The location of the villa is great, and I want to acknowledge that the co-host was very responsive. The two ladies responsible for the property were also extremely kind, helpful, and did their best to assist whenever issues arose. However, unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price we paid. From the beginning, there were several problems that affected our stay. There was no hot water, no toilet paper upon check-in, and the internet connection was extremely weak and unreliable. The internet issue was only fixed on the fourth day, after multiple follow-ups. On one of the days, we had no water at all, which was only resolved later in the evening when we returned to the villa. While the issues were eventually addressed, they should not happen at this price point. The property clearly needs significant maintenance, and it does not feel fair that all cleaning, maintenance, and problem-solving seems to fall on just two staff members. The owner needs to do a better job

Great communication, very responsive. The place needs some maintenance and the communal space (kitchen and dinning) was a bit smaller than we expected for our group.

The stay was great, the whole check-in and check-out process was excellent. Delighted, I would definitely come back. As a matter of fact, some showers did not have enough water and very little water falls, it is something that can be resolved, otherwise everything 10/10 with the accommodation.

well she didn't have the washer and dryer working and the water heater wasn't working and those things are very important for our vacation

Pictures match the place exactly. Very easy to communicate with Elizabeth and her team. Disappointed that the fridge and washer/dryer were broken during our stay, but we made do. There wasn’t a lot that we needed to do for check out, which was very much appreciated.

We loved staying in this area and the airbnb felt cozy and at home! perfect space for all 6 of us. Great location close to some amazing restaurants and night life and small distance by car to all the key areas. Su and her team were extremely easy to communicate with and always very friendly!

We had a great stay! The airbnb was beautiful. The location is very close to the town center which allowed us to visit many places and restaurants. There was a few issues with some amenities but nothing that would ruin our stay.

every father near the archaeological ruins is a nice quiet place some things were missing at home but they tried to fix it at the moment, they have repellent too many mosquitoes the common areas very good pool, billiards

This Airbnb was AMAZING! We could not recommend it highly enough! It was so spacious, beautifully decorated, relaxing surroundings and the private plunge on rooftop was a huge bonus! Thanks for Elizabeth and the staff team for all tips and for amazing attention!

Elizabeth’s Airbnb is in a great location and is a short 3 minute drive to the entrance to the Tulum ruins as well as the road where all the beaches are. The place itself is very comfortable and I felt at home right away. It has air conditioning units in each bedroom as well as in the living and dining room and the apartment stayed at a comfortable temperature even on the hottest days.

Elizabeth has a nice townhome and is extremely receptive when needed. We had arrived at another apartment in Tulum and discovered it was nothing like the listing. Luckily Elizabeth's place was available and we were able to change our reservation. Her place and prompt communication saved our vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay.
