Hugo

The place is excellent! This is the fifth time that we have gone to Los Veneros and the second time that we have stayed in this apartment, which is the one we liked the most. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family and we love this place. The apartment is very spacious, beautiful, with super nice decor… Mina, the lady who took care of us, is super friendly, and she also cooks delicious food and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

This place is amazing! It’s super spacious and a wonderful view. I’d highly recommend taking advantage of the chef option. We had her come for 3 lunches- fajitas, tacos and burritos. All I can say is WOW!!!! It was the highlight of the trip!

It was a great place, especially for our grandson who was 2 years old. 3 Great warm pools and a fabulous beach. My wife loved picking up the shells near the rock to the right hand side. Mina cleaned the place and cooked us meals and she was great. All in all we had a great time. Peter Molloy

We loved our stay here! Such a beautiful, recently updated condo. Large end unit, we enjoyed the hammocks and extra natural light. Enjoyed listening to the birds each morning. Condo is close to the gym and small store. Private and quiet area. We had Mina cook brunch for us (about 10) and a late lunch at 3. It was perfect and delicious. We hope to be able to return!

Hugo’s apartment in Los Veranos was perfect for our family. Clean, quiet, beautiful pools and the best beach around. Hugo and his team were super helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Hugo’s place is a dream. We had a large party with children of all ages - there was something for everyone. The property itself is stunning. Gorgeous views of the most pristine beach near Punta de Mita. The inside was perfection - clean, inviting, and well equipped. The balcony is large and allowed for us all to hang out, play games, and dine together comfortably. Hugo is gracious and quick to respond. The staff is equally impressive— kind, responsive, and hard working. Highly recommend. Our family can’t wait to come back.

Everything is spectacular: the apartment is very spacious, impeccable, super-equipped, decorated, excellently maintained! We already knew the condominium, it was our first time in Bugambilia. We loved it: next to the gym and the W hotel! Mina is an excellent person, friendly, willing to help in any way necessary! Their attention, service and kindness made a huge difference in our vacation. Wendolin was attentive and helpful the whole time. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Hugo for your attention and for allowing us to spend our vacation in your apartment, it was a luxury!!

We had a wonderful stay here! We really were amazed at how much space we in the unit had and every room had its own bathroom/shower, which was great. We also enjoyed the balconies/sitting areas the unit had. The views are awesome and it was nice to sit outside and have your meals while enjoying the view. The hot tub was another nice touch that we also utilized. We took advantage of the pools and the beach setups, which were readily available, as well as the exercise room where we got a few workouts in. However I would say the best thing about our stay was the wonderful service we received. Mina’s preparation of breakfast and lunch was superb!! Everything she prepared was wonderful, and often we had some left over to have later. Wendolin made sure we had everything we needed as far as groceries, transportation, and set everything up for us so well upon arrival! In many ways this was better than staying at a hotel…the space, privacy, and service makes this a great place to stay!

This place was beautiful, clean, lots of pools and the beach is so close. The women who helped checked us in was great and helped with so many accommodations. The cook and cleaning was so wonderful to have. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort but better because it was more private.

The apartment is amazing! Very spacious, super nice, beautiful decor. We had a very nice week as a family with small children. The Jacuzzi on the balcony is a super plus for children. We felt at home. Everything was very very clean and very well cared for. Mina the cook was very friendly and cooked delicious food. We loved the stay and will definitely repeat!

The place was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The apartment was exactly as described online. The overall apartment, location and facilities are nothing short of fantastic. I am pretty sure that we were there during a very busy week and at no point did we ever have to wait for anything or feel crowded in any way. Simply one of the most enjoyable, stress free vacations we have ever had. Will be returning.

The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! We are trying to figure out when we can return. So many thanks for Wendolin and Mina

An awesome stay! The home is definitely secluded, so I think a rental car is a necessity. Waking up to the ocean breeze every day was a great experience. Pool was great, 2 minute walk to ocean with few guests on the beach. Hard to say how crowded the beach would be during the high season. Mina and her crew kept the place clean and tidy. Her prepared breakfast and lunch were always delicious and plentiful. More of a brunch that would typically be ready at 10a or a little after. Kind of late in the day for those early risers and/or families with kids. Hugo/Wendolin both responsive by text. At one point hot water was turned off for about 12 hours for some unknown reason which led to some grumpy kid cold showers. Wifi was completely out for the last 3 days of the stay which was a real bummer d/t my work. They provided a neighbor's wifi which worked for 10 minutes then cut out d/t low signal. We were told it was an issue with the whole complex, but then why would the neighbor's work?

