Our family had a five star stay at Matthew’s beachfront condo! Everything about our visit was perfect. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and stylish. The pool, gym, and common areas were great also! Matthew is the guy. He made sure we had a wonderful stay and had great local food recommendations for us too!

Matthew's place is definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The photos are exactly like the place; it is located across from a very beautiful and quiet beach where you can relax. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and everything is extremely clean and cozy. The sunrise view from the balcony is spectacular. The host is always very attentive to everything and makes very useful recommendations about places to eat nearby. The condominium staff is very friendly, and the common areas are also impeccable and clean. The pool is heated, and you can spend hours there gazing at the sea and watching the surfing activities taking place right across the street. I definitely hope to come and stay here again soon. Thank you so much for everything and for your attention!!

Spectacular apartment and condominium!!! The view from the apartment is exceptional, and the apartment itself is equally so, with exquisite décor, impeccably clean, full of thoughtful details, luxurious sheets, pillows, and mattresses, a superbly equipped kitchen, a beautiful balcony, a private laundry room, three large and comfortable bedrooms, and the The complex's pool is beautiful, with a view of the beach. There is also very good bar and food service, and a nice gym. It is really worth it, and you'll have a great time!!!! Super attentive host, always ready to help with suggestions, and allowed us to check out later.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s place. The condo was great for our family of 5. The views, amenities, pool and cafe on the property are great! We also really enjoyed all the condo owners and visitors we met! Very family friendly place! Sometimes there were not enough chairs ay the pool. Probably something the condo owners want to address soon. The location was great but construction traffic was pretty bad. That should clear up soon though. We loved watching the surfers in front of the condo and being so close to San Jose. The condo was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Theres not a lot of space to cook so it’s best to keep it simple. One major plus was the closet and drawer space. It was plentiful! Matthew was extremely easy to work with and very helpful with recommendations. You can tell he takes great pride in creating a great experience for visitors.

We stayed at Mathews place for only a few days but did not want to leave. Great location with nice pool, beach, and surf access. The condo was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable with an excellent view from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Four of us including our two little kids.

It was our second year staying at Soleado. We feel right at home here. Matthew goes above and beyond as the perfect host. We are all planning next year.

If I could give this place and the hospitality six or seven stars, I would. This place surpasses any host and rental I’ve ever used. 1. Location, Location, Location - balcony looking out on the ocean in Los Cabos. Just walk out to the Pacific, and there you are. Don’t want to get your feet sandy? Nice pool and hot tub. And, it’s really quiet. 2. Hospitality- Matthew truly deserves Superhost designation. Most places give you a numerical code, and you never have contact with a human being. This place has an employee meet you at the entrance and not only gives you a code matched to your cell phone but then sends a custom video showing you how to enter. You walk in, and on the table is a snack basket, and in the fridge, complimentary drinks. The silverware is even symmetrically arranged in the utensil drawer. And, the hospitality doesn’t stop there: Matthew is constantly available to answer any questions. He even contacted us shortly after an earthquake to see if we were okay.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthews place. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed spending time on the beach and swimming in the ocean. For this time in Cabo we spent most of our visit in San Jose and had a lovely dinner at Flora Farms. Matthew was a great host and very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the condo was just wonderful. The place is impeccable, very well cared for and with all the details that make a difference. The location is perfect, close to the sea and everything you could want to enjoy in Los Cabos. I loved the view, tranquility and atmosphere of the condo. It was definitely a very pleasant experience, ideal for resting and enjoying. I would definitely be back! 🌴☀️

Matthew's condo is a gem. The setup was great for our family of four. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including filtered water/ice and Tupperware (random compliment, but so helpful!). Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and showers are hot. The condo stayed wonderfully cool in 90+ degree heat. Windows and doors provided nice noise cancellation from outdoor noise from the pool or locals. The pool area is really clean and safe. The beach out front is beautiful but not swimmable; there are swimmable beaches a few blocks away (try Palmilla - $4, 5 minute Uber ride). The condo has a nice gym with dumbbells, treadmill, and cables. Matthew is a warm host who made sure our stay was excellent from start to finish. He left a sweet treat basket for our arrival (not many hosts do anymore) and provided plenty of local recommendations and clear instructions. Gerardo and on-site staff are friendly and helpful.

