The house is in perfect condition. In addition to being very nice, it's comfortable and practical. The The pool has a good temperature and everything works perfectly. Our stay was really very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable and well cared for. The accommodation is in an excellent location, very central and convenient for exploring and enjoying the city. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. One of our favorite spaces was the dining area, which we found especially nice and pleasant for sharing family moments. We also highlight the excellent service from the hosts, who were always attentive to us, very kind and willing to help us with any questions or needs. It was definitely a very nice experience and a place that we would highly recommend. We would love to come back on a future visit.

This beautiful, secure property was perfect for our weeklong stay in Oaxaca! The beds were comfortable, great hot water in the bathrooms, a kitchen that had just what we needed for morning coffee and glassware for mezcal tasting at night. We loved the location that allowed us to walk to amazing restaurants and explore the city with abandon, and we appreciated the prompt communication with our host.

The house is amazing and the cleanliness is impeccable! Olivia is a great host who always responds in less than 10 minutes and has very good recommendations!

The accommodation complies with what it offers. The contact person was always attentive to questions and offered help at all times. We only had one issue in a room, which was quickly resolved, with nothing further to comment on it. I highly recommend it for your vacation in Oaxaca ;)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. I loved how full of gadgets the kitchen was, with SMEG appliances and a freezer that even made ice - perfect for the heat. The bed is so comfortable, and massive. Also loved the bathroom shower and Molton Brown products. The pool on the roof is also fantastic to get into after a hot day, and the roof is a great place to hang out. There's a projector on the top floor, perfect for film nights. Olivia and her team were amazingly responsive and answered any question we had, and helped arrange our taxi to the airport. Every day there is a wonderful housekeeper who brings breakfast but will also make breakfast if you provide the ingredients (or pay her directly for them). She cooked us such a nice meal. Great location 10 minutes walk to Centro. Massive supermarket is 10 minutes away too.

We loved this beautiful home and enjoyed our five night stay. The house was perfectly clean and kitchen well appointed which made preparing morning coffee and breakfast very easy. Good coffee shops and food can be found by walking a few minutes in any direction. Communication was very responsive regarding and questions or needs. A number of small touches like milk, coffee, wine and nice bathroom products the host provided were very much appreciated. Spending time on the private rooftop deck and taking a dip in the pool on a warm afternoon was priceless and my favorite part.

We loved this setup. 3 bedrooms on 1 floor off of a central patio. All A/C. Good linens n towels. Walking distance to Zócalo. Baby crib, high chair n bath. Paper products provided. Even has a bottled water tap in the kitchen! Everything is compact, but new and well maintained.

This was such a wonderful stay! The host was incredible and helpful with recommendations, setting up driver, and all our questions during our stay! The house is amazing so beautifully designed so clean and we felt right at home and enjoyed breakfast and evening chats on the rooftop. The location is ideal right in center but on a quieter street. Very safe. We loved our time in Oaxaca and at this Airbnb.

My family and I loved this location tucked away amongst plants and flowers but still Right next to everything! We loved walking around town and slept well at the home. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I can tell you that it's a really nice Airbnb, and everything matches the photos you can see. You can walk to everything, and it's super easy to get a taxi from the Airbnb, as well as to get to central and tourist attractions in the area. It's also very safe to be on the streets near the Airbnb, so if you're looking for something central, in a good location, with excellent amenities, I highly recommend it!

This place sets the bar. Hotel-level amenities with a genuine home feel, fully stocked kitchen, AC and fans in every room, a rooftop terrace, pool, and a layout that gives everyone their own space. It stays remarkably cool even in peak heat, which in Oaxaca is no small thing. The compound setup is ideal for two couples, each with private space and the studio is a nice bonus for movie nights or hosting extras, though honestly you’ll want to keep it as your own. Street parking is easy and free, and the neighborhood feels residential and local while still being walkable to the centro. The hosts are kind and genuinely responsive, the kind of attentiveness that’s rare and makes a real difference when you’re traveling. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, full stop. Would return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone spending real time in the city.

Can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive Olivia was. They really take care of you. The home is lovely and the terrace was very relaxing. The home is well supplied with towels and nice linens. We did not cook but the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need. Very nice appliances. It was a very nice stay!

Great place. A 10 minute walk to the markets and centro. Quiet neighborhood but still in the city on a clean nice street. Super communicative and helpful. I highly recommend.

