This place is amazing - the views from the living room and both bedrooms are spectacular, the place is beautiful and very nicely decorated, and the private rooftop patio with easy access to the pool was wonderful. Very conveniently located across the street from a public beach, ferry to Isla Mujeres, convenience stores are downstairs and across the street, and it is on the main road that runs through the Hotel Zone (trade-off is that you can hear the traffic noises). Thomas was super responsive and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely stunning penthouse great for 4 people to share. Just across the street from Playa Tortugas so we took a trip over to Isla Mujeres very easy. The apartment is decorated wonderfully very nice full kitchen and wonderful amenities and most importantly the beds were very comfortable and the entire place very clean. Amazing views all around and the private rooftop balcony with jacuzzi bath tub overlooking the ocean and isla mujeres was a dream and our favorite thing about this apartment.

Absolutely breathtaking stay! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thomas was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We had a difficult time locating the property at first, but with Thomas’ attentive responses we quickly found our way. Playa Tortugas was a few steps across the street and the general area was easily walkable. Stunning views, stellar service from the apartment staff and great atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time enjoying the amenities of the complex. The accommodations were pristine and the bed was quite comfortable. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in the hotel zone of Cancún!

Great stay at Thomas' place! Loved the Red Bus stopping by constantly, and settling in was very easy. A little noisy with the road, but not really an issue. The view from the roof was amazing.

Thomas’ place is beautiful! He is a great and friendly host. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and a nightclub that was really fun! The place has a great view and is extremely comfortable and clean. There is a convenient store just below the building and is not too far from favorite tourist areas. This place was amazing! It had everything I could need, including some bottles of water in the fridge and some other things left out to make it feel like home. I would definitely stay here again! the views were incredible and the isla mujures ferry across the street is a plus. only negative thing I could say that it's a bit noisy when trying to sleep as it's on a busy road. I'm a light sleeper. Having said that is still go back. Thanks Thomas.

thomas was amazing. took us in last minute. this condo is beautiful, better than the pictures. perfect location. clean. all the amenities needed and more. if you need the perfect luxury clean condo space for your trip stay here. this was way better than our previous airbnbs. being from chicago its hard to impress and this impressed.

My son and I had a great trip celebrating his 7th birthday! The condo is beautiful and just as described. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and the ferry access to Isla Mujeres was an added bonus we hadn’t planned on doing but loved it. Oxxo’s close by came in handy for drinks and snacks. On the beach restaurants were so convenient. My son was so excited to use the private jacuzzi and roof top pool. Everyone at the building was welcoming and kind. We never felt unsafe. The only downside is there is quite a bit of road noise. This is at no fault of the owner and I didn’t feel right deducting a star for something that is not his fault. We downloaded an app that produced a fan and rain sound to mask some of that noise and we slept just fine. We would for sure book again!

This place is breathtakingly beautiful with a picturesque ocianview that can be seen from any of the windows in the room without trying. Thoughful touches throughout table setting, wine, chocolates, coffee, bottled water, and plenty of kitchen amenities. The icing on the cake is the private rooftop space with hot tub and a million dollar view of Cancún's skyline. Step out the private space onto the public rooftop to for access to the infiniti pool and a panaramic view that if you are out at the right times you can catch the sunset and sunrise. An instant repeat!

Great stay! Directly across from playa tortuga which is a great beach with restaurants and is also the port for the ferry to get to isla mujeres. The condo was clean and cute and convenient and felt pretty luxury with the roof top amenities. The home also had great cookware as well as spices and oils, such as PLUS!

Everything was excellent, we had no complications with the location, a beautiful view, it's an excellent place to relax, everyone in the building was very friendly, very quiet, and above all it's a very safe place, Thomas was attentive the whole time, it's worth the price, I highly recommend it!

We were very happy in Thomas' attic. The place was very nice and comfortable. We loved that downstairs from the building there was an Oxxo and a medical care venue, and across the street is the beach and dock to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The apartment has a private roof garden with a jacuzzi and there is also a pool for the use of the building that is very father and overlooking the sea. The services offered are spectacular, the apartment is super equipped from the kitchen, private laundry and the bedrooms. There are 3 large screens (living room and 2 bedrooms) with all the streaming services. The internet is very good. Having coffee every day in the mornings on the ocean view terrace was the best. We would highly recommend it, we will definitely be back ☺️

Very nice modern accommodation with everything you need, nice attention left(small bottle of wine, chocolate, bottle of water, ice cream ,etc.) Beautiful private and shared rooftop terrace, pity that the water was too cold. I recommend without hesitation!!

Thomas’s penthouse condo is a magical place! The interior is extremely aesthetically pleasing, with amazing amenities and beautiful views of the ocean. We felt like we were living in the lap of luxury while staying there. Everything from the location which was in the hotel zone and directly across from Los tortugas beach and the ferry terminal to isla mujeres to the beautiful rooftop veranda and hot tub was exceptional! I can’t recommend his enough, 10/10 stars! Thank you for hosting us Thomas we had an amazing time!

Amazing place to stay at!

Great luxury rental.

the scenery was beautifulto wake up to each morning. the place was super clean and smelled great. it was easy to find and there's lots of activities to do close by. port to isla mujeres is just across the street and few other activities we found on airbnb were in the area also. the area was quiet aside from traffic noises. getting into the airbnb was easy with the code. my only issue and no fault with the host but the receptionist not giving full information of what was needed and had me have to step out to my car 2 times. felt really redundant and not smooth at all.

