Ramos's house is very beautiful. Everything is quiet. It's a residential development with a lot of security. Everything was very good. The pool is very large. The water is at a very good temperature from early on. Just bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The pool does have a lot of chlorine and it does burn your eyes, but apart from that, everything is very good. They also have a kitten that showed up there, and they feed her. They ask you as a favor if you can give her food, which they leave out. The kitten is very friendly. The service from Mr. Ramón and his wife is very good. They still have an inventory of what they leave and the value of each item, so if you break something, you will be charged at the end. But everything was great. Thank you, Mr. Ramos, and thank you to your wife for opening the doors of your home.

Very nice house

Lola's house is nice, very clean, as described. Our host was very friendly and very attentive. We were very happy. If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would only say that it would be excellent if the living room had air conditioning, as well as the bedroom next to the office. An amazing place to stay; my family and I had a great time. Highly recommended. The pool is amazing, and the heat pump works perfectly. I just wouldn't recommend it in the hot season, as it really gets very hot; with the solar panels, the pool temperature is great, even at night. Very nice facilities, rooms, and garden. We brought a pet, and there was also enough space. We were all very happy. Our hosts were always attentive, answering our questions and taking care of every detail. I highly recommend it for a quiet family stay. We'll definitely be back. 😊

Very good house, it is in good condition and is comfortable both inside and in the pool and barbecue area. I would only recommend that you turn on the heat pump for a couple of hours in the morning to help the solar system raise the temperature, especially on days when it is cloudy. Our stay at the house of Ramón, his wife, Lola, Tania and their son was much more pleasant than we expected. Their kindness and accessibility made us feel at home, providing us with support in all our doubts and needs. I arrived later than planned, but they welcomed us with a smile, showing us the house and giving us recommendations on where to eat. I took my (large) assistance dog, and although my brother was going to take his (medium) dog, in the end he couldn't. Ramón and his family were always understanding of this issue. This led me to opt for additional cleaning and cooking services, which were excellent and always very well attended. The house is a perfect place to enjoy with the family. You can play soccer with your nephews, have a barbecue with your brothers, meditate in its tranquility or have breakfast at its large garden table. There is also a pool to enjoy or simply relax in its warm water. 100% recommended. Thank you guys

Our stay at Lola's house was spectacular, we really enjoyed the pool that was kept at a very good temperature all the time, in particular the children enjoyed it to play and be able to be there until the afternoon/evening, the house in general has all the facilities to make your stay pleasant... Communication with Ramón was always excellent, he and his wife made us feel at home and were always attentive to everything. It is definitely 100% recommended and we will definitely be back soon!

We were three families with children, and we had an amazing time. The place is much better than what is described and shown in the photos, and it was very safe, especially for the children. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They even left us games for the kids, taking their ages into account. We will definitely be back. We loved it!!

The house is much nicer than what you can see in the pictures! Ideal for going with the family or in a large group; there were 10 of us, and we never felt cramped. If you are traveling with children, please note that all areas, furniture, and finishes are very safe, and the pool has a wading area for the little ones. Very well equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms, so don't worry about bringing extra things. Ramón and his wife's service was definitely among the best; they were even kind enough to buy toys so our children could enjoy themselves to the fullest. They made us feel right at home; we hope to return very soon.

I spent an extraordinary weekend because of my husband's birthday celebration, it was my friends and her husband too, they had super nice details with us they even adorned a part to congratulate my husband, the WONDERFUL house all working and super clean (it's what I'm most interested in choosing accommodation). The hosts are extremely friendly, and the house has amenities to keep you super entertained and enjoy a hot afternoon without leaving home, we made grilled meat, we swam, we played in the network and of course we sunbathe; I think it is fabulous that the house has mosquito nets since you enjoy a stay in nature but with all the comforts of the century. At night it looks spectacular with the lighting. The pool is always at a pleasant temperature and is a very good size. It is also very secure. There is a booth at the entrance with 24-hour surveillance. We had no problems with neighbors or noisy parties. From the time we made the reservation until we left the house, Ramón and his wife were excellent hosts. Your warmth and attention made us feel welcome and in confidence to make the most of our stay. La Casa de Lola is beautiful: spacious, functional, comfortable, modern, tasteful, very well equipped with everything you need. Undoubtedly live it is much nicer than what you can see in the photos. It is located in a gated development with surveillance, in the best-weather area of Cuernavaca, and is very close to you, super, ice cream, restaurants, and delicious tamales! Highlights of the house are: - the solar cells that keep the temperature of the large pool super nice - the garden is beautiful and spacious (at night it looks like a magazine) with a mini smelly herb orchard for delicious cooking - The air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms is excellent to be able to sleep on the warmer nights -the very spacious barbecue with enough space to have everything you need for the barbecue while living together in the beautiful garden, even has a mini refrigerator This is important to note the house has quite a few steps and the staircase requires supervision for very small children. Ramón and his wife are excellent hosts, they gave us a warm welcome with a complimentary bottle of wine, and many details like board and garden games for children's use, as well as an improvement in internet speed so we can work without connection issues. They personally explained the operation of the house and were attentive to our needs all the time, the communication flowed excellent. It is undoubtedly the best house on Airbnb we have stayed in in which we have stayed in, we highly recommend it and hope to return very soon, and many times! Whenever we look to return to Cuernavaca, it will be our first choice. Thanks again Ramón, see you soon!
