I really love the place, it’s very relaxing, cleaned, everything was perfect except for the jacuzzi that only works at a specific time and I think it was around 9:00 pm. Which was too late for us to enjoy it.

Our stay at Jaco in Art's place was amazing. you are experiencing beautiful sunsets, wildlife, ocean sounds, and the list of activities that you could indulge in goes on. very convenient to visit Manual Antonio and Tortugero. El Miro was just 30 minutes away. proximity to Jaco main strip gives access to variety of restaurants. Will certainly be my base for next Costa Rica Trip. Not to mention the fantastic support locally from Antonio, who manages the property. He was ensuring our stay was perfect. Thank you Antonio. Keep the magic going .🥂

We had an amazing time at Art’s home. Antonio was an amazing host as well checking in with us and helping us find great things to do. Sat in the hot tub every afternoon and watched the sunset at the beach in the evenings. Local food was fantastic! Highly recommend. We came with 2 teenage girls and we all had a blast!!

Having been to Jaco a few times previously, this was our first stay at Art’s place. The property was beautiful, as described, and just steps from the beach. Antonio, the co-host, was awesome in every way during our stay. Antonio was always available and responsive regarding insight and suggestions on local restaurants and activities. A few suggestions which would make our five star review even better; provide bathroom hand towels, kitchen towels, dish rack, and a “no parking sign” on the garage door. A few decorative items throughout the house would enhance the home’s coziness.

Great location, responsive host and steps from the beach. It was exactly as described. The hot tub wasn't hot but still was used as a wading pool. Definitely would recommend this spot as it is only a 10min walk away from the business strip in Jaco but provides a quiet escape to relax near the beach. Super easy to catch beautiful sunsets too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve traveled all over the world, and Antonio is hands-down the best host I’ve ever come across. He’s incredibly responsive, genuinely welcoming, and has endless resources to make your trip seamless. Through Antonio, you can easily book tours and just about anything you’d want to do while you’re there. The property itself is amazing—but when you pair a great place with an even better host, that’s the recipe for an unforgettable vacation. I usually stay in South Jaco, but this has officially become my new favorite place. I’ll absolutely be back.

Great place! Steps from the beach and walkable to restaurants and bars!

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .
