There is a lifeguard station directly in front of the house for added safety.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve traveled all over the world, and Antonio is hands-down the best host I’ve ever come across. He’s incredibly responsive, genuinely welcoming, and has endless resources to make your trip seamless. Through Antonio, you can easily book tours and just about anything you’d want to do while you’re there. The property itself is amazing—but when you pair a great place with an even better host, that’s the recipe for an unforgettable vacation. I usually stay in South Jaco, but this has officially become my new favorite place. I’ll absolutely be back.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

We enjoyed Art’s place! Antonio was very helpful and recommended lots of things to do. He was very attentive and very responsive to any questions that we may have had. The beach front property was such a beautiful view to see, especially during the sunset. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend others to stay here.