Mathew’s place in San Jose Del Cabo is great. I went with my wife and two toddlers and I was able to surf directly in front of the pool where my kids were playing. Can’t really beat that. The house was clean and well furnished. Perfect for a family of four or a few buddy’s on a surf trip. Mathew was very helpful and communicative if I ever had a question or needed a suggestion. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We will 100% be back next summer.

Matthew's condo is wonderful. Beautiful furnishings. Balcony with spectacular ocean view. Quiet pool and beach. We boogie boarded out front. Next trip we plan to try surf lessons! Playa Palmilla, a swimming beach, is less than 5 mins away. The town of San Jose del Cabo has so many cute shops and restaurants. Matthew was very proactive in reaching out to us - with check-in instructions, seeing if we needed recommendations. A seamless experience!

We had a great time at Matthew’s place. I had jet lag and the super comfortable beds were a big help. The location was perfect and we are in Matthew’s recommended restaurants and they were great. We’ll be back for longer next time!

Its location right on the beach was a dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the views. The host went above and beyond, leaving us a generous welcome of beverages and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The instructions provided were clear and well-organized, making our stay seamless from start to finish. We had a minor hiccup with the shower not draining, but the host was quick to come by and fix it—no hassle at all. The location is great, close to San Jose, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend :))

We had an awesome time at Matthew’s place. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking around San Jose del Cabo, just book this one. Killer views, walkable beach for miles, solid waves for body surfing and a surf break literally right in front of the condo with a steady but small group of surfers, locals and tourists, getting rad. The current is strong here, but my boys, 10 and 15 and me had plenty of fun playing in the waves. Not for little kids. The lobby and pool area are high end and immaculate. The cabanas down on the beach with a Pacifico and a kindle was perfect. Then there were the whales, daily sightings, multiple times per day, breaching off the coast, babies jumping, it was beautiful. Finally, the condo itself. Super comfortable, 5th of 6 floors, room for everyone to spread out, really nice rooms, large closets, nice bathrooms and showers. This is the owner Matthew’s family home, and it was such a great vacation and we’re so thankful for them sharing their home with us.

What a beautiful location. Everything was just as described. Matthew was communicative before and during our stay, answering any and all questions that we had. Being there in March, we never once turned on the AC and were able to leave the doors to the balcony open for the entirety of our visit. Having the ocean and pool to choose from not only made swimming a breeze, but gave us a choice of seating. We can't recommend highly enough.

This is our second year staying at Matthew's place and we loved every minute. The location is wonderful, the condo is immaculate and very well stocked and appointed and Matthew is a wonderful host. He made sure we had the chairs, umbrellas and ice chest we needed to make the most of our beach days and he even left us a few snacks and drinks to get us started off on the right foot! He is in constant communication to ensure everything is perfect. We cannot wait for our trip to Matthew's place again next spring!

Second stay at this amazing condo. Have stayed in many units at Soleado and this is the best! Matthew is an extremely attentive and communicative host who is dedicated to making your stay the best it can possibly be. We love Soleado and will definitely be back in Matthews’s condo again next year!

I have been coming to this area almost every year since 1998 since I had a time share. I relinquished the time share two years ago & this is the first time I used Airb&b, although I used it in Europe. I struck “ gold” with this place and with Matthew as a host & Gerardo as the property manager. The place was in a great location, just beautiful & great for our retirement celebration . Communication with Matthew was perfect as were his suggestions and description of his home. We couldn’t have found a better place or better host for this getaway . Thanks again , Matthew, you and your home made our week just perfect.

Fantastic host. The condo was as described and right on the beach. What’s not to love? Clean, well appointed. Close to downtown San Jose with many restaurants and activities. Be sure to hit the downtown art walk on Thursday nights and farmers market on Saturday. If you’re looking for a spot closer to San Jose than Cabo San Lucas, this condo can’t be beat.

