We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. It was private. It was beautiful. You can hear the waves from the back deck. We had flor cook almost every meal for us- which was not only a great value, but the food was amazing. Flors husband even found coconuts for our kids to drink and then cut up the coconut for us to enjoy and eat. This place is truly a gem. We stayed with kids and the property was amazing for them. The host was extremely responsive and allowed us to check in early. Such amazing hospitality. We would definitely return in a heartbeat. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Our second stay at Los Veneros Pacifico was fantastic. The apartment is set up for easy relaxing and enjoyment of the beautiful coast line. We love the access to the 3 pools and the beach. Plenty of towels each day. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture well made. We had fabulous weather. We love the easy access to the W Hotel restaurants. Flor and Adrian took great care of us with delicious meals and a well kept, clean apartment. They also did some grocery shopping which was appreciated. Alvaro was responsive when we contacted him. We give this Airbnb a 100 rating. We will rent it again.

Wonderful condo right on the beach - unbeatable location, truly. The condo is as described and everything from the couches to the beds was quite comfortable. The private pool is amazing for kids and access to the shared pool is great, too. Being near The W is ideal for nights out or a spa day. Flor and Adrian were incredible cooks and kept the place spotless - such kind people. When we arrived, there were some issues caused by a hurricane the week prior, but Alvaro took care of them right away so that it didn’t impact our stay. We appreciated how responsive he was. We had an amazing family vacation and can’t wait to come back.

The house is in a condominium that has incredible attention. All service people in veneros have a level of service that exceeds expectations. Mrs. Flor and Adrian are incredible people who attended us all the time.

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! We had an incredibly relaxing weekend with friends. The house is in perfect condition, fully equipped and located in a very safe area. We enjoyed every space: the cozy rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the dining room and, of course, the beautiful living room with ocean views, where we witnessed spectacular sunsets. The private pool was a big plus, and the beach is steps away. In addition, we had the excellent support of Flor and Derek, who prepared delicious breakfasts and meals for us. Definitely an experience we hope to repeat soon. We highly recommend this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alvaro’s home. The location was top notch (we had stayed at The W last year, and knew this would be a wonderful place to bring our adult children) and having direct access to the beach was ideal. Flor is a delight, and she made dinner for us three nights - and it was amazing for 1) the sheer convenience and 2) how absolutely delicious everything was (chile rellenos were our favorite!!! But the paella and fajitas were delicious, too) Having the convenience of the W next door was also fabulous. We had breakfast there on several mornings, enjoyed the ceviche truck, as well as the spa. We also used their valet stand to arrange transportation to Sayulita and punta de Mita. Our kids enjoyed the Los Veneros beach club, too. Ordering up food and drinks at the pool (bonus: the beach club will deliver food and drinks to Alvaro’s condo!!) All-in-all, a fantastic time… and we would absolutely visit again!

Staying at Pacifico in Punta Mita was everything we needed in a vacation rental. The location is outstanding/ Oceanside with a beautiful quiet beach. The private pool along with 2 public pools within 150 yards made for many fun days outside. The condo is well furnished with many amenities. We had several meals cooked by Flor which was such a treat. She was able to do some grocery shopping for us as well as cooking and keeping the unit clean. It is so nice to have the W hotel next door so you can walk over for a late afternoon cocktail or dinner. Alvaro was responsive to questions. If you are thinking of renting this unit -just do it! We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our time at Alvaro's home over Christmas week! The home is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach with an awesome surf break. Our boys loved their time surfing and playing in the pool. Having the W and the Veneros market right nearby was an extra benefit. The views are simply spectacular. The home is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. Flor (the housekeeper) keeps everything clean and lovely. We paid extra to have Flor cook us breakfast daily as well as a few dinners. Everything she made was beautiful, fresh and delicious. It was my son's birthday while we were there and she went the extra step of getting him a birthday cake and cooking him a special birthday dinner! If you are looking for a laid back vacation in a beautiful location, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay in this house was really special. The location is unbeatable: you just need to go down a couple of steps to get directly to the beach, which gave us the feeling of having our own private paradise. The house is spacious and well distributed, with comfortable spaces that allowed us all to enjoy to the fullest. Flor was a key piece in this experience; not only did he prepare delicious meals every day, but he was also always attentive to every detail, making us feel cared for and at home. I would recommend this place without hesitation and hope to return in the future. It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations!

