This place is a hidden gem - highly recommend to others.

The space was exactly as described and Layce was a great & responsive Airbnb host. She went above and beyond by providing a lot of great local suggestions for transfers, dining & tours.

Laye's was amazing, helpful, attentive, and responsive at any time. Warm, welcoming, and flexible, the location and view from the hill were amazing. So, not necessarily walkable unless you're ready for a workout, but not far at all from all the local hotspots. No more than a six-dollar Uber ride. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a great place that's private and quiet to get away. Definitely, next time in town, I'm going to consider this again. Thank you, Laye's.

We booked Layce’s unit after our flights were cancelled due to weather issues. Lacey was so easy to work with and even allowed us early check in. Her unit is AMAZING and the pictures are accurate. This is a perfect place for families or groups of 6. 3 bedrooms and 3 on-suite bathrooms and all bedrooms have water/ocean views. Well appointed kitchen. The VIEW…well just amazing. Would definitely stay here again. To be fair, if you are handicapped or use a wheelchair this property would likely still work for you but there are lots of stairs, which mostly can be avoided but you should consult with the owner prior to booking. The place is amazing.

Beautiful home, friendly and responsive host, good area

Layce and her home were both welcoming. This was my 5th trip to PVR and by far the best. She was responsive and tended to any questions that I had prior to and after my arrival into PVR. Dulce was also very helpful and ensured that my arrival went without a hitch while familiarizing me with the home. The home itself is very clean with all of the amenities you need including a sound system that came in handy. It boasts the luxurious feel I seek out in Airbnbs. The property is perfectly situated in a location that is away from the commotion of the romantic zone but VERY easily accessible to/from. The view is nothing short of breathtaking and this will be the home I stay in whenever I visit PVR.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of four (1 couple/2 friends) and the apartment had ample space for everyone to be comfortable. The views of the ocean are stunning, and the surrounding lush vegetation makes it feel peaceful and private. The apartment itself is very modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and truly feel at home. The walk down to Zona Romántica is about 20 minutes downhill and a bit longer on the way back up, but Ubers are plentiful, inexpensive, and easy to use. Lacey was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The condo is very nice, clean, lots of space. The furniture, amenities and equipment are very very nice. The garden is well cared for, pool clean. The security gave us peace of mind. The neighbors in the complex were very welcoming and very nice people.

We had a wonderful time staying at Layce's condo. It was exactly as advertised in the ad. Waking up in the morning to see the beautiful ocean views was worth the price alone. The condo is a little bit of a hike up a hill but the seclusion made it more peaceful in the evenings after a long day at the beach. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some R&R.

Great place! The view is breath taking. The perfect retreat

We could not have asked for a place more suited to what we live in a vacation spot. Gorgeous location just enough outside of town that you can easily walk there but also very private with a stunning view. The apartments layout is perfect. We all had a lot of privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The amenities are top notch. We like to indulge ourselves on vacation. And this place hit the mark. Five stars. Would stay there again. Layce was very attentive to our needs making sure we were enjoying the space Wonderful experience

What a beautiful location! We enjoyed the wonderful veranda overlooking the ocean. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The funicular was so unique and fun - I had no idea what to expect from the picture, but it was unlike any other elevator I've ever used. The pool was very nice - rarely in use, felt very private from the neighborhood, great temperature, and very lovely at night. Getting to other places in PV was pretty easy - we used Uber and taxis a fair amount, but it is walkable to get to the nearby Playa Amapas or even to Zona Romantica. If you walk, be prepared for a good workout when you are coming back uphill. Layce and Dulce were very responsive and helpful. The only negatives were sometimes the internet was a little spotty, and my hair turned greenish from the chlorine in the pool. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend to friends.

I just want to say that this place exceeded my expectations and I recommend anyone who is interested in coming to Puerto Vallarta needs to stay here. We had everything we needed and more and it's so close to everything around we needed to get to and Uber was an easy option when picking us to get around. Beautiful views and peaceful super clean too! I will be staying here every time I visit

Spectacular apartment in Puerto Vallarta. I definitely think it's the best apartment I've ever rented on Airbnb. Large, luxurious, practical, high-quality, comfortable, beautiful, it's really perfect. And Layce was always attentive to what we needed. I would go back a thousand times.

I had such a great stay! First of all, it is a super quiet and serene location. All of the greenery when you take the funicular down, gives it a real jungle vibe. The building has a lower exit making it an easy 6 min walk down to the beautiful, less-popular, Playa Amapas. Inside, the bed was super comfortable (important to me!), I slept like a rock! Layce and her team were super helpful. Dulce met me at check in and answered all of my questions, and offered me some good recommendations. 10/10! I can't wait to come back!
