An exceptionally beautiful property!!! Loved every minute of our stay. Host was super super responsive. Had one tiny issue with the water but it was rectified within minutes. We had room service mid way into our stay. The ladies came and cleaned. They did a beautiful job. 10 of us stayed at the property and we all had enough space. At no point did we feel like we were on top of each other. Place had high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, beautiful natural light, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, beautiful pool, beautiful entrance….THE WORKS!!! Denise sent me recommendations on places to eat, excursions to enjoy, taxi service to use and a chef service that provided food and bartending services. Recommend this place 100% and I will be returning. Thank you Denise for making the stay comfortable and relaxing! Don’t hesitate, BOOK THE VILLA! U won’t be disappointed!!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was spotless, the pool was beautiful, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hosts were incredible! They were super responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and even came by to restock essentials like toilet paper and toiletries during our stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Would 1000% stay here again! Thank you for making our trip to Tulum so perfect! 🌴✨

I quite literally cannot say enough good things. Right from booking Denisse was the most amazing co host. Helping us plan our entire trip. Once we arrived in Tulum her and Frankie were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The house itself is out of a magazine and pristinely clean. They really have thought of everything. We were a group of 7 girls and felt safe every step of the way. I’d highly recommend hiring JC for all your shuttle/taxi needs, him and his team were the absolute best! Es un alojamiento ideal para familia. Tuvimos problema con la temperatura de la alberca, pero al final se solucionó. Buena atención en general. Como Comentario, las calles están llenas de baches y lodo y agua. No hay iluminación y se dificulta maniobrar el Coche.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tulum! It far exceeded my expectations ,the home was even better in person than in the photos. It perfectly accommodated me and my guests, and everything was set up so thoughtfully. The host was super nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Before my guests arrived, they allowed the chef and bartender to come in and prepare, and the house was beautifully decorated with balloons, which made everything feel so welcoming. The host met us with the keys and gave us a full tour of the property, which I really appreciated. This place truly made my trip unforgettable, and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations and continued to do so throughout the duration of our stay. The property was beautiful, very spacious to comfortably house our large group and in an ideal location. Providing us easy access to nearby shops/restaurants while still offering a pocket of peaceful quiet. Osquel & Denisse was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed, we cannot recommend this place highly enough! Will absolutely return for future trips!

From the very beginning of planning, Denisse has been extremely helpful and attentive in answering questions and making recommendations. The house is beautiful! Looks just like the pictures, but even better in person. It is very well-kept and comfortable to fit 11 girls! We all had a great time and are planning to come back with our spouses. The chefs, Tasty Nomads are top tier and the transportation was also great and reliable.

5 stars ⭐️ all around. I don’t have words to describe how amazing this weekend was. I came here for my bachelorette weekend and I had a group of 13 girls and we felt SO safe the entire time. Our experience was magic! The air bnb was pristine clean, has all the amenities you need and the host is SO helpful. The recommendations we were given exceeded our expectations. If you are staying here, we highly recommend “Tasty Nomads” for the chef 👩🍳 cooked dinner. We used this company for dinner/welcome drinks as well as brunch (SO yummy/ great service). Thank you so much to the host for truly going above and beyond! If and when I come back to Tulum, I’ll be staying here again!
