We had the most wonderful family vacation at Kristi's stunning villa. The home is even more beautiful in person, it's like something out of a design magazine. Kristi was a wonderful host and provided recommendations for nearby hikes and restaurants (we especially loved Limbo in San Pancho and Tacos Diaz in Sayulita for al pastor). The location is great, just a 20 min drive to Sayulita and another 10 mins north to San Pancho. The home had everything you could imagine needing plus many thoughtful touches throughout. This was by far our favorite AirBnb we've ever stayed in!

We loved our stay. We rented a car so that we could visit both Punta De Mita and Sayulita, and felt safe the entire time. The house is tucked into a small, friendly beach town, down a dirt road, across from the street from the ocean. Inside the compound, you're greeted by a pool, plants, tons of greenery, and a house that should be in Architectural Digest. We walked to a beach club, we had a chef come in for several meals, and we sat poolside... all of it was great. I recommend having a chef come for several meals. We celebrated a big birthday dinner, then had them come back the next day for all three meals. Easily my favorite day. You're about 10-15 minutes into the heart of Punta De Mita where we had a couple of amazing dinners, and about 20 minutes from Sayulita where we spent a couple of great days on the beach. We were able to uber, get a car, and find other means of transportation when we didn't want to drive. Awesome experience, we started checking listings to buy!

Gorgeous home just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful tranquil beach! Perfect for Christmas in Mexico with my whole family. Kristi was super helpful and responsive – definitely take advantage of her recommendations for excursions, home chef, and massages. She will also help with grocery shopping so everything is there for you upon arrival – this was amazing for us and is important because the house / Litibu is definitely a bit more remote! For people considering this property know the location and beach is much more peaceful than other parts of Punta Mita we traveled to, BUT there are not restaurants / many shops walking distance from the home. Plan to eat at home most days & nights. Know you will need to rent a car that can drive on bumpy unpaved roads. It's an adventure to get to this property but 100 percent worth the travel!

My 80th birthday celebration at Casa Pina could not have been better. The house and pool/patio was such a great space for my family and I to hang out, relax and enjoy Litibu beach. Kristi was very responsive to making sure our holiday and enjoyment at her house was what we expected in spite of just arriving after the hurricane passed thru the area. Highly recommend Litibu Grill and Octavio, the caterer Kristi recommended for dining. Luis, Kristi's caretaker is a gem.

This house is truly spectacular, and is nestled in a quiet spot right across from a beautiful beach with fantastic waves. We stayed with our three small children and loved that the location was quiet and convenient to the beach. We rented a car and found it really easy getting around. We went to Sayulita for a little more action a few days but we were always eager to get back to this great house and beach. For two nights we had the house chef prepare our dinners and the entire meal and service was over the top. Finally, Kristi is a fantastic host. She is incredibly responsive and helpful on all fronts. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Beautiful place, perfect spot. Construction noise from home being built next door but can’t blame anyone on that. Personal Chefs were awesome. Kristi is a great host. Very responsive. Looking forward to getting back there again.

My friends & I had the best time at Casa Piña! This house is even more gorgeous in person if you can believe it. Every detail in the house is so well done. Luis, the house manager was awesome! I also can not recommend the chef services enough! It’s a must! We can’t wait to return to Casa Piña, thank you Kristi!

Such a wonderful house. Can’t wait to come back! It’s big, clean, beautiful, and right by the beach. Had everything we needed for a group of 6 to have an amazing stay. Luis was also so helpful. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Kristi’s home enough. It was absolutely EVERYTHING. From the smallest details to her amazing house manager that went way way out of his way to accommodate our every need, this experience was beyond. We will absolutely be returning.

Everything for our week at the house was perfect. As others have said, the house is even more beautiful in person. Every detail that has gone into the home has been done with care. Luis was amazing, sweet, and helpful. Before we arrived Kristi also answered all our questions and was so helpful. The beach is a very quick walk from the house and feels like your own private beach most of the time. Sunsets are gorgeous. The landscaping at the house adds such a nice touch, so green and lush. We can’t wait to go back one day! Thanks Kristi!

What a wonderful hidden treasure this place is! Kristi was a great communicator and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our week. The pool and outside area was perfect to spend most of our time. We did rent a car but spent most of our time at the house and beach, which was only a quick few minute walk away. We used the chefs recommended by Kristi and we highly recommend doing the same- they were fabulous!! We will certainly be back!

