Excellent accommodation. It is very nice and comfortable, an excellent option in Acapulco. The location is prime and the host is very friendly and hospitable.

Beautiful location! Quiet and perfect for families looking to stay away from busy downtown area. Felt safe the entire time with staff and security around the clock. Being able to step outside and have the pools and beach in just a few steps was amazing, especially with little kids! Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for our group. The lady who comes and cooks and cleans is very nice and would recommend. The inside is outdated. It does need some upgrades and maintenance. Our private pool was dirty, we did not use it. The TV and remote downstairs was also very slow. We did encounter some bugs but understand it’s due to the location. You are really paying for the location and the proximity to the beach and that alone we would stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable, and the service and attention of Oli, the person who cleans and cooks, is excellent. It is a very quiet place. We really enjoyed the pools. The beach is a few steps away and the view is amazing.

We had a family vacation with children aged 2 and 6, and we enjoyed it very much! The dining area on the outdoor terrace, the small private hot tub, the direct access to the garden and the pools, and the beach just a short walk away with breathtaking views were wonderful for enjoying a few very comfortable days of relaxation with the kids. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos; the condominium is small in scale (a big plus for us), it is well maintained, and it feels safe and quiet at all times. Poli, the lady who helps with cooking and cleaning, is lovely, discreet, and extremely helpful; it's really worth it to have her cook breakfast and lunch. The host, Liliana, was always very accessible and quick in all interactions. I would also like to highlight that she was extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful when we had a situation that made our departure logistically difficult, which we greatly appreciated, especially since we were traveling with children. Thank you very much! Looking forward to returning soon!!