Wow! Just spent a week-long ladies trip in Matthew’s condo. We just can’t say enough good things about both the condo and Matthew. He was by far the most attentive host we’ve ever rented from. He responded so quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions from before we booked until after we checked out. Sound machines in every room, plenty of glassware and dishes, pots and pans and silverware, a basket of welcome local treats and so much more. Rest assured the condo is exactly what you see in the listing pictures. Waking up for the sunrise, sitting on the veranda drinking coffee and watching humpback whales every morning…you just can’t beat that view. It was spectacular. We were all so amazed by the short wait for Ubers and how safe we felt with them as well as downtown San Jose del Cabo and the number of awesome restaurants to choose from. And Matthew recommended a fantastic taco place! We fell in love with the area and were so glad we didn’t rent in Cabo San Lucas.

The views are stunning, especially the sunrise from the balcony. It was great to have ample space for sleeping with the three bedrooms. Being beachfront was amazing, we took many lovely walks from the patio space.

This is our favorite place to stay in San Jose del Cabo. Matthew’s place is absolutely stunning. I brought my two friends for a birthday weekend and they were blown away by it. The views are incredible, the space was perfect for the three of us, and everyone enjoyed the sweet welcome package of snacks and wine that Matthew left for us. This trip was a 10/10!

We had the most wonderful experience - I highly recommend Matthew’s place! The condo was beautiful and absolutely pristine. They had everything we needed and there was ample space for our group of 6. The beachfront views of the water are breathtaking and we even saw families of humpback whales in the morning! The property manager arranged a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and even offered to do a grocery run for us prior to our arrival. It was all seamless. The proximity to San Jose was a huge plus, as we enjoyed the art walk and many great restaurants only 15 min uber away. The beachfront pool and hot tub were terrific during the day and we loved being able to walk down the beach to Zippers at low tide. Book Matthew’s place!!! You’ll be glad you did.

Our family just returned home after 2 glorious weeks at Matthew’s condo over Xmas/New Year’s. The view knocked our socks off! The beachfront location on a beautiful and quiet beach can’t be beat. The condo is very comfortable. Great beds, comfy furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Matthew was super helpful and friendly from beginning to end. We have already booked our next stay at his condo!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Matthew's condo in Soleado, where we celebrated our 40th anniversary. We've stayed in many of the units there and Matthew's was above and beyond the best one yet! He is an extremely dedicated host who wants to make sure you have the best experience. Not only was his unit impeccably clean and bright, he had many amenities that made our stay exceptional. He is a very responsive and caring host as well. Special shout out for making our anniversary special with a bottle of champagne and desserts celebrating our special occasion! We love Soleado and will definitely be staying in Matthew's unit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Matthew’s condo! Beautiful, clean, well-decorated home with everything you need and more. It was perfect for our family. The lobby and pool area are beautiful and beach access is steps from the pool. Short uber to amazing restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas making it so easy to pop downstairs to the beach with our toddler. The host had great communication from booking to checkout and helped us secure airport transportation as well. The condo was filled with thoughtful touches like welcome snacks and binoculars for whale watching. Highly recommend this spot for your next trip!

Wow!!! What a great place to spend a week with your family! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this beautiful condo, it was absolutely perfect! Matthew was an excellent host, very responsive during our entire stay and repeatedly checked in with us throughout the week to make sure we were comfortable. He met us at check-in and showed us the condo and all the amenities, gave us great recommendations of local restaurants and really just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like we were at home. I could not have asked for a better experience and feel like I made a new friend in the process. The location was wonderful! Amazing views from the 5th floor balcony, beautiful sunrises and the perfect spot to check the waves as it's directly in front of the Zippers surf break. Several restaurants within walking distance down the beach and easy access to board rentals either directly on the beach or across the street at Costa Azul Surf shop. Can't wait to go back!

This is an excellent condo in a beautiful building. The pool and beach were both fabulous, too. Lots of surfers to watch as the surf school is next door. If you like to walk the beach, that is very easy from here as well. It goes on for miles. This condo is in walking distance to a few beach bars/restaurants. We did not have a car, but Uber was easy to take everywhere we wanted to go. You're super close to San Jose del Cabo, and about 30 min to Cabo San Lucas. We would definitely stay again!

