The accommodation is beautiful, the location is unbeatable, and the service during the booking and prior to our arrival was excellent. Jorge is very good. He takes care of everything you request, is accessible at all times, attentive to comments, and very helpful. The person who cooked for us, Fanny, was spectacular!! In general, everything was fine. I just want to mention that it seems to me that there are already too many restrictions in Tepoztlán. The accommodation is impressively large for groups of more than 16 people, but you can only enjoy it until 9:00 pm. And during that time, even strictly controlling the decibel level causes too much concern, since there is a penalty. You can't be on the terrace after 9:00-10:00 pm, and even inside the house, the volume of both music and conversation must be low. I think that's already excessive. There are also 2 kittens. You should mention them in the description, because it says that no animals are allowed. In this case, some family members are allergic.

It is a house with beautiful architecture and decoration. It is spacious and very comfortable. Large groups will have a wonderful time in its different areas. The manager on the premises is always very attentive to what you need. The mountain views will take your breath away.
