This is easily one of my favorite homes in Playa Encanto. The peaceful location, stunning beachfront setting, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely book this home again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible ocean views!

This is our second time staying here and it’s great. The house is large with a huge kitchen setup - big enough for multiple people to be making meals at the same time. The bedrooms are also big and spacious with attached bathrooms that is a huge plus. We love being right on the beach and the ease of having a beautiful vacation. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. We will be coming back!

This is an ideal place for a beach getaway. There were 9 of us, and we had more than enough room. The beach was amazing and right out the back door! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. Be sure to bring your own towels!!!

We’ve stayed here several times now. The house is perfect for larger groups. Huge patio, large balcony on the second floor and plenty of inside seating too. Cannot beat the view, steps away from the sand and the sea. The house could benefit from a few upgrades, mostly cosmetic, but that does not take away a single thing from how absolutely stunning this spot is. We will be back!

A great, spacious place with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful porch and fire pit. Large, well equipped kitchen was the highlight bc we like to cook. Great host.

This house was even better in person! It was perfect for our family of 13 and the large kitchen was exactly what we needed. The beach access was easy and the beach was stunning. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of seating and open tiled spaces. Bedrooms were huge! I wish more people paid attention to light/lamp bulbs. A few were out. But our vacation was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay at Frank's again.

This home is more beautiful in person. The fact that we had a whole casita as well gave more than enough room for our party of 12. The view was amazing from all areas of the house. Frank had all the info sent well in advance before checking in. No issues finding the house or checking in. I sent a message to Frank through Airbnb prior to arriving, and received responses within the hour. Frank was even available to call and responded instantly when I had a quick question and called him. You open the back door and your right on the beach. Beautiful beach area with soft sand. The only sad part is having to leave. Definately planning a stay at this beautiful home in the future.

The house looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Frank was helpful and responsive although there was no need to contact him during the stay. Definitely recommend this house, we are hoping to come back soon!

4th time at Frank's and we still love it! The space is just perfect for taking a big family group. The kitchen space is the best for gathering and each bedroom having it's own bathroom is a huge bonus. We will be back once again next year! Frank is an excellent host and responds quickly if needed.

Frank is quick to respond via email and very friendly. We had an issue requiring laundry detergent, and he picked up the call immediately and helped to guide us to where it would have been. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend staying here. There was more than enough space for 9 of us. Bring your towels and what you need, the home will be waiting.

Huge place, plenty of room. Our group of 11 fit just fine. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms for every bedroom, plenty of accessories and utensils. Lots of seating options inside and outside the house. We had good wifi in the main house and tv reception was great. Huge back patio makes this place perfect for large groups and you can’t beat the view. Frank was very responsive and very kind. This spot is just perfect for a large group…lots of communal space and bedrooms are tucked away for privacy. We’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely return. Beautiful spot on Playa Encanto.

We have stayed at Villa Venezia several times over the years and have never been disappointed! The house is spacious with very large bedrooms and plenty of gathering areas. The beach is sandy and just a few steps away. Frank is an excellent host! He was very easy to reach, responded instantly, and was able to resolve any issue that presented itself. Cannot say enough great things about the house or the host!

What an amazing beach palace! Ocean centric architecture and right on the sand. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas that all face the wall of windows and sliding glass sores that give an amazing view of the ocean. Outdoor showers for rinsing off was a nice benefit. The beach and ocean on this stretch is so calm and beautiful. Lived the whole experience and felt very safe and taken care of by the community hosts and staff. Would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Venezia! The house is very spacious and was clean and cool upon arrival. Frank was also a great host, responded in a timely manner, if we needed anything. Will definitely be adding this home to one of my favorites!

What a perfect beach stay. We take a multi-family trip to Rocky Point every summer, for years we’ve been searching for the “forever” house, that we’ll come back to every year. So pumped to say- we’ve found it! Frank’s place is INCREDIBLE!! It is perfect for our big group- we went with three families, three generations this time. There was plenty of space for all 14 of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom! And the rooms are HUGE, so there would be room for air mattresses if needed. There is just so much room in this house. And the location is unreal- Playa Encanto is the best beach in Rocky Point, and this house is right on the sand, steps from the water! It has a huge porch, a big patio, a built in fire pit, and stairs right down to the sea. There are outside showers, a full casita, and a locking gate where you can keep your cars secure- we had three full sized trucks that fit easily. It was clean, comfortable, and cool. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Amazing house. Perfect for a larger group. Huge kitchen. Very clean. 2 master bedrooms. Host was very responsive. Beach has no rocks and is not the slightest bit crowded. We will be back.