Where do I start. From the pictures, I already knew the place was going to be nice but I didn’t expect it to be that much better in real life. The apt is spacious, clean, has washer/dryer and the ocean view is unbeatable. It is beautifully furnished with all you could need. Though it’s an apt, it feels more like a resort with security, parking, beach cabanas, pool and bar service. The pool is well maintained and very enjoyable to swim in + have a drink in. Many good restaurants in walking distance and short drive to town. Strongly recommend this Airbnb and we’re looking forward to be back. Thank you for everything Matthew

Surfers paradise in Cabo! We were not surfers, but looking at the beautiful waves we learned to surf at a local school 100yards away from the apartment through the beach. The place pristine and great located to watch beautiful sunrises! We felt right at home from the get go. Well equipped kitchen and nice amenities. There is a gym and the pool and hot tub are nice additions to the beautiful ocean front. Also there is a restaurant by the pool which is more than convenient. My kids were safe and free to roam around the condo. Overall a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

This place is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From the moment we arrived until we left, we couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful this place was for our trip. We slept so well on very comfortable beds, woke every morning to incredible views and the sound of waves crashing. The infinity pool, private cabanas, and little bar were so close to the water and made it so easy to enjoy every moment of sun and sand all at once. We loved the few min walk down the shore to Pescadito Break for fresh seafood at night, and it was so easy to take a quick 5 min Uber to get to the supermarket for groceries! (Uber pick up at this spot is SO FAST). Everything was super clean and easy and they even had beers, chips, and salsa when we arrived! If you’re looking for a relaxing version of Cabo with epic sunsets - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Matthew was such an attentive and communicative host, huge thank you to him, the management team, and Belinda the bartender for making our stay so wonderful.

Mexico never disappoints! Matthew was hospitable, generous, and kind. His family's home was the perfect getaway, and we loved our time there with the ocean views, the food, and the people (including all those cool surfers and their cool dogs). Matthew and his team were welcoming and accommodating - and even left Mexican goodies and flowers for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. You can't beat the location to the beach, restaurants, and a mini mart for quick tequila runs. And all just a 10-minute Uber ride from San Jose's plaza where we spent most evenings soaking up the local culture and eats. We felt at home and our only complaint was that we had to leave so soon to go back to our not-a-beachfront world. Thank you, Matthew! You're a good egg. And if I end up in your amazing house again one day, I'm never leaving.

We had the best time at Matthew's place! My family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The condo was exactly like the photos and was very clean and nice. The kids (ages 11, 3 & 18 months) loved the pool and the beach front. We saw whales daily and watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. The building was safe and secure. We were able to park in Matthew's parking space inside the garage which was very convenient. Gerardo the property manager was very kind and helpful. The communication from both Gerardo and Matthew were top notch. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

Matthew's beautiful condo and impeccable hospitality truly sets this property apart from any other rental we've stayed in...and we've stayed in A LOT! He was extremely communicative from the day we booked and helped us create an in-condo chef experience for dinner one evening which was remarkable. Matthew also went out of his way, when asked, to ensure we had enough beach chairs (the great Tommy Bahama kind) and umbrellas as well as a new ice chest so we could really enjoy our beach days. He kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed and gave us local recommendations that were fantastic. The condo itself and the entire property are gorgeous. Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, linens and towels and a nice stock of the basics. The beach is absolutely gorgeous; peaceful and private, uncrowded and just steps from back entrance of the property. We really cannot say enough great things about the experience we had from start to finish and cannot wait to return!!

Matthew's place was lovely, relaxing and exactly as advertised (if not better). Gerardo (the property manager) meets you when you get there to give you the full tour and answer any questions (this really makes things smooth for arrival). The condo was very quiet when we were there and we often had the pool to ourselves, although we were quite happy to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise, the local fishermen and the whales. The view was spectacular and gets the morning sun directly (but is nice and shaded for the hot afternoon sun which is lovely). One of our party was in a wheelchair and everything was quite accessible (assistance for the heavy entrance door, but that was it). The airport is stocked with everything that you could possible need (there were even binoculars for the whales and board games). There are a few restaurants within walking distances, and uber was great for going farther. Both Gerardo and Matthew were always a quick text away and very helpful with information!

