We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb ! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We celebrated my birthday during our trip, and this Airbnb was the perfect place to relax and make unforgettable memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

Beautiful Airbnb!! My friends and I (group of 6) enjoyed our stay very much. Alejandro and the team were very helpful and responsive. We used the concierge services to book a shuttle to and from the airport. The house is located in beautiful gated community which felt very safe. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures!

Just recently went on a trip with 6 of my friends. Alejandro’s place was really great and we enjoyed every bit of our trip! It was honestly nicer in person once we got there. The surrounding area is also really nice with everything you need from restaurants to local shops within walking distance. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time! Would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it! As a group of 13 girls on a bachelorette trip, safety was our top priority, and this place exceeded our expectations. The security and staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the space itself was incredibly spacious for our group. Housekeeping was provided, which was such a nice touch and made the experience even more relaxing. We would also highly recommend booking the private chef - Herardo made us an amazing meal and provided exceptional service! It was also a huge bonus that there’s a great coffee and taco spot within walking distance, which made mornings and quick bites super easy and convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion - would absolutely stay here again!

We LOVED staying here for my friends bachelorette party!! Location - walkable and close to a grocery store, coffee shops, etc! House - was SO nice. Hot water, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, fantastic open space downstairs for gathering and but very light and can see the plants well from outside. Pool - such a nice space and hot tub Communication - 10/10 communication before and during the stay when it came to every detail! They truly made hosting so much easier because of the communication and lovely space!! Highly recommend!!

A group of 13 of us came for a bachelorette and it was fabulous! We liked staying altogether and didn’t mind the little distance from town. The hosts were responsive and very helpful with all our questions and anything that came up was quickly taken care of. Highly recommend!

I hosted a bachelorette group with 9 women and this space was perfect for it! We felt extremely safe in the gated community. There are shops literally right out side of the gate too. The concierge team was very responsive. Our concierge Florencio was a pleasure. The only downfall was that the air in one of the bedrooms kept going out. Florencio was responsive and sent someone and he also came to but the air would continue to go out after they left. The water was a little cold at times too. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the villa was the perfect size for our group. I would definitely recommend it if hosting a big group.

We stayed here with a large group of girls, and it was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to do, and we loved that we could walk to a market and cute cafes. The neighborhood felt safe, and the concierge was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for a big group!