This was our second stay at this location at Los Veneros and we had a spectacular time yet again. Beautiful views from the balcony, Mina does a great job as the chef and a welcoming staff who helps with anything you need while you are there. We would definitely return

Book this place! It is hard to describe how incredible this stay was. The location was really beautiful, the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have never stayed anywhere with a cook/housekeeper or "all-inclusive" so this was a huge treat for us. Mina (the cook) made the yummiest breakfast and lunch for us everyday (and dinner one night). We chose not to pick a menu and said "Just make us your favorite meals." Everything was delicious, local, coastal Mexican food. Ceviche, beans and rice and fresh juice everyday. It really was magical. Between breakfast and lunch she would clean up the house, wash all our towels, etc. I felt so cared for and it truly made for a relaxing vacation. We ate 2 dinners at the W which was right next door and really good but most nights we just ate leftovers. It was plenty for us. The beach was private and not at all crowded (we were there in a less busy season). You will love it here!

My family and I had the best stay at Los Veneros! The location is quiet and more secluded (which we wanted), but still just a short drive into town. There is a wonderful beach for swimming and there were some restaurant options right next door at the W hotel. The unit itself is spacious, well taken care of and had the best sunset views. Our cleaner/ cook Mina was the absolute best, we opted to have her cook us a couple days of lunches and her cooking was better than any restaurant we visited in the area. Overall it was our favourite stay in Mexico!

Super highly recommended!!! The house is huge, beautiful and clean. So much space for a group of 9. The house looks more gorgeous & beautiful than in the airbnb picture. We attended a wedding at W hotel and it was only a 2 mins walk to the hotel. Our cook Mina did a fantastic job/service to us. Wendolin, our concierge is very helpful and responds quickly to all our needs and questions. Grateful to both of them. We are all very satisfied and happy with our stay. Definitely worth going back 😊😊

Our stay at Los Veneros was fantastic! The property is spectacular and very safe with security always present. There were multiple pools available to take advantage of and most of the time we were one of only a handful of families there. One of the staff was available to rent boogie boards for our kids and they enjoyed riding the waves for hours. They also had a cart out for drinks (and were working on a permanent beach bar) while we were there but there is also the W just a few steps away where you could always order drinks. Breakfast and lunch in the condo from Mina was perfect each day and Wendelin did a great job communicating with us about our needs before and during our stay. We have been to Punta Mita / Puerto Vallarta multiple times and this ranks as one of the top properties we've stayed at.

Excellent property! We spent the week after Christmas including new years and it was perfect. The concierge is fantastic, from recommending an amazing catamaran ride to getting all our groceries ahead of time and during the trip. Our chef was spectacular, providing amazing breakfasts and lunches. It was truly a magical trip and we look forward to going back! Thank you Hugo!

Staying at Los Veneros / Bugambilias was a great experience, the apartments are resort-like, very peaceful, the beach is AWESOME, you can swim, you can surf. The weather was perfect. We used the W quite a bit for lunch. The staff at the apartment is super friendly and attentive. Would recommend, will come back.

We had an amazing time and will definitely go back. The beach is fantastic and the restaurants at the hotel next door are delicious. The apartment is beautiful with an incredible view.

We stayed at Hugo's place for a family vacation and were so impressed. It exceeded all of our expectations! It was clean, very spacious and had a wonderful patio with a spectacular view. The concierge, Wendolin, was available to grocery shop and help us with dinner and activity reservations which was super helpful. Mina was there everyday from 9 - 4 and prepared yummy breakfasts and lunches of our choosing and kept everything spotless. I felt very safe at this property. You have to enter 2 guarded gates to get to there. I loved being next to the W Hotel. We visited the bar and restaurants at the W Hotel. Los Veneros is sort of out of the way. We took several cab trips into Punta de Mita which took about 20 minutes and weren't cheap. The Los Veneros property was very quiet and wasn't crowded at all. There were 3 pools for us to use and most of the time we were the only ones at the pool. The beach is clean and the water is so clear but the waves are very strong on this beach.

Highly recommend it! Perfect for a family trip. The concierge helped us before the trip to get us set up with groceries and everything we needed and Mina the cook is so great! She really made our stay wonderful! The space is super comfortable and spacious, and the amenities are great for a relaxing family vacation. We hope we can come back!

I don't think I have ever rated an AirBnB this highly. The place is amazing and our stay was perfect. Beautiful views, walk to the beach and surf. Easy stroll to the W Hotel for bars and restaurants. Parking garage. Highly secured, felt safe the entire time. Hugo an Wendolyn were great hosts and very easy to communicate with our entire stay. Bluetooth speaker. They thought of all the small touches that enhance your stay. We were a family of 5 but there was a ton more room for others. Could fit multiple families. Now to the best part. Mena, the private chef is amazing. Prepared breakfast and lunch everyday. We travel A LOT. And this place was top notch. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Lots of space and plenty of linens for the beach and for bathing. Lovely large patio for outdoor dining. Numerous pools in the development for swimming. We had trouble with the electric lock for the front door but maintenance came to address it. Housekeeper, Mina, was wonderful!