We loved Matthew’s condo. It was excellent! The view was spectacular! Every details was thought out from the beds and linens to the stocked kitchen. Geraldo was very responsive and helpful as well. We can’t wait to go back.

Matthew was great to work with as a host. Very responsive and just easy to work with. His place has an incredible ocean view right in front of a great surf break. The lobby of is really something to be appreciated decorated with high end furniture with a beach flair - rivals top end hotels. Condo is a great location - less then 10 minutes to downtown San Jose has everything you need for a great vacation - enjoy!

Matthew’s condo was even better than the pictures. The elevator from the parking garage to the condo made it easy to bring up groceries. We had perfect weather and enjoyed watching whales and a few surfers from the balcony. The lobby, pool and beach areas were beautiful. Matthew was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was our first time visiting the area, and I am so glad we stayed here instead of an all inclusive resort. Thank you for sharing your home.

This place was perfect for our family group of 6. Matthew connected us with his property manager who helped us easily set up a ride from the airport to the property, including a grocery stop on the way there. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the balcony area is quite spacious compared to other beachfront properties I have stayed at - a great place to eat your breakfast and drink coffee to watch the sunrise. The interior also feels spacious and is beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week in the sun. There are beach beds you can use for free to savor long days looking at the ocean and they are only a few steps from the pool and hot tub. The building does not have a ton of units in it so we never felt crowded at the pool or beach areas. Matthew is a wonderful host who promptly answered all our questions from the moment we booked the place. He provided tips and restaurant recommendations for us, which were very much appreciated. Absolutely a gem!

Look no further! Stunning AirBnB, bigger and better than the photos, and immaculately clean. Highlights include evening hot tub dips, whale watching from the balcony, sunrises over the ocean, and morning beach walks. Building staff was helpful and professional and the building gave resort vibes. Can't wait to stay again (for a south swell).

we stayed at Matthew's place the week before Christmas 2023. Matthew and Gerardo were very helpful with making sure we knew the checkin process, asked if we needed a ride from the airport, and Gerardo even met us at the condo to show us the amenities. Great location and very nice condo inside. I'm the type of person who searches and searches for places to stay before picking a place and I was more than pleased when we got there and saw the condo and pool. Better than the pictures! We rented a car for our stay and took the short drive into San José Del Cabo downtown. We'll worth visiting with all the amazing food places. We also took the 30 minute drive into cabo which is always fun. The beach is beautiful in front of the condo. Always pretty quiet with swimmable water. The pool was great for our 10 and 12 year Olds. overall it was a great stay. We will be back.

Great view, great separation of bedrooms and many amenities, such as kitchen/cooking supplies, additional beach chairs and umbrellas (though the resort has its own beach/pool cabanas). The unit’s patio was a great area to relax with a couch and large table/chairs great for eating and playing games. The beach was very nice, but with a bit of an undertow-not a big deal if comfortable swimming in the ocean. Also, a bit calmer a short walk down the beach. Great area for surfing and watching surfers! The building was secure with security personnel and electronic gate openers. Matthew was easy to communicate with, as was his local property manager Gerardo. Would definitely stay again.

Matthew's condo was amazing-very clean, plenty of room with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, beds are very comfortable, and the view from the 5th floor balcony was spectacular- we sat out there every morning watching the waves! The location could not be better, literally right on a beautiful swimmable beach that you can take long walks on. Matthew, the owner, was wonderful from the moment we booked his condo he kept in contact giving us information about our arrival, check in, and any questions we had-he responds very quickly and is so helpful! Through his recommendation we had Marisol come and clean and make the most delicious dinner for us one night. Gerardo, the property manager was so great-he messaged us when we landed to give us full directions to the property and met us when we drove up. He showed us around the condo making check in very easy. He answered us right away when we had any questions about the condo, and even picked up a prescription for us we needed and delivered it to our door very quickly! We really appreciated how helpful both Matthew and Gerardo were! We highly recommend Matthews condo, I would not hesitate to book his condo, everything went very smoothly! We definitely will be back soon!

