Overall it was good. Didn’t quite understand Louis and his hours. Wasn’t there the morning we left. Could have used his help with the luggage. We were a party of 11. Bedrooms all had there own bathrooms which was nice. The pool was great to have for the kids.

Can’t recommend this enough. Went down with a group of 9 guys for my bachelor party and everything was perfect. The property is amazing, and the common areas/rooms were cleaned spotless each day. We had a great breakfast prepared every morning as well. Luis was on site and always available to make sure we were taken care of with anything we needed. Absolutely recommend this property to anyone planning a group trip to Cartagena.