We had a great stay in Los Veneros. The unit was great and the communication was fast and easy. We will be back!

The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained and clean, we had already had the opportunity to go to Veneros and it is certainly a dream beach, it is very quiet to be able to enjoy with the children in the sand and there are very few people, the waves are big but perfect for some water sports. The host's attention was always very kind and always attentive, answering our questions. Mina, the lady who helps in the kitchen and cleaning, is very attentive. I highly recommend this place to go with family or friends. La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is also nearby and there you can enjoy delicious restaurants.

This beautiful and clean condo is located in a gorgeous place and is clean and the concierge and housekeeper were very easy to communicate with. The space is large and accommodates a big family and kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor space is equally beautiful on the deck. Hugo was excellent to deal with we would stay here again.

We had an unforgettable trip! The accommodations, service, and location exceeded our expectations. We loved eating in and thought the food was better than the restaurants. We are already discussing a future trip back to this unit. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the stay 100%. From the communication before we arrived, they had the pantry ready when we got there, and communication with Wendolin from Los Veneros was always excellent. She supported us at all times with grocery shopping, reservations, and transportation—everything was always great. And Martha's service was outstanding at all times, she cooked delicious meals, and she took excellent care of every detail in the apartment and of my family. It's definitely a complex with everything you could want: the beach is just a few steps away, there's a pool, and the W Hotel is right next door—you can walk there! Thank you for all your hospitality; we would definitely come back.

This is a slice of paradise in a great location. The pictures cannot do this place justice. It’s even better then it looks. The sunsets from the large balcony are not to be missed. The entire home and staff were amazing. Hugo the homeowner was very nice, responsive & helpful. Wendolin in concierge is priceless for making the stay here run effortlessly. She went above & beyond with our menu & food requests. The cook Herminia was excellent. Its a was a fabulous experience and the staff here is very accommodating and available quickly to help with requests etc. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home. Bonus: This condo has its own jacuzzi and the property also has a couple great pools & nice beach right out front with a surf break called Veneros right off this property too.

Most relaxing spot in Mexico. Fully serviced apartment (cook, maid, grocery runs, etc)...and Los Veneros is incredible. Perfect for family trips, especially bigger ones We’ll be back!

Veneros is a magical place with a gorgeous beach and sunsets that will stay with you forever. The apartment is spacious and perfectly designed to enjoy time with your family/friends. The staff was very nice and courteous and available to help for any needs.

Overall the staff at Los Veneros is fantastic and friendly. This is the third time we have stayed at LV and Hugo’s condo was our favorite thus far!

Los Veneros is an incredible place, the complex is very well maintained and the beach is ideal. The apartment is impeccable, spacious, with a spectacular view. Diana's service is unbeatable. Totally recommendable.

This condo is all you need, great spaces, comfortable, perfectly equipped, beautiful and full of light.

The space is open and comfortable. There is a very large balcony where we shared many delicious breakfasts and stunning sunsets. There are many swimming pools to enjoy and the proximity to the W is great, if you want cocktails or not to cook. Great time, great place, great hosts!

Incredible place

Los Veneros is a truly privileged residential development, with the sea and a very nice beach with spectacular sunsets. The apartment is beautiful, full of details and amenities. Very complete with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and very nice and special common areas for spending time together. And the cleaning and cooking service was very good. It was always clean, and we ate delicious food. Honestly, it was a true vacation.

Hugo was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean and had a great open view of the beach. Highly recommend!

Hugo’s Bugambilla 405 at Los Veneros was spectacular! First of all, it’s super clean and each room & bathroom is color themed with beautiful and very stylish decor. The expansive kitchen, family room and balcony create one large connected entertaining area with breathtaking sweeping views over the ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and A/C controller with ceiling fan so every guest controlled their own temperature controls and was most comfortable at night. We submitted a shopping market list in advance and were so thankful to have food and beverages in place upon our arrival. Our housekeeper Tiana took care of us each day with a beautiful smile and our concierge Jorge was always available to help us arrange transportation or make restaurant reservations. Our family enjoyed alternating sitting poolside or beachfront everyday. We also loved walking South down the beach and having a beer on the terrace at Hotel Rancho Banderas. The W Hotel next door is also an option for nearby convenient food and beverages. We would definitely return to Los Veneros and hope to stay in this amazing home again!