Wow! We stay at Soleado every month and have stayed in multiple units. This one is one of the most well-ran, well-stocked, and most up-to-date one we have stayed in. Matthew, the owner, Gerardo and Adriana all were very responsive and were so easy to work with. This place is a hidden gem and we will continue to stay here.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s condo! Check in was a breeze - Matthew and his property manager were incredibly accommodating. We can’t say enough good things about the apartment! It was the perfect size for 4 adults + 2 kids, Incredibly clean, great amenities and the view was spectacular. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Matthew’s condo again. We felt the location was ideal (and very safe!!) While it was situated on a beautiful beach, we were close enough to visit various towns and other beaches (renting a car is a must). Great spot, I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week at the Soleado and absolutely loved San Jose del Cabo. The condo is gorgeous and was immaculate when we arrived. The view of the ocean and the beach are beautiful and the sunrise each morning is breathtaking. There is great pool that sits right next to the beach. The beach was quiet and expansive and you can walk for miles along it. Matthew was so helpful and checked in often to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be going back to this beautiful place!

Great condo, impeccable location, and beautifully done. The condo itself is beautifully done. Lovely colors, stone, decor, and very comfortable furniture and beds. The bathrooms are well done and the built in closets are spacious and well made. It is completed with high end luxurious finishes. The lobby is also beautifully done although we just walked through it and never sat downstairs although you could. The location is amazing. The collapsing/folding doors invites the outdoors inside. We sat most all day with the doors open and the sounds of the ocean relaxing and welcoming us. The beach is beautiful and walkable for probably a couple miles (never timed it). The condo pool and hot tub isn’t heated but is refreshing on warm days. We were there in early March and it was highs 73-80 with lows overnight in the low 60’s. Many people were swimming in the pool and at the beach yet it never had a feeling of being busy. We never wanted to lay at the beach or at the pool and were unable to get chairs or lounges at either one or the other. The location to San Jose del cabo is literally like 5-15 minutes depending where you are going. Art walk on Thursdays is a must. We went to dinner at Baja brewing, Pietro’s, zippers (just down the beach), Fiorenza, el barrio at the ritz. We had an amazing time and love the San Jose area. Fresko’s and chedraui select are big, nice and well stocked grocery stores and are about 1.5 miles away. My wife would recommend the mento (mint) cappuccino at fresko’s. They have fresh bakery and great fruit, veggie, meat and alcohol selections. Gerardo met us at the condo and showed us around, the key access, wifi, and they have a few snacks, water bottles and beer in the fridge. Matthew was outstanding to communicate with before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend the stay at the condo. There was only two very small drawbacks and they are mostly our issue not the condo’s. First we aren’t used to condo living so it is a bit tight on space. Now I think it is 1250 square feet plus the balcony. We just live in a larger space so it was an adjustment. We stayed for 10 nights and loved it. So we adjusted. The other item would be you have neighbors over the 2/3 wall. They were very respectful and so were we. But you have to be kind to how loud you talk, and how loud they are as the wrong neighbors could impact your vacation but that is true of any condo. Again, we had good neighbors and a good experience. Overall I would give the experience 5 stars.

We asked to come in a few days early and matthew accommodated us. We did a full review of our stay in another review but it was so good and since we booked under two reservations I wanted to be sure we gave two 5 star ratings.

Matthew's condo was perfect! The pictures definitely don't do it justice. They were so responsive and communicated, and answered every question. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean place, we love staying at Soleado and this unit on the 5th floor was amazing and very well stocked. The unit was super clean and beds comfy. Great stay thanks

We have been coming to San Jose del Cabo for years and this was a wonderful experience. When we arrived, the place was sparkling clean. The lobby area is also pristine and has great decor. We loved the feel of the whole condo resort because it was a lot more chill than other places we’ve stayed in Cabo. The pool and beach didn’t feel crowded and it was nice and quiet. This was all great for our family vacation and we felt very safe COVID-wise. All of the condos also have lovely balconies and gorgeous views of the beach! Lastly, we had the contact info for a property manager, Gerardo, the whole time and he was fantastic. So responsive and beyond helpful. We would definitely come here again!

Matthew’s place is great with incredible sunrise views of the pacific. Matthew and his property manager were extremely helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend and will certainly be back in the future!