We will definitely be back. The apartment is very spacious and just like the pictures. The private pool is great, especially if you are going with small children or seniors. Flor and the staff are very friendly, they have very good communication, they are on the lookout for any request and I never felt there was any issue of invasion of privacy. I requested the service that they prepare us breakfast and lunch, all the dishes were very rich. It's a great option to stay.

An extraordinary apartment. We really enjoyed the pool, enjoyed the ocean view, and were very comfortable in each room. It's an apartment with a prime location and view; that, plus it has the beach within walking distance. Notwithstanding the above, the best part of our stay was the company of Flor, Adrian and Derek. Both Flor and Adrián are fantastic cooks but even better people.

Wonderful setting on the best beach in Banderas Bay. Can’t beat the surf break right out front your door. Plus a long gently sloping beach for kids to also enjoy. We had the pleasure of having Flor and Adrian cook for us during our stay and it was amazing.

Love the location

This was our second time staying here, and it was as spectacular as the first time! The rooms and decor are exactly as pictured. Private pool is a huge plus, and you can walk directly down to the gorgeous beach. View is postcard perfect. Flor and her daughter are the perfect additions to this beautiful place. They cooked dinner every night for my family and it was delicious every time! The W is within close walking distance-we had lunch there overlooking the beach, food okay, view incredible! There is a small store at Los Veneros who will deliver food to your condo, lunch was tasty and convenient! They also sell homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches! Yum! You will not be disappointed in this rental! We can’t wait to go back!

We truly enjoyed the beautiful view, pool and closeness to the ocean. We felt it was a secure and safe place. The whole place had a private home feel and the furniture were very nice and not IKEA, rental stuff. We totally recommend the place and we have pined it for future occasions.

This beautiful, modern home is perfect for a family or group getaway and literally a few steps from a pristine, quiet beach oasis. My wife and I traveled with our three young children and our extended family, totaling 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to congregate and ample space to step away for privacy. Flore is a gem and an amazing cook who cooked fresh and delicious seafood every night; we had great meals without having to leave our place! I would highly recommend booking this home. You won’t regret it!

I came here for my bachelorette party and had the most incredible time!! The atmosphere was amazing, the pool and beach luxury was spectacular. The girls and I loved every moment, and we were so spoiled with delicious food and drinks all weekend long. The staff and everyone in the area was so helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again! I miss the beach already!

We had an amazing vacation here ! It’s hard to find a place to start we were immediately impressed from the moment we landed. We used the recommended transportation which was seamless. The condo itself is a lot bigger in person we were shocked. The community is very safe with lots of security and has to go past two guard stations to get into the complex. The condo complex has a food / drink / snack shack that we utilized and the server brought everything to our unit. Flor and Ana really made the trip for us. They are amazing cooks and helped us with whatever we needed. We ran out of water one night and we messaged Flor and 5 minutes later water was at our doorstep. I will be coming here again and would highly recommend booking.

We LOVED our trip here. We had a group of 12 for a bachelorette party. We rented this villa along with an apartment in the same complex also owned by Alvaro. When we arrived we were greeted with dinner already made! Flor and Ana were AMAZING and very accommodating. The food was great. The view was amazing. Everything about our visit was relaxing and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying here.

Alvaro's condo was absolutely spectacular! You can't go wrong with the private pool, view, and beach access. I will always remember it as one of the best trips. We cannot wait to come back!

