Clean and cozy! The beach is your backyard. It is rocky except for high tide. But the shell collecting is top notch. We visit Puerto Penasco a lot and have stayed all over … this place was a favorite. Get the beach massage! The only issue we experienced was the timed lock on the front door. Getting into the property was easy. But when we went back out to get our luggage the front door auto locked and we were unable to get back in. Our car keys and phones were all inside. We were eventually able to contact the host with another cell phone and the issue was resolved. We are very excited to return ASAP.

Our stay at this lovely home was so delightful! It was away from the hustle and bustle but has a security guard entering the homes which is nice, and its residential homes mainly to this side of RP. Our family loved all of the details of the home and all of the amenities it provided. We loved the decor, the shells, the Mexican artifacts, the lighting options. We loved that there are ceiling fans in every room and an AC unit in each also. It made it incredibly cool for the home and such a treat after the warmth and humidity of a Puerto Peñasco summer. We loved the towels to lay out on the beach, the chairs outside to admire the sunset and the full moon’s light glistening on the dark sea at night. It was beautiful! The grill was awesome to cook for ourselves and we enjoyed the puzzle and the few games available too. The tides varied a ton during our stay so we were able to enjoy a bit w/o the rocky parts, which there are quite a bit of in front of the home. But overall we loved!!

The house is clean, the views are incredible, and it's a very quiet area!

Beautiful home right on the beach! We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee on the back patio. Hearing the waves was so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderfully fully stocked better than most! We were able to cook, grill and even bake the whole time we were there. Our host even recommended local places since we were celebrating special occasions. We also were able to message him and he replied right away. This was a nice home right on the beach perfect for family -split floor plan, beautiful views… And it was definitely a short drive into town! Would definitely love to come here again!

This place will make you want to stay forever! Very comfortable, well designed, very clean and relaxing! Ample space and parking. Note the garage stays open but the area is very safe and there is a community guard to get into Las Conchas. Excellent bird watching too if you’re into that! Thank you to our hosts :)

We had an amazing stay in Rocky Point. The house is so pretty and super clean. Hosts are helpful and super responsive. The beach is right out your back door, Nice sand but there are rocks too. My teenagers loved it. Would recommend staying there. 5 ⭐️

It was an amazing place to stay the house was beautiful and so clean . We had the beach right out in back yard our family and I loved it we will be definitely be staying there again in the future. And the host were great responded right away and very friendly. would most definitely recommend for everyone to rent and stay here

We loved our stay in Alan's home! Beautiful & very comfortable home, beautiful views of the ocean, and right on the essentially private beach! Great location, easy access to shop & eat. Alan is an excellent and responsive host. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later for us! One side note, during our stay, the shower in the 2nd bathroom had much better water pressure than the master bath : ).

I'm so glad that I found this place for my first trip to Puerto Peñasco! It was even more beautiful in person and the entire family loved it. They had everything you could need and were very responsive. As for the tides you get the best of both worlds. Time to sit in and walk along the sand with the waves crashing in at high tide and opportunities to explore the tide pools along the rocks at low tide. We will definitely be staying here when we return.

Amazingly comfy home. Loved the inside. Amazing views from the couch and master bedroom. Absolutely loved the house. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the home more. Would 100% stay again.

Very beautiful house inside and outside. Loved the ocean views and walk down to the water. Has a shade (La Palapa), fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor seating. Master bedroom with a big window facing the Ocean. Highly recommend this house.

I’ve never stayed in the section before. I wish I would have known how rocky the beach was, especially with younger children. It was a little difficult. The house was cute very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable amenities were as described. The AC was nice and cold. I would book again if I were to come with adults only.

Wow, the view from the home was beautiful. Or it would have been, if I wasn’t so distracted by my hot wife to notice. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and boy did we! Thankfully all the rooms have ice cold A/C, cause we worked up quite a sweat. The home was spacious, comfortable, well decorated and stocked. The beach was dazzling and had countless shells. Very grateful to Alan for being such an excellent host. I don’t speak much Spanish, but the dazzling sunsets had my wife muy caliente to ready to leave our baby with the grandparents for the evening. If you need a home to romance your foxy witch sorceress of a partner, take her and enjoy the bounty of the fruit. Every time she bent down to pick up a shell, I had to call the arousal police, and demand a lawyer! Guilty as charged. I’m under arrest! In summary, if your wife is a radiant goddess, she’ll really shine here. Like a beam of moonlight through an enchanted kelp forest. Highly recommend.

Great place beach front

This is a very cozy and comfortable beach house. Perfect for playing games by the ocean. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

An amazing place to have stayed in. Very accessible to anything within a few minutes drive. The home was very accommodating to my family of 6. Did not need anything additional that I needed to take from my home to there (ex. Beach Chairs, umbrella). The host Alan was very hospitable. I for sure will book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the living spaces. The beach-themed décor added such a relaxing coastal vibe, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to watch the sunset from the patio and wake up to a beautiful sunrise right from the bedroom—absolutely magical. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great throughout our stay. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was very well equipped with all the pots, pans, and essentials you could ask for. What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches to make the stay even more enjoyable. things like a karaoke mic and even a kite (we didn’t get a chance to use it, but it was a lovely idea). Overall, you can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable house amazing area great host

We throughly enjoyed our stay here & will definitely be looking to stay again in the future! The location was perfect! Private enough to not have noisy neighbors, but a short drive to everything we needed. The beds were comfy & we liked that there were personal ACs in each room. We read previous reviews about the rocky beach at low tide & brought beach shoes, so our experience was perfect! Alan was a terrific host! Super responsive and helpful. We showed up a little early and he allowed us to check in so my 73 year old father wouldn't be in the heat. The quiet beach alone is a reason to come back. 100% would stay here again!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was nice and spacious, and had almost every amenity we could imagine except for a barbecue grill. The beds were comfy and the house felt cozy and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Great stay at Las Conchas. The home was nicely remodeled and well equipped. Plenty of beach chairs and beach shade was a big plus. Amazing views and a quiet beach. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I booked this home for our girls’ weekend. It was our first time in Puerto Peñasco, and we couldn’t have picked a better location! The neighborhood felt very safe and private. Walmart is 4 minutes away, and it is not a far drive from many great restaurants, cafes, or souvenir shops. What really stood out to me— there were so many cozy places to sit, lounge, and relax. We played card games at the dining table, we enjoyed watching TV on the spacious living room, and we drank coffee on the patio. We even took beach chairs to the tide pools early in the morning—- very peaceful. Will definitely book again!

Great location, very accommodating and helpful host. Had a blast with the family! Don’t forget your water shoes, if you do no worries, Walmart is 4 minutes away.

Such a great place to stay! Everything went perfectly. The beach has a lot of rocks so you’ll want to bring water shoes to explore the wildlife within them. At high tide midday, the beach is rock free and perfect to wade and sit in.

The house is gorgeous, clean, and so well-stocked with everything you may need. Very responsive owner. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Modern kitchen, great patio, gentle slope to the water. This particular time of the tide cycle, the rocks made it almost impossible to get in the water safely, so when we rent again, we will check out the tide chart first. Little details made our stay so comfortable and home-y. Love Las Conchas. We walked to get delicious burgers and pick up a few things at the mini-mart.

We were so glad we booked this house. It was even better than expected. Beautiful views of the ocean from huge windows of the house. Back porch is perfect for relaxing and the house is right on the beach! Our host provided everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend.
