We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dale’s place. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and simply great! The host was exceptional, warm, thoughtful, and highly responsive. We truly loved our stay and would return without hesitation!

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. It was a short distance from all the restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Vallarta which made the location ideal. The host was very accommodating for early check in which was much appreciated. He was also very quick to reply to messages. On site staff at front entrance and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I travel often but this was my first time at an Airbnb and I would definitely do it again. We stayed for 6 weeks and were perfectly comfortable the whole time. The space is clean, well maintained and very well stocked for short or long terms stays. We had everything we needed and more. The building staff were all exceptional and friendly. The restaurant serves great food and there's a lot of variety. The walk into town via the beach is pleasant but to note for those with small children as we weren't sure before we arrived, there is not acess via a more quiet street, either by vehicle on the busier road or the beach route which involves natural and constructed stairs (wagons or strollers are not an option). The sunsets were beyond amazing and the building pretty quiet. For really light sleepers the second and third bedroom can be somewhat loud between the AC units and the frogs at night but the primary is very quiet. Overall an amazing location and stay and would definitely recommend for all groups!

Five-Star Stay with Exceptional Service from Dale at Sayan Tropical! Our experience at Sayan Tropical in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Dale and Sergio. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely caring—always available to answer questions and offer great local recommendations. The property itself is stunning!!!He made check-in seamless, ensured we had everything we needed throughout the stay, and he and Sergio even followed up to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The only thing not so great was the food at the restaurant ....quality wasn't the best and price point was high. We felt comfortable sharing this with the staff and we left them a review on how to improve . We’ll definitely be back!

Can't say enough about how great this Airbnb is. Dale was quite helpful with local recommendations, as well as assisting in securing a chef to cook meals for the week. The location is a quick five-minute Uber from the middle of Zona Romantica, as well as a five-minute walk along the beach to Mantamar. We'll definitely be back next year.

This space was just as advertised, quiet, beautiful, well equipped and stocked, secure and large enough to move around inside. The bar and restaurant contained wonder food and drink, fun and helpful personnel and were extremely reasonable. The security personnel were very nice and courteous. The pools and hot tub are spotless and well taken care of.

This condo is amazing. It has all you need to be self sufficient with a full kitchen, beautifully decorated, clean, comfy beds, AC, washer/dryer, lounge for relaxing and patio for morning coffee and sunset watching that make it perfect. And the pools are great and the restaurant is very good for all meals Should you want more action, restaurants and night life, it’s also a short walk to a small beach and a further 5 min over a hill with some steps to the main beach in Romantic Zone. And if you don’t want to walk, Uber is very easy and inexpensive for those with USD or Euros. Location is private so you can get away from the loud nights but close if you want to get to the daily beach and Resturant action Pictures don’t do it justice. Sunsets are amazing from patio, pool snd nearby beach Check in was easy with Sergio meeting us and taking us through everything Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us

Great condo on the south side of Zona Romántica. Its a cheap and quick Uber ride to anywhere you want to go. The restaurant was convenient when the family wanted something quick and easy. The views are spectacular and everything inside the condo was spotless. The pools are great and access to the beach is a quick walk down from the condo. Family friendly and everyone had a great time. My 4 year old wants to go back asap and is practicing her Spanish counting. I've been all over Mexico and this condo was probably the best accommodations I've had.

Dale’s place provided a comfortable stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo is as pictured with lots of outdoor space and a beautiful view of the ocean. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The amenities were perfect: fast WiFi, washer/dryer in unit, pool, gym and restaurant on the first floor. The property manager was easy to work with and the staff at the building are lovely too. We generally Uber’ed into town for dinner almost each night. The Uber is quick and cheap. It’s possible during the day to walk along the beach to Playa Los Muertos and the pier. There are a few uneven staircases along the way but fairly easy walk overall. The location is great - higher up on a hill so you get the views but close enough to enjoy the action. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommend Sayan Tropical!

The apartment is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the sound of the waves is soothing. The restaurant is very good and the service is impeccable. Thank you for everything!

