I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The location was perfect and a block away from Calle 7 in La veleta. Frank and his team were so incredibly helpful and responsive when it came to any issues and more importantly the recommendations were outstanding. The house itself is what everyone else said in the comments-better than the pictures. The pool was pristine and so fun. A highlight for us was the chef dinner with Karen, first of all, the food was immaculate!!! She was so sweet and an incredible chef. I stayed here with 5 other girls for a bachelorette trip and it was a perfect location for our adventuring/atving days to the cenotes, getting to the hotel zone and central tulum. I will 100% be back here in the future. Huge thank you to the hosts!

The place was fantastic for our group of 10. It was accurately described and loved every one having their own bathroom. Pool was beautiful and layout was picture worthy. We had Chef Karen come over one day based on recommendation and it was by far the highlight of our food experience! Every recommendation that Denisse gave us was phenomenal including Ilios! The house is in an newly developed area of Tulum. There are not shops, other houses, etc super close and the roads are unpaved. Food, shops and town center are a 5 to 10 minute drive. We had hired a driver for the trip so this was not an issue for us! Would definitely stay again!

cannot say enough good things about Denise and hosts! They helped plan an entire bachelorette itinerary for me and my 8 friends, including reserving everything, handling all comms, and sharing a full itinerary with us with incredible recommendations. On top of that, the house could not be more relaxing, serene, safe , or enjoyable to spend time in. Fit 9 so comfortably and had a fabulous time. Shoutout to their recommended driver as well who was our private shuttle drive all weekend and got us everywhere needed, all reasonably priced!

Had an amazing time here with friends for a 35th birthday party. The entire team took great care of us. Excellent experience with vendors suggested and they even worked to get us into a beach club at a great rate. Book today you won't regret it!

Just finished our stay for a friend's bachelorette weekend and it was everything we could have hoped to find in a rental. Spacious rooms with plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. common areas for gathering together while having sections to separate for some chill time. Looks exactly like the photos- clean, property well kept, and modern amenities. The host was also so attentive and very prompt when we had questions about the property or local recommendations - example I texted at 10pm when we noticed lots of bugs in the pool expecting to hear back in the morning, but they responded that night and had someone over at 8:30am to do a full yard /pool maintenance. Location is a little off the beaten path, but we had no trouble getting taxis/shuttles to the house (this made it quiet and serene while sitting in the backyard though!) The concierge service was also super helpful. I'd recommend this home to any large group coming to Tulum and wanting to be out of the main beach/hotel area.

Our stay was amazing! Myself and 8 friends stayed here during my bachelorette trip and the house was incredible! The villa was exactly as pictured, the hosts were super helpful, helped arrange for private chef services, stocking the fridge etc. I would 100% come back and stay here again and will recommend to all friends to stay here when visiting Tulum!

Great house in a great location. Amazing communication from the host. They helped facilitate getting birthday cake and balloons to celebrate. This was our first time in Tulum but will definitely be returning and will most likely try to stay here again if it’s available.

One of the best stays my guests and I have been to! The host is super responsive and helpful with getting you a personal taxi contact to drive you around town. The pool is AMAZING and the whole outside area is just perfect to hang around and relax with the whole group. The whole house is stunning from the bathrooms to each bedroom and the kitchen/living room. We were sending our family photos of the house as creative inspiration for our homes! Such a great find for the price.

We were very happy with the house and its amenities; everything was impeccable. Communication via message with Denisse was very fast. He took care of everything for us, and Franky was also very attentive to all our needs. Everything was great.
