It was a pleasant stay, thanks to Itza's kindness. It is important to know that it is a room (with everything you need, bathroom, and small kitchen on the terrace) inside a house. Access is through the house. The room is spacious with a nice balcony with pure vegetation.

It was a great place to stay in Manuel Antonio, It's well located, private and peaceful. it has everything you need, I would definitely return to this residence

The place was great. Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. It was cool staying in a local neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly, including the squirrel monkeys that we saw daily.

I hope the pictures eventually match the neighborhood; one picture features beach access.. that’s just not the case. I think the listing could use some fine tuning. It’s an amazing house, (3 units total that can be split or shared) well suited for groups of 8 or more, for solo travellers and couples I would keep looking. The staff there was very helpful and amazing and made the place worth staying at.

Creemos señor Dan que su percepción pudo ser diferente de haber leído con detenimiento la información que proporcionamos . en primera instancia informamos a los viajeros que el departamento se encuentra en un vecindario humilde! Típico Costarricense con Personas sencillas , y con sus casas humildes todas trabajadoras y siempre dispuestas a estrechar su mano, ayudarlo y hacerlo sentir parte de la digna comunidad , personas que trabajan para el turismo por humildes salarios pero que se sienten orgullosas de lo que pueden tener . Jamás pretendimos mostrar que el alojamiento estuviera en un resort . Y de haberlo estado posiblemente usted hubiera tenido que pagar 2 o tres veces más de lo que pagó , pues nuestros precios son muy accesibles y las instalaciones muy lujosas para el precio sencillo que usted pagó!! En ningún momento mostramos que el departamento tiene acceso a la playa . Sencillamente mostramos algunas fotografías de la playa Manuel Antonio como referencia de que estamos cerca a tan solo 5 minutos en carro por supuesto . De haber tenido acceso a la playa el precio obviamente sería unas 3 o 5 veces mas alto !! Por otro lado estábamos rentando para grupos grandes lo cual no ocurrirá mas por que ahora para tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes solo rentaremos para grupos pequeños . Después de haber disfrutado de la comodidad tanto de estructura como de precio de nuestra instalaciones , no es ético de su parte que inste a los próximos viajeros a seguir buscando otro alojamiento .

Place is very suitable for large groups. If I’m being picking it does need more plates, kitchen appliances/cookware and serving dishes/utensils. There are a few steps in the living room and one in the kitchen that can be dangerous to the elderly or small kids. Our 74 year old did not see the steps because one of them sneaks up on you and he almost fell a couple times. Overall it is a great place, and the staff that help with the house are very friendly and amazing. Good source of things to do and places to go. Usually monkeys visit in the AM or PM and you may see a couple Macaws.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. All who love to be in nature will also love this relaxed place. From the terrace, you can see the monkeys in the trees. Possibility to book a massage at Itza. We had a massage and were very excited. The massage in this area with the sounds of the jungle in the background was just fantastic. Thank you 😊

The house was clean but needs lot of maintenance. It is an old house and the 2 downstairs bathroom door lock was not working. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. It is a big house and they have plenty of beds but they need to fix the door knobs and all the doors. Also we didn’t get the door code until the last minute. Sent out a message thru AirBnB but no response. We were so nervous, when we called them thru Whatapp the lady who picked up the line was clueless about our stay. She was asking ‘when did you book with us”. This was ridiculous Finally when we texted the Airbnb support, Michael responded. They have to improve their communication.

Mss, Siva ,We understand that since everybody has a different point of view of things, your perception of your stay could have changed from what you were expecting., Special when you travel for 6 hours with a large group of family and you make a check in after 9 PM!! we run 3 Airbnb, so we really want to clarify that when the guests contact us by phone ,the first question is witch one airbnb have you rent ?, so it was the case , how ever we really appreciated your stay in our place. We do really apologize for any inconvenience you could have faced in your stay and we deeply value all your feedback. Great stay! Especially for large groups. Coffee with the macaws in the morning on the beautiful porch and the host is attentive and kind. Definitely recommend.
