Loved our stay , would definitely recommend this place if you want the feel of jungle vibes. We were a group of 6. We were 3 couples and we all had our own private space which was nice and shared a common pool. Each bungalow had all necessities whatever we didn’t have just went to local supermarket and bought I would recommend to bring bug spray.We were greeted by Ehsan and the others were very helpful ,kind and responsive. We did loose power for part of a day but it was no big deal we just went to the beach and by the time we came back it was back on . You will hear some noise and streets are vey bumpy but we have been to Tulum 3x and it’s everywhere you can’t help it . There are bikes on the premises but we rented a car and rented ATV’s for a whole day so much fun! Can’t wait to go back ;)

The Ikal Bungalows were a dream! My group of 5 girls rented for my bachelorette party and it did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival by Ehsan who kindly welcomed us and provided recommendations. He also organized Chef Ernesto to cook us a fabulous lunch. We enjoyed the serene pool and secluded jungle bath tubs to relax in the mornings. Ehsan organized transportation to the beach as well as an unforgettable trip to Chichen Itza, cenotes, and Valladolid. The bungalows were in a location that is secluded enough to feel immersed in the jungle while also located conveniently near the beach and downtown. Merciano was the security officer on duty at all times which provided additional comfort and safety during our stay. We were also embraced by the kitty family of 3 that roamed around and made the place feel like home :) We ordered grocery delivery from the Tomato app that chef Ernesto recommended which made things quite convenient. We would love to visit again! Highly recommend!

Ehson was incredibly helpful with making our stay enjoyable. He gave us tons of options for good restaurants and helped us find some awesome cenotes. The bungalows were a solid choice for our large group. Plenty of places to convene and hang out in the middle and then when looking for privacy we were able to retreat to our bungalows. Would highly recommend thanks for a great time!!

The bungalows were the perfect home and sanctuary for my family friends, and I the week of our wedding. It provided a quiet, tranquil and peaceful place while in Tulum that I will never forget. The gardens were lush, the pool was cool and each bungalow offered more privacy than the photos. Thank you Ehsan and Andrés for all your help and an amazing experience. We will be back.

Beautiful place. Our family of six used all three bungalows, each a bit different but in the same compound. We couldn’t find the place when we got there after dark and they were quick to come out and meet us to guide us. Felt very safe, despite initial doubts given quality of the local infrastructure (roads were washed out after storm and there’s a ton of new construction around, which at dark made for a bad first impression). We would love to stay again.

We had 9 women celebrating a bachelorette party over a long weekend. The three separate bungalows was perfect for us to have enough space (bathrooms) and I actually wish we had spent more time at the villa. Ehsan was SO HELPFUL from recommending taxi services, letting our grocery delivery in before we arrived, and even bringing us a speaker to the beach club when we forgot ours! He really went above and beyond and was a big part in our happiness with our choice to stay here. We hired a private chef for one night and between the three kitchenettes there were plenty of supplies for her to prepare an amazing meal (Uxata was the company). The only thing that could have made our stay better was if we were closer to the hotel zone.. would have saved a ton of money on taxis, but then I’m sure this villa would be MUCH less affordable so it’s a trade off we were willing to make. Everything we drove to was about 15-30 minutes drive and taxis didn’t have trouble finding us when we used the address provided. I don’t typically visit the same places again just because there is so much world to see, but I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum.

My friends and I spent an amazing week there ! The bungalows are fully furnished, clean, comfy and well decorated. We really enjoyed spending time around the pool or the outside lounge. By car, it's 10 minutes away from the city center, and 20 minutes from the beach and the hotel zone. However there's a lot of construction around the place; part of the road isn't concrete yet and it can be noisy somehow. But it didn't stop us from having a really good times there. 100% recommend this place to manifest all of your vacation trip dreams! Ehsan was super attentive and helpful to our group of 7. He helped arrange transportation for all of our travels to/from the airport and during our stay around town & scheduling covid tests to return. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and can recommend great adventures! Super Thank you to Charles for extending a warm welcome and answering my last minute questions. I celebrated my both birthday and bachelorette weekend here and it was magical. The location was ideal for me- in the jungle but still close enough to bike or a short drive to everything. Thank you to Charles, Ehsan and the on site security for such a memorable, magical trip!

Is was such a lovely stay with had at Ikal bungalows. Andres the security man who lives on site 24/7 was very friendly and always made sure we had a clean pool each morning. Ersan the host was very welcoming and always ready to help when we had advice and questions. Its a beautiful jungly vibe villa amongst alot of construction. The noise in the area was annoying in the mornings but that is in the whole area. On the positive side it is out of the hussle of downtown tulum but a short ride into the city. Would definitely come back if in Tulum.

So fun and beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts were so easy to work with.

The host was so accommodating and responsive. We were a big group and he helped us organize tours and taxis to see and get around Tulum. Each Bungalow is a variation of a theme and we loved their similarities and differences. Highly recommend this place and the host!

Charles' place was fantastic! I stayed with a big group of friends, and it was perfect for us. The rooms and the garden were all really beautiful. Location was ideal (in a peaceful, quiet area, but close to the beach and downtown). We had everything we needed and Charles was very responsive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing spot in Tulum!

While I've been to Tulum a number of times, this one was different. The difference? This outstanding Airbnb. We had a group so you never really know what you're going to get but from the moment we arrived, we were immersed in luxury and nature. First, Charlie, the host, was exceptionally welcoming. He was warm, helpful, and attended to any questions or needs we had. The Airbnb itself is gorgeous! It is tucked away in the jungle but was also close to downtown and the beach. We were able to really have it all. As you'd expect with a place of this caliber, everything was clean, private, and peaceful. We ate incredible Mexican cuisine, did yoga, went to the beach, and hung out! If you're going to Tulum, this is the place to be. It was a blast and I look forward to bringing more friends here soon in the future!

I celebrated my bachelorette here with my 7 best friend! This Airbnb is AMAZING! The interior decoration was gorgeous. It felt like a bohemian jungle palace! We loved the outdoor yoga studio and the Hammocks. The host was able to arrange a family style dinner at the Airbnb with a private chef and the food was absolutely incredible. We felt very safe with the 24 hour security guards. The host was incredible and responded very quickly every time I messaged him. Ehsan went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful. He recommended a wonderful photographer to come out to the Airbnb and take pictures of us celebrating my bachelorette. He also helped arrange a private shuttle for us during our time there. Everything was amazing. If we ran out of toilet paper, towels, etc the security guards were on it! The beds were very comfortable, lots of room to get ready, private outdoor bathtubs and showers, A/C in every bungalow. We had the most epic trip of our lives in tulum. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