We’ve never experienced anything quite like this stay. It was full-service luxury like a hotel, yet we had the comfort of our own gorgeous apartment. The included shopping service was a lifesaver with three kids and no car; groceries at the doorstep were so convenient! The daily cleaning and laundry services were incredible, making everything effortless. We had breakfast cooked once—amazing!—but loved having flexible mornings. The hosts handled every question promptly and with care. the apartment is a design haven. And I will add - we are extremely picky! The rooftop jacuzzi and projector movie nights were huge hits with the kids. A note on location: for us, with little ones, getting to main areas took some effort with a stroller on uneven sidewalks. But it was super close to Calle Hidalgo, which we adored for coffee and breakfast, and near Mercado Merced, giving us a local feel. Some nights, nearby dogs barked, but they settled after a bit. Overall an unforgettable stay. thank you!

We had to cancel on the spot at an existing reservation due to safety and health conditions and somehow we found Olivia’s listing and made a last minute reservation. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us move from one listing to hers. Her home was incredible. A beautifully designed private space with a roof top pool, terrace and 3 seperate bedrooms in a wonderful part of Oaxaca. It was ideal for our group of 4. Modern, spotless, well appointed, incredible linens and a lovely cleaning service. Really one of the most comfortable and luxurious Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Olivia was so helpful with local tips and very responsive to any questions we had. It could not have been better.

Walking distance to almost everywhere in oaxaca. Quiet at night which was great. Rooms were great and host was responsive. No need for a car. Coffee and filtered water was great! Washing machine worked well too.

Olivia's home is beautiful in the photos, but even better in person. It has a lovely, neutral clean aesthetic. The kitchen is fully stocked - we only made coffee, but you could host a dinner party with all the cookware, appliances, and beautiful dishes and glassware. The filtered water was so nice, it saved us from going to the store. The home is very private and safe. There were 4 of us in our group - 2 adults and an 18 and 16 year old. My teens appreciated the privacy and personal retreat their rooms gave them. We stayed in the primary room in the main part of the house. The bed felt like a luxurious hotel bed. The bathroom was lovely with thick, white towels, and Molton Brown bath products. Olivia's communication is above and beyond. I have never had such an attentive host. Her response time is minutes if not seconds. I would go back again, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home just a short walk to town.

What a wonderful spot!! We were there for a family wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. The area is adjacent to some of the BEST food and is just a few blocks away from the Zocalo. The beds were super comfy and the patio was GORGEOUS. We had such a wonderful stay!

Booked this Airbnb for our trip to Oaxaca during the Dia De Los Muertos celebrations. The location is great, a few blocks from the zocalo (center of Oaxaca) with lots of options to eat and shop nearby. The rooms are nestled towards the back of the property so we were able to sleep great without hearing all of the street noise. We were extremely thankful for the early check in and for the quick responses when we had some minor issues with the hot water in one of the showers; they had the hot water back on within 15 minutes! We were also given a cute gift basket with some goodies - such a thoughtful gesture. We traveled with 3 couples total and it was so nice having individual room entrances and private restrooms in each room (with an additional one in the kitchen/living room space). We enjoyed chatting in the patio area after our long days of walking around or going on adventurous tours. Amazing place to stay: clean, comfortable, great location, quiet, responsive host, washer on site.

Olivia’s place was just as described and had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. It is somewhat of a shared space making it ideal for big groups. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the beautiful afternoon rain showers. Some may find the beds small and the restrooms tight if they are big and tall and used to king and queen sized bed. They were perfect for us but it should be noted. Perfect location and walking distance to the Zocalo, mercados and many restaurants. Neighborhood and home felt safe and Olivia responded immediately to the questions I had. I appreciated the cameras. I definitely recommend this home. The house is divine, just like the photos, the design, care and cleanliness are spectacular. The location is perfect because it is close to downtown but far enough away to be away from the noise but arrive on foot without a problem. Olivia's service was immediate and attentive at all times, she recommended places to go, transportation options to and from the airport, all very personalized. He provided us with all the details for our arrival with very clear instructions and even photos. We appreciate the details like yogurt and milk in the fridge, granola, coffee, the impeccable kitchen. The terrace is super enjoyable to arrive from the tours and relax for a while in the pool. If you are looking for location, comfort and accompaniment to enjoy your stay in Oaxaca, this is the option!

The booking exceeded our expectations and we’re surely to book again when back in Oaxaca. Because the kitchen was well equipped we were able to purchase ingredients from nearby markets and cook a homemade meal. We were additionally surprised by some of the items included in the stay which weren’t mentioned in the listing. Many, many, many thanks to the excellent communication from the host and the team.

The main house has really everything you can ask for, the additional bedroom and bathroom (separate), as well as the upstairs space is a great addition, the terrace is very well setup and the heated pool is great! Everything is upscale, the beds are super comfy!