Wonderful destination and wonderful place

Casa Piña was incredible. While off the beaten path, that was exactly what we were looking for -- a heavenly get away just across from the beach. The home was beautiful beyond the pictures, and she had everything we needed to be comfortable. Communication was prompt and easy, and Luis, the house manager, was so helpful and kind. We hope to return again!

Dream stay come true. Don't tell too many people because I want to visit this property AT LEAST 1x annually. The house it unreal and such a unique experience. Kristi was in communication with me the whole time and truly provided us with the best recommendations for food, shopping, which beaches to spend time at, which ones to avoid. Overall, an A+ stay. Wonderful staff on hand as well! We love you Luis. :)

If you are looking for a relaxing trip in the most exquisite home with every amenity, this is the perfect place. We just returned from a week with our family at Casa Pina. This home is even more beautiful in person, and exceeded every expectation. As seasoned travelers who have rented many places throughout the world, this stands at the top of our list for many reasons. Sitting in the home, from the pool or interior, you feel like you are in in the jungle. The privacy from the gorgeous landscaping is stunning. You can see the ocean and hear its waves. The interior of the home is so cool, well-decorated, and stylish, we could not stop looking at the details and thought. The amenities are incredible- comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen, and architectural details that are magazine worthy. We booked the services of Octavio for our meals all week and highly recommend this to anyone. Just do it. You will not be disappointed and you will not want to leave this home to eat out. It is that perfect. If you book Octavio, we recommend asking for Jesus and Joe. They were amazing, talented, professional, and added so much to our trip. The meals were five star- we enjoyed both in the dining room and on the outside patio table overlooking the pool. As a surfing family, this is a perfect place to stay. We booked board rentals through Tranquilo Surf and loved all the breaks, especially Bahia. The home is close to Punta Mita and Sayulita but in a quiet village which was absolutely perfect. Many days when we went to the local Litibu beach, there were few people there. Muchas Gracias to Kristi! We cannot wait to return to your stylish paradise soon!

Amazing experience! Kristi was very responsive and quick to help with suggestions of what to do in the area, hiring a private chef and coordination. Would definitely book again!

Eveything from start to finish is absolute perfection with this house and location. You definitely need to rent a car but whether you decide to leave this little oasis of paradise is up to you. We did the chef service for two nights of our stay and then went out in Punta Mita, Sayulita, and San Pancho for other meals. Litibu Grill is a short walk down the beach and has amazing food and drinks (pesos only). We were in the pool almost every moment we were at the house. The only thing we could have used more of is bug spray! With such a lush & beautiful yard around the house there are lots of mosquitos but all the bites were well worth it. This house is on my all time favorite Airbnb list. The chefs, house manager, and Kristi were increadible to work with.

Awesome place steps from the Beach and close to Sayulita and Punta Mira for day trips. The Litibu Grill right down the beach was a favorite lunch spot. We used Roberto as a private chef for our party of 6 which worked out perfectly. Kristi was an excellent host and Luis the local caretaker was very efficient and friendly as well

Highly recommended! Kristi was a great hostess, her communication is extraordinary. The house is amazing, the photographs do little justice to how beautiful it is, the design and architecture are spectacular. The proximity of the beach is ideal, the views and sunsets are beautiful. The comfort of the house is well worth it to go with family or friends, you have everything at hand. The attention of the house staff is outstanding, very attentive and they made us feel at home.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Really comfortable, each bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom. A little bit off the beaten path, which was exactly what we wanted. Totally enjoyed having the pool as well as just steps away from the beach. Kristi was very accommodating and helped with golf reservations, dinner reservations, etc. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Look no further, book it (if you can). The pictures are beautiful, but don't do justice to what this property is like in person. Everything from the physical space and beauty, to the paradise vibe once you enter through the front gate. Incredibly thoughtful owner with attention to detail. From head to toe, the property is an elite rental and absolutely gorgeous, starting with the garden, continuing with the pool and outdoor space, and stylish high-end interior. We felt incredibly well cared for with Kristi's recommendations, responsiveness, and property care taker Luis. If you stay here, I HIGHLY recommend using the Chef service- this made the trip complete, and was by far one of the highlights. This property works well for families with young kids, a couples trip, or really any group trip as it is very versatile. Prepare for ultimate luxury and relaxation.

