The fully furnished kitchenette includes a refrigerator, blender, and coffee maker. A dining table seats six, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends.

The house spans three levels:

• First level: Kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, and a back garden perfect for relaxing, enjoying a drink, or barbecuing local foods.
• Second level: Tulum-style bedrooms.
• Third level: Small living room/open space with direct access to the private rooftop pool.

A parking spot is available inside the complex, right in front of the house.

Natural Surroundings

Wake up to birdsong and the fresh breeze of the jungle. You may encounter butterflies, geckos, ants, and mosquitoes. While efforts are made to minimize their presence, these creatures are part of Tulum’s authentic charm.

Utilities

Water and electricity are limited and costly in the area. Occasional brief interruptions may occur but are quickly resolved. Guests are encouraged to conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use to help protect the environment and avoid extra charges.

Drainage System

Tulum’s drainage connects directly to the aquifer feeding the cenotes and jungle. Please do not flush paper or foreign objects in the toilets; use the provided bins instead. This simple action helps preserve the water quality and natural environment.

Development

Tulum is still growing, and light daytime construction noise may be heard occasionally. However, evenings remain peaceful, allowing you to enjoy quiet nights under the jungle sky.