Beautifully appointed, even lovelier place than the photos show. Could not have asked for more responsive hosts too! Everything was as listed and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, including the high-quality linens, the large terrace and sun umbrella, the Molton Brown amenities, the stocked kitchen (and delicious coffee!), and the heated large hot tub. We loved our stay! Our group liked the private bed/bath setup and the common areas. The neighborhood had lots of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. We liked being a few blocks away from the craziness of the main square touristy area. The host was very responsive and friendly!

What a wonderful stay! This is one of the most spotless Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at. Location is great too, just about a 10-15 walk to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Miriam, the cleaner, helped washed and folded our laundry and brought us pan dulce in the morning. She also offered to help make breakfast. The beds are so comfy and the showers have great pressure. My only critique would be that the pull out couch upstairs is quiet small for two people. They should add a real bed there or a couch with an actual mattress or update the listing to sleep 5 instead of 6. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helped us arrange a driver to and from the airport as well as a driver to drive us around for a day. We all loved it and I will try to book this place next time I’m in Oaxaca!

Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. The house was beyond our expectations from an architecture, design and comfort standpoint. Every appliance and amenity that you could think of was provided from the Smeg and Samsung appliances to the local Oaxacan pottery - everything was the pinnacle of luxury. But the real star of the show was Miriam who is there every day to help with keeping the house spotless, cooking when needed, delivering fresh baked bread daily and providing the best tamales I have ever had a chance to taste. Going into this I didn’t realize how much I was going to appreciate having Miriam around but it really made our stay above and beyond average. 10/10. Five stars. We will 100% be back again.

My family and I had a very nice stay at this Airbnb. This place allowed us to enjoy a week in Oaxaca. The house has a very good design, very nice and well thought out spaces. My teenage daughters were happy with the privacy and independence of the upstairs room. My parents enjoyed the ground floor. The living room and dining room are comfortable and cool, and allowed us to have long conversations. The staff is very friendly and efficient, always willing to support and respond to our needs. The accommodation is conveniently located, within easy walking distance of downtown and the city's main attractions. The kitchen is well-equipped, breakfast includes a very tasty sweet bread, the conchas (local bread) are delicious. The beds on the ground floor are very comfortable. Anyway, we highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for all your kindness.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Olivia and her team went to great lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were very good communicators and very responsive (sometimes late at night!). The house was beautiful and very tastefully decorated with every amenity you could ask for. We felt right at home and it was perfect for our little family and grandparents! The location was awesome, with in walking distance to the town square and the best food and shops. We would recommend this place over and over and would definitely come back!

We could not have been happier with our experience! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more: fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, nice plates and bowls, wine glasses, drinking classes, coffee cups, and utensils -- and there was even a jar of ground coffee and a selection of condiments! The rooms and set up were ideal for our family, consisting of my wife and me, my older son and his wife plus baby, and my younger son. Olivia provided a crib, high chair, and baby tub for the little one. We loved hanging out in the patio and admiring all the well-tended plants and cacti. The whole place was super clean. And we loved being so close to the Zocalo! Olivia and her team were an excellent communicators, with every message to them answered within minutes. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca!

Loved this place! It was beautiful, in a great location and the beds were so comfy! Lots of great amenities and the kitchen was a dream! The host was so incredibly responsive long before we even came. She gave helpful recommendations, helped us arrange airport transportation and helped us arrange breakfast for the days we were there. One night we accidentally had an issue with a key and she responded right away and helped us get it figured out. Highly recommend this place- we will be back!!

Olivia and her team have created an oasis in the beautiful and vibrant city of Oaxaca. The home is immaculate and filled with high end amenities creating a warm and luxurious space for guests. Olivia and her team were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had every comfort and resource to have the best time on our trip. The home is a treasure and a short walk to city center. It was nice to have a little distance from Centro given the party doesn’t stop in Oaxaca! We had a peaceful home to retreat to after exploring. We had a great stay at Olvia’s place. We were a group of 5 and stayed here for 5 days. We did experience water pressure issues upon our arrival and mid week but got resolved quickly. Host was available to answer any questions or concerns we had at anytime. The house maid was very attentive with us and made sure to make our stay pleasant. I understand the jacuzzi is new but wish we could have used it a bit more. The water was not heating therefore,we weren’t able to use it the last few days during our stay. I would stay here again and will be recommending this place to others as we did enjoy our stay here.

