Gorgeous place! Spacious and clean. Private beach was breathtaking. Pool and jacuzzi were the best! Host checked in 2x while we were there just to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. By far one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

What an absolute gem! Our family of nine was incredibly comfortable here. Every single room was spacious, and having so many bathrooms was a wonderful luxury for a group our size. The views were stunning, and we loved the privacy of the beach away from the usual crowds. Our host, Julie, was exceptionally kind and attentive. We highly recommend this beautiful property and cannot wait to come back!

Exceeded my expectations. Pictures make no justice to the home. All the guest were comfortable. House was clean and everything was organized. Host did an excellent job with instructions and was very prompt with any questions.

The home is beautiful, well kept, and very spacious. The town is fairly close by (15 minutes). The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful and clean. The jacuzzi gets plenty warm and is so relaxing in the evening. The fire pit is a nice touch. The ocean and tide changes are simply amazing to see. With the exception of the house next door, you have an entire long stretch of beach all to yourself! I do feel that the amount of basics like trash bags and toilet paper should be based on the length of stay. We stayed for 6 nights and had 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods. I feel these basics should be matched to the reservation's duration. Just a suggestion, so people don't have to go buy a whole package of these when they just need a few days' worth. It was such a nice escape, and Julie was very quick to answer any questions that we had. It is really a beautiful place that you will not want to leave!!! 5 Stars :)

We had an amazing experience staying at this beach house in Puerto Peñasco. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was very attentive and responsive, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. We truly relaxed and made wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. My family enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing holiday at this wonderful place. The house had everything we needed and space for all of us. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi due to the weather being perfect. We definitely made some long lasting memories at Julie’s place.

Everything was exactly as listed, lots of beach towels, plenty of dishes and the house is absolutely beautiful.

The place is a little piece of Paradise. Loved the hot tub. Clean and beautiful with everything you need. Funny tide phenomenon - when the water is near the house it’s really shallow then when it goes out the water is really far away. But we really loved the house and I’d happily come back.

This was our second time staying at Julie’s place in Isla Del Mar, and it was just as amazing as the first! The house is spotless, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need. Being right on the beach made it so easy for our whole family — adults and kids — to enjoy the ocean every day, and having the pool available was such a bonus! 🏖️ Julie even had the items we accidentally left behind from our first trip waiting for us when we arrived — she truly goes above and beyond. 💛 The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful, and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful. We spent our days swimming, relaxing, grilling, and just making memories together. We can’t wait to come back again! 🌊☀️

My family and I had an amazing time, we had no problems whatsoever, security and host were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again! Everything about our stay was amazing!

What a GORGEOUS place!! Location was about 20-25 mins outside of town and was very private. The only issue was the tv didn’t work (even after she sent maintenance) BUT not a big deal, we weren’t there to watch tv anyways! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Julie also let us check in about an hour early which was very nice. Also to note, which wasn’t in the small print, the jacuzzi was an extra $104 a day to use. Again not a big deal because it’s off season but it would have been nice to know before we booked it. Overall, the house was PERFECT. We were also short a few inside towels but plenty of beach towels so again, not a big deal at all. Also, be prepared for lots of flies!! (Which is to be expected given the location) there were lots of them already there when we arrived. Again, not a big deal. We were overall extremely happy with our stay.

House was beautiful and host was very responsive. They had a keurig which would have been nice to know. so they may want to add that to list of amenities. List talked about coffee filters so we thought that was all they had. Having multiple refrigerators was great. Kids spent all day and night in pool. Ocean was very calm and high tide wasn't very high. We went during fly season so you may want to bring your own fly repellent. Centrally located to a lot of things. Overall, a great experience!

We celebrated our family’s summer vacay and my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary and Julie’s home was AMAZING! It had everything we could need and the view was absolutely astonishing from the moment we walked in. We are already discussing making it an annual trip because of how much fun we had! We highly recommend!

Such a lovely home situated on a beautifully landscaped lot with your own private beach and your own private pool/hot tub. The vast high and low tides were unexpected and amazing to watch. The home has lots of space for spreading out and relaxing. The drive into town for resturants, shopping and entertainment was easy and within a reasonable driving distance. I can't say enough good things about our host, Julie. She was quick to respond and helpful in every way. Our family vacation was enjoed by all. Thank you Julie!

Very clean home! Honestly this place is amazing safe, has all the amenities of a resort without the daily cleaning. Isla Del Mar is super safe and will be hopefully returning soon for summer!

Super peaceful location, a bit in the remote side of Rocky Point so away from the noise. It was a pleasure working with the host.