The breathtaking views were worth it all! Sounds of the surf and energy it created was superb. The layout of the condo gave great flow and was beautifully decorated. Loved loved loved the artwork. I am a shell collector and had so many beautiful treasures to take home from along the many tide pool areas. We have been coming to PV for 40 years, first time in this area across the bay and it has been the best. Our grown children joined us for the 2nd week and were amazed and felt immediately the same peacefulness that your home provided. Easy to get to town by cab, by foot a little more involved but doable . Saw so many new areas inside Romantica zone and enjoyed comparing types and styles of Tacos that our son had planned out. It was a magical trip we will no forget.Making plans to return already! Staff at front provided great service and the restaurant quality and staff were wonderful and always friendly and happy to see you enjoying the surrounding pools and spa.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Amazing sunset views. We saw dolphins or whales almost every day from the terrace. Very comfortable beds and linens. Great food at the restaurant on site. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Building feels very secure. We will be back! 🌊 🌅

Sayan Tropical offers an excellent home base for a visit to Puerto Vallarta. The building is modern, clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The view from our unit's big balcony is spectacular, and the apartment is comfortably furnished with everything we needed. It's a short walk along the beach (or a short taxi ride) to the beach clubs, restaurants and shops of the Zona Romantica. The building offers a bright and airy restaurant with well-prepared food -- it's a great place for breakfast. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, free weights, dumbbells, pulley machine, as well as locker rooms and sauna. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to relax and spend time with family. If you plan to explore PV renting a car is a good idea as walking to Zona Romántica or Centro is not that easy. The view and open balcony of the house is literally breathtaking

This place was stunning, especially the view! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed to cook/whatnot. The pool was perfect and even had a very shallow area for small kids. Communication was great too and helpful. I would say if you have a baby/small toddler, bring a carrier or rent a car. I highly recommend this place!!!

This place was awesome! My family and I stayed for ~1 week and it was not enough time to take in all the glory this place has to offer! The views from the balcony are breathtaking and phenomenal, we enjoyed breakfast and coffee overlooking the crashing waves every morning! Everyone who works here is highly respectful, attentive, and courteous. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and don't even get me started on the restaurant downstairs! The food was delicious, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their breakfast plates! We did a lot of exploring to El Malecon, which is PV's downtown area and only a 10-15 minute walk from this condo, but in all honesty, this place has it all! It is its own little paradise and heaven on earth, with its amazing pool and secluded beach area! We utilized the beach chairs & umbrellas provided by Dale and they were perfect! This place is so private and quiet, which helps you relax and truly enjoy your vacation without any stress! Thank you, Dale and others!!

Wow this place is amazing! The views! The staff at Sayan was amazing. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed the views, the pools, the restaurant food. The location of the condo is perfect. It feels secluded and peaceful but you aren’t too far from the fun of Zona Romántica and el Malecón. Would book again!

What can I say about this place- it ROCKS! We loved it so much we asked Dale and Patti if next year we can rent it for an entire year! The space is clean, quite and comfortable. The restaurant on-site was delicious and a good value (make sure you ask for Tony when you get down there). The amenities we very good and the pool were amazing. The location was quite and peaceful, but with a $4.00 cab ride you are in the middle of the action with tons to eat, see and do. This property is wonderful, a MUST!

Our trip to PV included 5 guests. The layout of Dale's condo was open and provided plenty of space for all 5 of us. After asking each of our family members the highlights of our recent stay, here is a compilation of things mentioned from each person (ages run from 17 to 49). *Beautiful views from the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and balcony/ *the condo is very clean and comfortable/* the grounds and facilities were "resort like" without the crowds/*the security, bar and restaurant services were top notch. Thank you Dale, we already miss your place.

Such a wonderful place…we almost didn’t leave :). The view, pools, and property is stunning. You can lounge by the pool, listening to the waves all day. The condo is wonderful, bright, clean, great view and has a comfortable bed. The amenities are great, including a well equipped gym (yes they have heavy dumbbells!). We will be back.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! Checkin was a breeze with some welcome snacks which were very much appreciated! Grounds were immaculate and everyone in the building was incredibly friendly. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants.

Dale’s place is wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked. View is amazing. We opened all the sliding doors and never shut them so we had fresh ocean air the whole time. Sergio who manages for him was very easy to communicate with. Pools are lovely and there’s a restaurant there for drinks and meals if preferred. Thanks Dale and Sergio. Until next time:).