We were so enchanted by how quaint and charming the home was! It was very clean and every room very well appointed! We arrived at night and it was a little wet due to the rain, so we couldn’t see exactly how cute it was until the next morning when we were enjoying the patio with the beautiful bougainvilleas! It is only a few minutes walk to the centro and we fell in love! Thank you Olivia for a safe and beautiful first stay in Oaxaca!

This home was lovely! We had four adults (one married couple and two others), and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own distinct spaces. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever had while traveling, as were the pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every utensil you could need or want, and while we spent most of our meals out, you could easily and comfortably cook for your entire stay. The bathrooms were well stocked with luxury shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and the fridge was stocked with breakfast items upon arrival. Olivia was a lovely host, and was incredibly helpful and responsive at all times. She really made us feel welcome, and answered questions almost at any time of the day or night (including fixing a water problem at 2am). We will definitely look to book here again on our next trip to Oaxaca!

We traveled with 6 friends and the house was perfect: comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and everything is very clean. We asked for yoga mats and they provided them without any problem, and in the courtyard we had delicious yoga sessions. Olivia was very kind, she allowed us to check in early and leave our bags on the last day since our flight was leaving late. Everything's excellent, highly recommended!

The first Airbnb we booked in Oaxaca didn’t work out, and we scrambled to find a new replacement. Thankfully, this place was available and I’m thankful that it was. Over the week we stayed, it was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and air conditioning, which was quite welcoming after hours in the grueling sun eating meats on the streets. The place was always immaculately clean, and our house cleaner even cooked our group a delicious meal. The real crown jewel was the rooftop patio, which was adorned with local pottery and had a table big enough for at least six. An easily opened umbrella allowed midday mezcal lunches, and LED lights allowed the fiesta to go into the late hours. Overall, we’d recommend this Airbnb. It was by far the best experience we had renting a house, and we are hoping to come back sometime in the future.

Olivia’s place was in a great location in the center of Oaxaca. The unit has a private locked gate that opens to an outdoor courtyard (access private to the 3 bedrooms). We traveled as a family of 6, including an infant (pack and play crib was provided), so we liked that each pair had their own private bedroom and bathroom and we could hangout together in the living room/kitchen or in the courtyard! Olivia was very kind and always responsive. She allowed us to leave bags after our stay which we really appreciated!

Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone staying in Oaxaca! Was a lovely, clean, and modern space nestled in a quiet street, but extremely close to everything which gave us a really nice jumping off point for exploring. Huge feature was that there was a tap with drinkable water which made that part of our trip so much less work. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with everything. Check-in was easy, the location was serene and felt safe, and the layout was really unique (all the rooms are individual with a shared courtyard / kitchen&lounge area), giving a lot of privacy. Was equipped with everything you might need for a stay and was perfect for our group of 4 that came for a wedding.

We had a wonderful stay - Olivia was incredibly responsive and the instructions were crystal clear. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in centro. The AC in bedrooms was much appreciated during the hot days. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay with friends. It’s great especially if you want privacy within your own group. It’s also right in the heart of town which makes it very fun walkable with cute bakeries, bars, and restaurants right out your door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Olivia’s place. The property is in a great location – a short walk to the attractions and restaurants in Centro, but away from the action just enough to be quiet. We liked the central courtyard, which was a great gathering place after a day’s activities. The courtyard is surrounded by four rooms – a bedroom with two single beds and bath, two bedrooms with full size beds and baths, and a kitchenette/living area with a couch, cocktail table and chairs. With all the great food in Oaxaca, we didn’t cook any meals, but it was nice having a place to make coffee, and keep beverages in the mini-fridge. Everything was well maintained and clean. Olivia was very communicative both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend Olivia’s casa to anyone considering a stay in Centro.

Olivia’s place in Oaxaca was perfect for us. It was extremely comfortable with everything we needed and a relaxing place to stay. Close to the centre and the Zocalo, it felt very safe and easy to get to all the sights. Our time in Oaxaca was amazing and honestly it was in part due to our lovely Airbnb and host! We felt right at home and we were central to everything. Amazing bars and restaurants and all within walking distance. Couldn’t recommend it higher!

We loved our stay at this property, the location is unbeatable. Even though it’s very central, it is well back from the road and so is a little oasis in Oaxaca. We would love to stay again when we visit Oaxaca

Olivia responded quickly and was very helpful with whatever we needed. The location was excellent and short walk to the center of town. Gotta love the Molton Brown bath products. Highly recommended!

it's a nice space, everything you need. Good beds, nice bathrooms and towels. Nice that there is drinking water. There was always a quick response. We could leave our luggage. All in all very nice!!
