Ideal for young children and their different families, since there are many separate bedrooms and bathrooms with showers, but they are close by, which allows for spending time together.

The place is very comfortable, quiet and very safe. We will return very soon.

I thank Jaime for his hospitality. It allowed us to gather my family for a special day (my mother-in-law's 70th birthday). The house was super spacious, very nice, comfortable, and the amenities offered were 100% as advertised. Large and beautiful spaces. Access through the Parkimovil app gives you freedom and flexibility when entering and leaving the residential development. I had the the best stay with Jaime! I was getting married in atlixco and for the safety we rented a couple houses in the complex for my family to stay so sometimes the passes to get in were a little overwhelming but Jaime made it so easy and was always reachable! My staywas amazing i recommended him to many people and will definitely come back!

We loved staying at Casa Monarca. We were 10 adults and 4 children. The pool temperature is very pleasant, the rooms are excellent. Plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is located in an excellent location with a lot of security and an Oxxo very close and within the same subdivision. The house was clean and exactly as described in the photos. Communication with Jaime and Margarita was very good at all times. They gave us recommendations and were always available to answer our questions. We would definitely come back to stay with them. A very practical, clean, spacious house to enjoy the subdivision and El Cristo Golf Club. The pool with warm water (I would have liked the water a little clearer), the attention of Jaime and Margarita was fast, very friendly and precise. My family and I really enjoyed it, I would definitely come back.

In general everything is fine, it matches the description, the place is nice and the hosts are very friendly, it is very hot and the beds are a bit uncomfortable in general, the refrigerators do not work very well, and for so many people an extra TV was needed to watch sports at night and for the children to watch a movie, but if the stay is short it is not a problem, the only thing is that a person arrived without warning an hour before departure and I think they should have just warned since most hosts do it for safety and respect, but everything is fine, thank you for receiving us

We had an amazing stay! The place is spacious and has many rooms, perfect for our big family gatherings. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. I was worried about how many towels we might need, but there were plenty. There are several fans in the house to keep it cool. The pool temperature was perfect and the kitchen had all the basics for a few days' stay. The location is quiet and very family-friendly. There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets and a movie theater just around the corner and the property is ideal for walking or jogging in the morning while enjoying the sunrise and beautiful views. There are also tennis courts available for a good game, and the golf course is in excellent condition for those who enjoy playing. Check-in was simple and with clear instructions, everyone had a great time! A big thank you to Jaime for making everything easy and welcoming.

A super well-located house inside El Cristo golf club, in a quiet area but at the same time close to downtown. The house has everything you need to spend a pleasant weekend with family or friends. The only thing missing is air conditioning. Although there are fans, the house and the rooms trap a lot of heat. Be prepared to cool off with something.

The stay is very pleasant, with total privacy. Access is super easy. With the instructions we received, we had no problem getting into the subdivision or the house, which is very comfortable, and the separate rooms were very functional for me. The heated pool is in perfect condition, very spacious, and its cover at night is fully functional. The barbecue area is very practical and very convenient for grilling meat. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were several fans, which were very helpful because it gets hot in the house. Perhaps two more are needed. The area is upscale with absolute privacy, very peaceful. You can rest very well. The shopping malls are very close to the house, and that makes it very convenient to go out and buy what you need in a short time. Super recommended for spending time with family or friends. It's great.

Many bumps in the road that week in Atlixco. Arrival delayed 2hrs due to a major highway accident. Lost iPhone on day 2. Day 3, credit card "decline" of major purchase (couldn't reach us on our LOST iPhone). Day 4 lost RayBans and swimwear. Day 6 involved in minor car accident. But... Thank goodness for Casa Monarco. Monarca was a safe place. Warm. Welcoming. Comfortable. Relaxing. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space for our party of 14 (including 5 children). All the "bumps in the road" were made bearable by a calming and well-maintained yard and pool. And, our host, family and staff made sure any questions were answered and all requests met on a timely basis. Our trip was to Atlixco. Casa Monarca made for greater memories. Many thanks to our host Jaime for making us feel more like family than guests. Blessings always.

The pool, garden, and dining area are big and perfect in case you go with a lot of people. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Excellent communication during the reservation and stay. The place is great. It's a super nice space for a family atmosphere, with a pool, garden, and a place to grill meat. My family and I had such a great time.