This was our 3rd stay at Frank's. We love it and will be back next year. It's perfect size for our family gatherings. I love all the room in the kitchen and having the extra refrigerators. Such a bonus when bringing your own food. Frank is always responsive in taking care of anything that needs attention. Sooo many seashells this year!! 😎

A dream home.

Absolutely perfect! Ample space for a big group. Huge kitchen is amazing! 2 refrigerators! You cannot get a better of the ocean here. Big windows in the living area provide a spectacular view. Huge patio, fire pit and a beach full of shells! Lots of chairs. We had plenty of space for cornhole boards. Each room has its own bathroom. Public space bathrooms also. Bedrooms are huge! Water pressure and temp are ample. Plenty of parking, we had 4 trucks parked. Secure gate at front. Just perfect. We will be back!

If anything, the pictures don't do the view justice. You are right on the beach. The main house and the guest house were beautiful. Frank (the host) was prompt and quick with communication. The address will not work on G-maps or Apple maps. I found the house in G- maps based on the Airbnb pictures. That was what I used for directions. The directions that Frank gave worked well, but you have to be looking for street signs. There were tons of mosquitoes outside which I hadn't seen before in Puerto Peñasco, but the development is just south of a marshland. They were only an issue during dawn and dusk and only near the house. Once you got onto the sandbar the mosquitoes were gone. We had two A/C units go out and one refrigerator, but Frank sent someone over right away to fix it. We had a great time and I hope to go back.

Frank is fast to return texts and messages and did have a brand new working grill for us on our second stay. Definitely would stay here again.

My family has stayed at this home several times and every time everything has been perfect. The house has plenty of space for large groups and each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of space and the view of the ocean from the kitchen area is beautiful. The house is always clean and Frank is always quick to respond if needed. If you plan on going into town often the location might be a little far, but we love the privacy of the beach. This house is worth it for large groups.

Beautiful house and had an amazing time. The water pump was not working first day we got there but frank was able to get a new one the following day and after that, everything was perfect.

The house is right on a beautiful, sandy, rock-free beach. There are windows all along the beach side and a lovely patio to take full advantage of the views. The house is very roomy and the big bedrooms all have their own bathroom. The giant kitchen island was perfect for cooking and hanging out together. We had an amazing time at Frank's house!

I have to admit it wasn’t easy to find not knowing the area but once we found it we loved it!! Felt right at home. It’s simply gorgeous! Amazing ocean view and very big and spacious!! Thank you Frank!

Beautiful and spacious home directly on the beach

beautiful beach. not many people around. few vendors which is nice but not many like the in town beaches. saw dolphins multiple days. house is massive!

Frank’s place looked even better in person. Frank’s place is about 20-25 minutes away from town. The majority of our time was spent at Frank’s place we only went into town twice. This community has a guard gate, they watch who’s coming in and out. Peaceful and private. Beach is not crowded nor rocky. The parking space had enough space for our vehicles which included 2 trucks, 1 SUV with a small enclosed trailer and 3 four door sedans. Not to mention a gate with a lock! Plenty of bathrooms! The patio space and the main kitchen are huge. A/C’s all in working condition. Beautiful balcony views. Very light vendor traffic. TWO things to note. I’m sorry ALL the bedrooms are upstairs, it wasn’t a problem for us but maybe something to keep in mind if one is not a fan of stairs. LASTLY stray dogs do wonder into the property at night. We caught them a few times in the trash. Again not a problem for us but they did startled us in the middle of the night. Definitely recommend Frank’s place.

It was a beautiful place. It was very spacious. There was plenty of room for the entire family. Great location. I felt very comfortable having the grandkids play, because we could keep an eye on them from the porch. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a perfect place for our family reunion! It was much more than even the photos and words described. Location is private and beautiful! My grandkids loved just running out the door to the beach. Host was super cooperative and responsive! We loved this place!

Great stay, everything was as advertised! The house was great, and the living room and kitchen were an especially nice place for everyone to gather. My kids and Grandkids enjoyed every minute and didn't want to leave.

Pictures don’t do this home justice! The view is absolutely beautiful, having your own private beach is a bonus especially when you just want to be at the water but not crowded by tons of people. Perfect for our family vacation especially with the littles. Will definitely book again if we make it to Puerto Peñasco for vacation!

Beach front view, plenty of space and just 15-20 mins away from town…you bet the best of both worlds, quiet and secluded, but yet still within distance to everything else…

Frank was very quick to answer any questions and provided all we needed for a fun week.
