Villa Tinto is a very beautiful property, my wife fell in love with it. The house is of a beautiful colonial style, the garden was gorgeous, the photos simply do not make it justice. The housekeepers, Bruno and Yadit in particular were super friendly, helped us with everything we needed. Yadit gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the property at our arrival. As an added bonus, they gave us access to Vix Premium so we could be able to watch the World Cup games on TV (only available by streaming subscription in Mexico). We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth it, we all enjoyed the pool. The house was big enough for our party of 16 people, we were very comfortable. The host Patricia was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the villa very much and we would definitively come back again.

The accommodation is very nice. The pool is very large, as is the garden. Since we paid for the gas to heat the pool, it was at a very pleasant temperature the entire time. Bruno and Yadit helped us with food preparation and also with shopping. They were super attentive and made sure everything was in order. The stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the accommodation very much. Patricia's instructions were very clear from the start. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time we've stayed at Patricia's place, and once again, we were very comfortable. The house is very nice and very large. The pool is a good size, and with the boiler, we enjoyed it all day long. The Jacuzzi was at a delightful temperature. Yadit and Bruno's service is excellent. Our experience was excellent. My family and I went to celebrate Grandma's birthday, and we were delighted. The house is just as shown in the photos: very comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly equipped. The pool is wonderful, the perfect size to enjoy, and the happiest people in it… the kids! The cleanliness is impeccable and you can see the care in every detail. The facilities are in excellent condition, and everything works perfectly. Villa Tinto was the perfect place for my family for a long weekend. It’s even better than the pictures, and had so many spaces for all of us to spread out and relax! Whether it was swimming, watching a movie, talking over coffee, playing badminton, or studying - everyone had such a great time. Rancho Cortes is my favorite neighborhood in Cuerna, and this house oozed the traditional Mexican charm you’re looking for when bringing family from abroad. There’s so many beautiful plants and trees which make it feel serene and relaxing. Another nice touch was the arrangements of beds in each room, which fit our needs perfectly (and everyone raved about how comfy the beds are!) The service by Yadit and Bruno was incredible. They anticipated our needs, and were really nice! Every morning, a pot of coffee was waiting on us, which, for the many coffee lovers in our group, was a nice touch! We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Definitely one of my best Airbnb finds, the house is perfect if you want to take a trip with family or friends. The photos of the place are accurate, true to life. Yadit and Bruno's service is spectacular, super friendly and helpful. The best plus for me was because I travel with my grandmother and the house is one floor, there are some steps but nothing serious, ideal for older people. The beds and pillows are delightful, the space is very spacious, the jacuzzi reaches very high temperatures that can be adjusted, which is very nice even if you want to use it at night. I hope we can go back!!!

The only detail is that we only ask for the pool boiler and at the end of the stay they charged 600 more of the caldera of the jacuzzi that in the first one we do not request and in second we do not occupy the pool boiler due to bad weather

Villa Tinto, a house of the best ’taste to spend a few days with the family in the super climate of Cuernavaca. The house is spectacular with large gardens, swimming pool and jacuzzi. A great advantage is that room has its own full bathroom, so for groups it works perfect. Yadit and Bruno super attentive and helpful in the kitchen. We were 12 adults, 4 kids and a dog and we all enjoyed them. Patricia as a host of the most attentive and services and attentive to everything.

Yadit and Bruno are extremely friendly and really make your stay more relaxed and pleasant, she cooks delicious and he is on top of what you will get to need. The check-in instructions are clear and the fractionation is very quiet. Everything is very clean and cozy. It's pet friendly and my dog is amazing running x the whole garden, in addition it is super safe for the pets, they are not in danger of them going out. Definitely my family and I will return to VILLA TINTO.

Yadit and Bruno are always pending and willing to support us in whatever was required. Patricia was in touch with me at all times. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds. We brought our dogs, and they had an amazing time running all around the house. The playroom is a super bonus; fun guaranteed!
