view of the lake and a good-sized pool. And above all, a super helpful host who was available at all times. I recommend it 100%, and I will definitely be back. We felt very comfortable all the time.

What can we say about this property. It was amazing, very spacious, very comfortable and great to have all the family of 10 stay with comfort. The grounds were impeccable, there were the gardens guys who watered the grass and cleaned the pool etc. They were respectful, quiet, helpful and great at their job. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The place is amazing. We have a BNB in Niagara Falls , Canada and know what it takes to run a top rental. This is at the top. Pat and Ileana were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our questions. Also, the charcoal grill was perfect and situated inside the gazebo was very cool!! 5/5 stars!! We were super happy, the house is super at ease, with very large spaces to feel free and do what everyone wants, has a terrific terrace where you can have breakfast, eat or work while enjoying a lovely view since the garden and the lake are incredible, without a doubt the best to relax with everything. We felt very well received and communication with Irma was very clear and quick. We definitely recommend it and will return, since we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

The house is amazing to rest and disconnect. It is a fairly large, comfortable house with everything you need to have a great time with family and friends. As it is located on the shore of the lake, it has a wonderful view that we really enjoyed and this gives a very special touch to the place. Irma's service was impeccable, always very accessible and friendly. We will definitely be back very soon.

The house is very big and a little old although overall it is very good and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool does not have a boiler, the water is cold and due to the time of year (winter) it is almost impossible to use. The children couldn't get in. The attention of the support people (service) is excellent; they are always attentive to the needs of the tenant.
