We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. For clarity, the exterior cameras are only installed for the safety of our guests and the property; they do not monitor private areas and are standard practice in many villas. Regarding the water, the tropical location sometimes affects the natural water supply, but we are working on improvements to make it fresher and more comfortable for future guests. We are located in a residential area with nearby families and we received some noise complaints from neighbors so had to kindly ask you lower the noise. We appreciate your comments as they help us improve and ensure a better experience for others!
