Hi Eva, Thank you for the feedback. We always strive for the best and are constantly looking for ways to improve. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding but on Airbnb it states that there are 2 homes, and they are both options for renting together or separate. The description also states that there are exterior security cameras. Depending on the time of the year - the sun will change position. As we are in the jungle there are bugs, flora, and fauna associated with the jungle. We spray regularly, provide repellent, and tiki torches with bug deterrent. We always want to give a 5 star stay and take your feedback to heart so future stays will be that much better. Thanks again and we hope you have a Happy New Year!

We want to profusely apologize for your experience and promise that we are doing our utmost to rectify the situation. September and October are the months when we get the most amount of rainfall and with the rain we also get more bugs. This is our low season- hence the price. I would be happy to give you a special green season price during high season dates Dec-May so you can experience our place at its most ideal time. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.