We stayed for 5 nights in Alvaro's property. The Pacifico building on the beach (1st floor) is really the best location you can possibly get and we stay in Los Veneros every March for Spring Break. We love this area and look forward to this vacation every year. I posted some pics online of our stay and had so many people beg for details! Los Veneros is a quieter part of Punta Mita, but the beach is WAY better than inside the gates over near the Four Seasons and St. Regis, so after 3 years of staying over there, we came to this area and have never looked back. We rent a car through Gecko, have dinner in town every night, and have a wonderful time each and every year. We had Flor cook breakfast and lunch for us each day - simple menu items like eggs, pancakes/french toast, bacon, quesadillas, flautas, fresh salsas and guacamole, carne asada, chicken. Her and her daughter are wonderful cooks and it is much better and more affordable than grabbing food each day. I highly recommend picking up all the basics to start at Walmart on your way in from the airport if you have time. For dinner, we love Tuna Blanca, Pescadora, Punta Mercedes, street tacos at Norma's are a must, and we went crazy over the huge cinnamon rolls and lattes at Caffecito :). We loved running back and forth from the condo to the beach every day - we rent a lot of condos in Los Veneros and this location was by far the best. They also just recently started serving drinks and food items at very affordable prices at the pool right next door - that was a HUGE plus this trip. My only complaint is that this condo is in such high demand, it has some significant wear and tear. Some updating would really make it beyond amazing. The main living areas are in nice shape, but the bedrooms and outdoor pool area could really use a fresh coat of paint, deep cleaning, some new fixtures, linens. A small investment I am betting would exponentially increase repeat renters. Pacifico is the best, abeit the oldest building, so we see this same issue with some of the condos there. Easily fixable though. Thank you Alvaro and Flor for a really great stay!

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE! This is one of the most gorgeous places I've ever been. The pictures don't do it justice. Not only is it a perfect location, right on the beach, but the interior decorating is stunning and Alvaro is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Flor and her daughters keep it spotless and will make delicious food for you. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We came for my sister's bachelorette and she's never been happier.

Alvaro’s place was amazing! We went for a bachelorette trip and it was way better than we could have imagined. Flor was great and her food was amazing. It’s a great location and is close to restaurants and stuff to do at the W. Rafael’s transportation services were also great. I would definitely recommend!

Absolute perfection from the time we checked in until the time we had to leave. The house is huge, we had 8 adults and 2 kids and never once felt crowded. The sleeping accommodations are wonderful with private baths. Having a pool right outside your door was divine, and walking down the steps to the beach was a breeze. Everyone was so friendly and we loved Flor’s cooking for 5 nights and a breakfast. We took day trips to downtown PV, Punta de Mita and the fish market at the marina La Cruz on Sunday is not to be missed! We are already dreaming of returning next year!

Amazingly beautiful space with not only a private pool but access to several other pools in the premises. The beach is great and pretty private. Flor is a great housekeeper and cook. Plus you have access to the restaurants at the W hotel.

In this place you can expect the best service from the host and a spectacular vacation. Los Veneros is in a prime location. I highly recommend paying for the food service as that allows you to rest and enjoy your time more. Flor and her team cook delicious and are always there to help you with whatever you need!! I have small children and I always had control of them in the apartment. You can keep an eye on them from anywhere. Alvaro and all the equipment are accessible in all aspects, you definitely feel at home. The slogan "my house is your house" falls short. Hopefully I can come back on another occasion. R.

My friends and I had plans to go scuba diving or snorkeling. We wanted to eat out and discover the magic of Punta Mita. However, that all changed once we stepped into Alvaro's Airbnb. We couldn't get ourselves to leave because his place had all the amenities we needed - pool, beach, a cook... It was a magical way to spend a birthday weekend.

The place is impeccable, the decoration and ambience welcome you, envelop you and surround you during the stay. Alvaro’s place is as beautiful as in the pictures! We had gone for a bachelorette party and had plenty of space. Flor, the housekeeper, was wonderful in keeping the place tidy, stocking the fridge, and feeding us during our stay. There was miscommunication in the beginning where we had asked in advance for Flor to cook us dinner on our first night. Unfortunately she wasn’t aware but she offered to go out and pick us up some tacos! It was so appreciated so much otherwise we would’ve starved. The location is secluded and absolutely beautiful. Have a car or be prepared to pay for pricey transportation. I highly recommend Rafael, which is in Alvaro’s list of preferred vendors, for your group transportation needs. He was always on time, if not early, and was very responsive and kind. Private pool and direct beach access was so lovely and the community pools were just as nice. We had a wonderful spa day at the Away Spa at the W, a short beach walk away. I would highly recommend this place for families and groups.