FIRST CLASS HOME - FIRST CLASS HOST!!! We had a wonderful time at Casa Piña. The pictures represent the home poorly, as everything is much better in person. The location is great - very peaceful and quiet. Kristi was great about responding to messages and very flexible with our particular needs - SHE IS WONDERFUL. We will certainly visit again, especially with the upgrades Kristi has planned for the house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASA PIÑA!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this house and vacation experience. The pictures of the house are spot on. Kristi hooked us up with groceries/booze, a chef, and transportation. She also helped us with a great whale watching tour. The house is comfortable and exactly as described. Not a detail is missing. The beach is literally less than 2 minutes from the door. All the supplies needed to have a wonderful time.

Unreal! I’ve travelled to Mexico many times and have NEVER stayed in a stylish mid century modern home like this! It’s better than any Four Seasons Resort. Plus, the best surfing is across the street at Litibu Beach Definitely rent a car & stop at the grocery store on your way in. You won’t want to leave.

Our time at Casa Piña was so much fun! The house is exceptionally nice and has so much space! Walking distance to the beach. The house has all the necessary amenities needed and was a great relaxing and enjoyable time! Will definitely be back here! Kristi was so informative and was always prompt with responding. It was a pleasure being able to enjoy what Kristi & Casa Piña have to offer in Litibú, Nayarit!

Kristi's place is AMAZING. The house is gorgeous, the location is fantastic and the service was top notch. I fully expect this bnb to be booked solid for years to come, I hope we get a chance to stay there again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape covid realities back home and live peacefully for weeks at at a time. Well done Kristi!

Beautiful house

Super host! 5 stars stay! Highly recommended! Amazing house, beautiful decoration, fully equipped (high-end) . PERFECTION! We spent 5 fabulous days that allowed us to escape from the stress of the pandemia and to be able to really fully enjoy our vacation. (Beach view, 50 meters away from the beach, accessible even during the pandemia) Great communication with Kristi (the owner) and Luis (contact on site). Both really nice and efficient! We will be back!

It is an excellent house, very comfortable and with everything you might need, with a privileged location very close to the beach.

Kristi’s place was exactly what we needed. Her taste in decor was exquisite—the art and design choices throughout the space are inspiring. I have back pain and slept like a baby on the bed upstairs. Speaking of babies, our 7-month old was stoked! He woke up every day with a bright smile and we had some amazing photo ops because the house is like the set of a really cool film. Kristi was extremely helpful and kind, receptive to all of our questions. We all really loved her energy. The kitchen is great. The stove was a dream and the outdoor grill was so easy to use and that whole area was a great spot for those who like to work the grill! We surfed the break out front once a day. Some of the sessions were super fun out there! Laundry was on point and the amenities were all high quality. Hands down, this is the spot. We’ll be back, Kristi! Thanks and appreciation, Krishan

This place is amazing! The house is beautiful and kept really clean. Not to mention decorated super nice. The beach is literally a one minute walk where we went every night and saw amazing sunsets. It’s a very peaceful and quiet area. There’s good food close by and Sayulita is just a quick drive up the road if you want more “action”. I was with a small group of people and the house was set up in a really great way to accommodate everyone. The kitchen is big and open. And we had most of our meals at the big table outside by the pool. I must say that I also appreciate that every room has its own bathroom and shower! So nice. This has definitely been one of my favorite places I’ve stayed and I will definitely be back. Kristi was very helpful and was able to help me with any questions I had. I highly recommend!

My wife and I just got back from our trip to Litibu where we stayed at Casa Piña and already we wish we could go back. First off, Kristi was quick to respond to my questions about the home and was very nice upon our arrival. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. It had 3 large bedrooms upstairs with patio space that looks out to the ocean. That view each morning was unbeatable. With all the space you could easily accommodate multiple couples or a larger family there. The main floor of the house is very beautiful. The open floor plan makes it easy to be cooking food while looking out to the pool area or lounging on the couch. The bbq/patio area to me was the highlight. The beautiful large wooden table on the patio next to the pool is where we spent our nights relaxing and watching the sunset. The ocean is literally across the street. Each morning I would surf while my wife walked the beach searching for beach glass, it was truly surreal. We made the 20 drive to Sayulita one day but we mainly stayed in Litibu. The area and home both seemed very safe and we felt very comfortable staying there. We went to a couple of the local restaurants, K5 being our favorite, and all the people we met were very friendly. It was truly an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to return in October and watch the sea turtles hatch!!