I didn't think it was possible, but the home and view was more beautiful in person! The location is private and felt very safe. The sunsets from the back overlooking the ocean were breathtaking. Our family stayed for 6 days over Christmas. 7 adults and 3 kids. The layout of the home is perfect. 4 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and amazing views of the ocean from each room. Plus a bed in the den area with it's own hall bathroom. Julie was pleasant to work with and communicated promptly. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

We had a wonderful time with relaxing being our Goal! It is so quiet and peaceful, the pool, hot tub and beach kept us Happy. Long walks the beach, shells galore and the Golf course was perfect with Clubhouse having a Buffet Brunch on Sunday a diffident bonus, food was delish. The house itself was so well appointed and everything we need and more! Julie was so hands on, we so impressed. Definitely will stay again and again.

Loved this property and Julie’s services! 5 stars all around. Beautiful views in a private golf club. Everything worked as described and the host was just amazing. The pool and hot tub are warm and pleasant, no issues. Close to downtown ~15min and other amenities near by. The beach is beautiful but you need to plot the high and low tide for better enjoying it. I will plan my next trip to PP in this same house. Highly rated!

Beautiful home and the views are amazing. My family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi during our stay. The tides are so awesome to watch definitely a site to see. The bbq and fire pit was super easy to use. Can’t say enough about our stay and hope to visit again.

The home was better than the pictures. Breath taking actually. The home was clean and everything we needed was available. The security personnel came and asked if we needed anything or had any complaints. My young adult kids went for a jog and they were stopped to be asked if they were staying here which was nice because it felt safe in this gated community. The beach was private and beautiful.

Review: An amazing house! The pool was the center price of our stay. Great beach access. Super responsive host. Very comfortable and the HVAC worked so well we had to shut it down 🥶. Well equipped kitchen. The beach towels were a big plus. We had two brief power outages (10-15 min) but nothing to worry about .I believe the resort was doing some maintenance. Juts a few things to make your trip better: 1. If you are going to cook the closest grocery store is about 20-25 min away. 2. If you have kids bring headlamps or flashlights for the tide pools. Water socks/shows are a must 3. Bring ice and extra trash bags.

This was such a fun and relaxing vacation with the kids!! We loved having a private pool and beach access!! The added bonus was no beach vendors!!

Beautiful home on the beach very private I would come back and never leave! Only thing I would say is I wish they had a few things there like salt pepper oil just a few basic kitchen necessities, but the view and beautiful home makes up for it! The had a nice clean home clean pool and outdoor area with private beach we seen dolphins swimming not too far away! Thank you for letting us stay we hope to come back again!

Fantastic home in paradise in a quiet location , very beautiful

Definitely renting again!!! Amazing amount of parking for all the guests & garage access! Plenty of room for us 10 adults and the 4 young children we brought. For as many guests the home holds & we reserved for, I do recommend bringing toilet paper, paper towels, extra towels for bathing, extra pillows, & extra blankets. The host was helpful in getting more to us during our cleaning, but the cleaning is not included unless you stay for a certain length of time. We loved coming home with no dirty laundry because we washed while we were there & the home had a supply of soap for laundry. The host is amazing!! She responds very very quickly & is very kind & caring. We can’t wait to come back again!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. Location was terrific! Loved the pool and hot tub. It was peaceful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

We loved it!! We really enjoyed our stay as a family!! We love the hot tub and the view is second to none. At the beginning we were puzzled that there was no sea as advertised in the description, only the pool and the hot tub but when asked, Julie was very kind to explain to us that it was a phenomenon that happened in that area and that the tide would rise from 12:00 pm on the day. At 2:00pm we had sea at full. Super recommended to enjoy and relax. Thank you

Our family group of 7 adults booked this place at the last minute on the way to Rocky Point after super fast responses by Julie. Everything was perfect. Checkin was simple, our requests were immediately answered and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The view from the hot tub and fire pit were perfect!! Had a great time with my family. This is one of the best locations in all of Rocky Point.

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Deseo. We love the wide open common space and the private bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The pool is always relaxing and clean. It is always fun to take the kids on a long walk toward the ocean when the tide is out. We are amazed at the abundance of seashells and all the little critters out there. We love this house!

The house is very nice and spacious; each bedroom has its own access to the backyard. The appliances work great. It has 2 refrigerators. In a word, the house is beautiful. Julie answered all my questions in 10 minutes. They let us in 2 hours before the check-in time, which was great because we arrived early. The only thing is that it's a bit off the beaten path. I would stay at Villa Deseo again. I highly recommend it.