The apartment is very spacious, you have three bedrooms and the TV room can be for children to sleep. The service is excellent, Flor cooks delicious food and solves everything for you. It has its own pool and direct beach access from the apartment, which makes it super comfortable. We plan to come back someday! I would highly recommend it

We just came back from our stay at Pacifico 102 and are still basking in the glow of a great vacation.There were seven of us, three adults, two teenage girls and two boys under 10. Alvaro was a great host, who always got back promptly and was incredibly helpful. The location cannot be beat, right on a gorgeous beach with waves the perfect size for our young boys to learn to surf and boogie board. Loved the proximity to the W, close enough to use the amenities, but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were staying in the hotel. And of course the amazing Flor and her daughter, who made amazing meals and took excellent care of us. What a treat to be so spoiled!

Veneros its an awesome location. The apartment offered an excellent location, right in-front of the beach with a pool integrated which made things so much fun!

This was our second trip to Los Veneros and it was even more spectacular than our first. This property (and Flor’s cooking) were perfection! We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Wow! The only one word needed to describe Alvaro's villa. We booked Alvaro's villa a year in advance to celebrate my birthday with our adult sons. The villa looked amazing in the pictures, however you really need to walk through the front door to truly experience the full effect, from the beautifully designed space and furnishings, to the breathtaking views, and almost private beach. The end to end experience, was perfect. In addition we had Flor and her daughter cook for us two nights, and yes, all of the reviews on Flor's cooking are spot on, best Mexican food ever! From her creamy green salsa, to her homemade guacamole, carne asada taco's, and Flors' off the charts, corn and poblano side dish. I would highly recommend Alvaro's place for an amazing family, couples, or friends getaway! My only note would be to bring plenty of cash, as there is no ATM within walking distance, so getting cash/currency unless you have a car is not easy. There is a car service next door at the W, however like most of the taxi's, they only accept cash to get to/from town.

We just spent 4 days in paradise at Alvaro's lovely beach front home. We arrived mid-afternoon to breath-taking views of the beach. Flor warmly welcomed us into the space. She prepared wonderful fajitas for an outdoor dinner. During our first dinner, we realized the beauty of the space easily transitioned from night to day as we were dining under a canopy full of bright stars. The same sounds of the ocean that greeted us when we arrived became the soundtrack of our stay. We quickly realized that we were in paradise. A few highlights from our stay included being able easily host two dinner parties of over 12 people, time spent by the ocean, a quick trip to Saluyita, and witnessing a beautiful marriage. Our time at Los Veneros was lovely thanks to the wonderful food and housekeeping skills of Flor, and Rafael's transportation help getting to and from the airport and to Saluyita. There is nothing we would change about our stay except planning for a longer stay. Alvaro's team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and easily make the trip a trip of a lifetime.

Excellent place, the service from the people was exceptional, the kitchen is very rich, and the service is unbeatable. The house can't be better for a few days to go to the beach to enjoy and rest, I 100% recommend this property.

From the time we arrived up until the last day we truly were in paradise. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Flor the house manager cooked two of the most incredible dinners. She and her daughters were lovely. They could not do enough for us. The use of the W hotel next store was perfect. They have several restaurants that were all amazing. I would rate our trip a 10 out of 10. So sorry to leave.

Our host was super helpful and responsive prior to our arrival. This really was a rest in our best dream. It was a stone's throw (and basically next door) to the brand new W Hotel Punta de Mita. We all want to move here. The place is intended to comfortably sleep 13 guests (11 beds). We had 10 guests (some of our travelers dropped out last minute), and it was perfect for hosting 10. Substantial amount of space, and steps to the beach. We loved our pool. Only thing that went wrong - our freezer broke, but there was a cooler which we stuffed with ice. The maids were super sweet and accommodating, and the community is super hospitable and safe.

Alvaro's place is indeed a real dream! The view is absolutely breathtaking and the sunset incredible from the terrace. It was super convenient to have a pool and a direct access to the beach as we were with a baby. The condo count many shared pools and is located right next to the W hotel where you have 2 restaurants and bars. Flor and Ana are really nice and make everything possible to ease your stay. Really hope we can be back in this place!

Extraordinary accommodation. The photos don't do it justice, the house is much more spectacular than it seems. Everything is decorated with impeccable taste and the beach where it is located is practically virgin. I think without a doubt this is one of the best homes within Airbnb.