Wow out stay was amazing ! The unit looks exactly like the photos but before even entering the home Thomas set the tone from the very beginning. Not only was he responsive, but he was also very helpful with transportation suggestions, and our smooth and detailed checkin was also seamless ! The location is great and a short distance from hotel zone via taxi. The best part of the home is the third floor with the private jacuzzi tub! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

Stayed here with my wife on our honeymoon. Clean home with helpful accessories like Alexa. Thomas was responsive and helpful. Close to tour bus pick ups and Isla Mujeres fairy dock. Will definitely book here again.

A truly fantastic place to stay! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit to Cancun, but it was all made that extra bit special when staying at Thomas' beautiful place!! Everything was as described and the photos don't do the view enough justice!! On a clear sunny day you could spend the whole day on the rooftop taking in the sights. The place is close enough to Cancun itself and the hotel zone for a stroll or a very quick taxi ride, but is nice and quiet in the evenings and night.

Excellent option to rest and very good view, definitely recommended.

Thomas is everything you could ask for in a host! Communication is top tier. Thomas is friendly, personable and very helpful! I asked for a few recommendations and he had suggestions every time. The place is beautiful and just like the pictures. Thomas went above and beyond helping me make this a special experience for my daughters “Golden “birthday “ Very clean. The views are exceptional! From everywhere… the bedrooms have beautiful views of the ocean and the rooftop is 360° of beauty. The penthouse is close enough to the hotel district that you could take a taxi. We rented a car and felt very safe having it at this property. If you’re wondering if you should book Thomas’s place or not, you better push the button before someone else gets it! I hope to be able to come back to Thomas’s penthouse for our future stays in Cancun.

This place is top notch. Not super large, but upscale and clean! The washer and dryer is great! Hot water, no problem for multiple people. Ferry right across the street for Isla Mujeres. Front desk is super helpful. The pool isn'tvery deep, and the hot tub isn't hot. more like a large bathtub with jets. But it is beautiful and private. GREAT VIEWS! The beds are sooooo comfortable. I actually took a picture of the mattress brand. The only thing is water pressure with flushing the toilets isn't the best, but welcome to Mexico! Definitely worth the price.

This was my First time in Mexico! And it was amazing ! Close to everything easy to get Uber and go anywhere Thomas was very helpful and quick to. Reply . The apartment was beautiful comfortable . I will def be coming back!

Thomas’s place was beautiful, even better than the pictures. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes from nice restaurants such as Taboo & RosaNegra. Also there’s a beach right across the street. I would definitely book again.

Thomas is a super host and the apartments’ view is beautiful. He is quick to reply to any messages and to offer assistance. The AC was not working for the first 2 1/2 days and he promptly sent techs to fix it. He also brought us a fan and offered a compensation. There was water in the fridge, a small bottle of wine and delicious candies. There was also bubbles for the jacuzzi. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, but everything else was great!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thomas's place is exactly as described, pictures are right on & it is even better when you see it in person! Thomas is a great host, we were chatting every couple of days during our stay. He is very responsive & sent us lots of recommendations for local attractions & activities. We had the PERFECT VACATION at Thomas's place, we'll definitely come back!

I can’t say enough about Thomas’ place. The view was honestly breathtaking. The condo was just as pictured - BEAUTIFUL. It was clean, smelled amazing(I even asked what diffuser he used) and in a wonderful location - only about 5 minutes from Hotel Zone “action” but we enjoyed the peace and quiet of being just a few minutes away. We were literally across the street from the beach. The rooftop pool and private jacuzzi are added bonuses and the views from the rooftop were stunning. There is also security 24/7 and they were very helpful. Thomas responded quickly to any question I had. If I visit Cancun again I would definitely look for his place first. 10/10!!

I rarely write reviews, but this place and Thomas are worth the time. Penthouse 360 was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. For someone who travels a lot, that’s saying something. The place was immaculate, had amazing views of the Crystal Blue waters of Isla Mujeres and plenty of more. Thomas is the most attentive and accommodating host I’ve ever experienced. Always responded quickly and would go the extra mile! I highly recommend this stay for everyone and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing stay Thomas!

I’ve been to Cancun 4 times prior but this trip was different and I was able to get a real local experience!! The apartment Thomas hosts is immaculate! So gorgeous so clean and the most amazing view of isla la mujeres and the playa del tortuga. Thomas so extremely accommodating and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay. I will be staying here again for my next venture to Cancun!!

Great view and a beautiful condo! Everything was exactly like post. Hot water worked and had pressure (not best but way better than the condo we came from that just had a drizzle that wasn’t enough to take shower! Me and my wife are already planning on coming back to stay In this beautiful condo!

Okay so I usually don't always leave a review but this place is absolutely incredible!!!!!!!! I can easily say this airbnb is the bestttttt!!!! airbnb I've ever been in & I've been in alot of airbnbs, 10000000% you will not be disappointed at all! and I cannot say Enough about Thomas he responds within 2 or 3 mins anytime of the day & was extremely helpful with anything that was needed. He goes Above & beyond to make sure you are enjoying your time. all my future trips to Cancun will definitely be in this one! I honestly don't think any airbnb in the area can match it. if you book this place just know you will have a spectacular time in Cancun! :)