Wow I don't know where to start the house is beyond beautiful! The view! As soon as we walked in it felt like I was in a dream. Having the beach right in front of us. And the pool was such an amazing experience. My kids got to learn kayaking for the very first time. It was very peaceful and being in a private beach was the best part. We're already planning to come back. The house was very clean and well organized and with very beautiful decor. our favorite part of our vacation was the privacy and no crowds. Would definitely recommend.

This house was a perfect break from our other summer family vacations! The house was beautiful and the pool was so great for us to enjoy on the hot days! Access to beach was just the cherry! Beautiful, spacious, very quiet and relaxing home. 2 nights was not enough! We would love to go back.

It was amazing, super secluded and private. If you want peace and quiet, this place is it!! It is a 25 minute drive to town, which was fine with us. Everything was really enjoyable and we loved the pool especially! It had a very nice design and was great to use while the tides were out. The kitchen was great and beds comfy. I love that it had 2 full refrigerators, and a 3rd mini fridge at the bar area. We visited the golf clubhouse and the food was excellent. So if you want to skip a drive into town to dine out, this was a good option. The golf course looked very nice as well. My only suggestions are #1, add some foot mats at the doors to wipe the sand off your feet and #2, some of the pool decking is really starting to wear and is very rough on the feet. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about Julie’s home. This was my wife’s 55th birthday and we included 8 of our friends. To say it took your breath away would be an understatement, the views alone were well worth it. Julie’s communications were almost instantaneous and incredibly helpful, I would highly recommend her property.

Great stay, my family and I enjoyed the house it felt like we were at home. Each room had its own control for the A/C which was a life saver. My son enjoyed the kayak and pool. About 20 min away from the center where everything is sold but a couple miles up there’s a little plaza for shopping.

Julie replied promptly to any and all questions. We would definitely book with her again at this location. We so enjoyed our stay and felt everything was clean, safe and accommodating. We had loads of privacy which made for a wonderfully intimate and fun family vacation!

We spent the week here and were typically the only people on the beach. It was a fantastic week (parents with three teenagers). The tide change is an amazing natural wonder and exploring and snorkeling high tide was a treat! We saw tons of Rays and swam with them. Since the nature preserve is next door...there were miles of unwalked beach to comb through. A truly relaxing place. The house is spacious and well stocked. Julie had great recommendations and we were able to explore town and get the necessities. We will certainly recommend visiting here!

Absolutely beautiful!! We spent 4 days at this beautiful home with our family & kids for spring break and it did not disappoint. We had such a fantastic yet peaceful time. The view, house, beach, hot tub/pool was just what our family needed for a much needed break. The home came with everything we needed while on our stay. I loved how spacious and accommodating this home was and especially the bedrooms, they are a good size & everyone gets there one bed and bathroom. Also, our host Julie was just amazing! She is very responsive, attentive and thorough. She made it very easy on us and we just loved it here. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great place for a big family to all stay together.

5/5 for the house. Great, private location. Fully paved roads from US border to front door. Large, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. All the kitchen utensils and amenities we could desire. Heated jacuzzi, fire pit and BBQ all worked flawlessly. Pool and jacuzzi had strong chlorine that irritated eyes, but understandable based on location. 3/5 for the location, primarily based on access to ocean. The property sits on a bay with a very shallow floor, so during our stay in late December. The ocean was never closer than 800 ft from the house, and that was peak high tide at 7 AM or PM. Most of the day, walking out a kilometer would only to get you to ankle deep water, so there was never the possibility of actually swimming in the ocean or seeing/hearing waves come in. The sand bar is pretty unproductive so there was nothing to see in the shallow tide pools at low tide. So the beach front was just for scenic backdrops and sand playing for the kids.

We had a wonderful time! Location was private, beautiful sunset, communication was great, check in was easy, lots of great amenities.

Excellent stay. If you read the description and welcome information thoroughly you won’t be disappointed. Excellent interior and exterior spaces. Tons of privacy both inside and out. Great proximity to beach front, running trails and golf. Convenient to the Super Ley, Sandy Beach, and the Malecon. Breakfast at the Crane is convenient and good quality. The Club at Islas del Mar (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course) has only 9 holes completed at the time of this review. The other 9 are still planned for construction. So if you golf 18 you’ll end up doing the back 9 twice. Overall excellent experience. Would stay again.

My Stay was Great!

Amazing location and an even better host with a constant flow of communication. If you plan on staying in this area the secluded area provides a unique getaway but simultaneously allows for the comforts of a typical rocky point trip to be had.

This is an amazing place to stay. Our group enjoyed the ocean views and the pool/hot tub every night. The interior of the home is perfect for a nice getaway, very spacious, and each room having a bathroom was extremely nice. Very secluded and private. It was nice being away from crowds and knowing that you were secure in the community it is built in. I will definitely be staying here again.
