We had a wonderful family experience. From our arrival, Alejandro, the host, explained to us step by step how to enter the residential development, which turned out to be very safe, super nice, quiet and clean, just like the house. Alejandro personally welcomed us with exceptional kindness, providing us with access and giving us a complete tour to explain every corner, in addition to surprising us with a welcome gift and allowing us to extend our check-out time at no additional cost. The property is large. In addition, we were able to park two vehicles without any problem. The pool has super crystal clear and very clean water, and we really enjoyed the beach that is within the residential development, perfect for watching the sunrise.

From the beginning, we had very good communication. Alejandro welcomed us personally, showed us the entire house, and gave us a bottle of wine. They also allowed us to stay longer than allowed the next day AT NO EXTRA COST. We will definitely come back. He is very attentive and we loved the place!

We loved the stay. It was super safe. We spent hours playing and enjoyed the slide, the board games, and the wading pool, which was perfect for the little ones. And of course, don't miss the access to its private beach 🤍. Without a doubt, one of the best views we've ever had.

Beautiful house, perfect for large groups. We were a family of 16 people. The house was super spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool area and the game room made the stay fun. Alejandro's service was great. He was always attentive to what we needed. He was thoughtful enough to meet us at the restaurant where we were eating before check-in and brought us a discount coupon as a courtesy. When we arrived at the house, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine. When we checked out, we stayed a couple of hours longer at no extra charge. He was super approachable. We will definitely return!!!!

Alejandro was an excellent host: friendly, attentive and always willing to help and resolve any situation during our stay. However, I think it's important for future guests to know that the house is not in the condition shown in the published photos. The premises are quite deteriorated and require extensive maintenance. In addition, the cleaning upon our arrival was poor; we even had to do an initial cleaning, and the next day, Alejandro sent staff again to do a second cleaning. I appreciate your willingness to address the issue, but I believe that these types of situations should not arise when receiving a property. In my opinion, the actual condition of the house does not justify the price currently charged.

We were delighted with our stay. From the first moment, the hosts made us feel very welcome with warm, close, and totally personalized attention. They had an incredible touch by giving us the inflatable for the pool, even though it normally has an additional cost, which was a gesture that we appreciated very much. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of rosé wine and some delicious complimentary cookies, a touch that made our experience even more special. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and with all the necessary amenities to enjoy it to the fullest. The pool was spotless and in perfect condition, as were the rest of the facilities. Another big plus is that it has access to a very nice beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a spectacular view. That access definitely made our stay even more special. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. You can tell they care...

Our stay at the property was amazing from the moment we were welcomed. Alejandro was very nice to us and was attentive even before we booked. He answered all our questions right away and had nice touches, like giving us a complimentary wine and letting us arrive 2 hours early at no extra cost. We got together for a birthday and we liked it so much that when we were about to leave, we asked if we could stay the whole day. They agreed, and they were super friendly. We extended our stay until sunset for a nominal fee. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful and spacious the house is. It has absolutely every amenity, and the pool is huge. We are very happy to have found this place and Alejandro as a host. We recommend them without a doubt and hope to return very soon!

Staying at this place is highly recommended. Alejandro was 100% helpful, both through messages, responding to them every time he was busy, and in person. The cleanliness of the house as well as the amenities shown in the photos, 10 points, really. There was a lot of flexibility from Alejandro, both at check-in and check-out, and we were able to enjoy a little more than what was arranged. The house is in a very accessible location for many places that can be visited. We'll be back again soon!!!

The house has super easy access and everything is very close in case of any emergency shopping, such as Oxxo, which is 200 meters away. Excellent stay at the house. Since there was no previous guest the day I arrived, I was allowed to arrive much earlier than stated in the app. They welcomed us with a gift, gave us very clear directions to the house, and gave us a tour of the house before checking in. If you had any issues, you could send a message and they would respond very quickly. They were always attentive. The house was very spacious, superbly equipped, and highly recommended if you want to spend a few days with your family at home.

We had a problem with the air conditioning, but it was resolved immediately, and that was valuable. The house was beautiful and clean, the pool was very comfortable, there was parking for 2 cars, we had towels, and the host was always available. It has the added bonus of having a mini store inside the house, and we didn't need to go to the Oxxo. The house is perfect for enjoying and not going out. There is a restaurant outside the subdivision. Everything is very close. Recommend it 10/10. I'll be back 🙂‍↔️

Alejando is a good host. He was always attentive to our arrival. When we arrived at the house, he helped us with the entrances and gave us a tour, showing us the place and explaining the rules. The house has an excellent layout, the beds are comfortable, there were clean towels, and the pool water was clean. There are lots of board games and a foosball table. The house is very central, and you can go out to buy things. Or, if you prefer, Alejandro leaves a mini oxxito, so you can avoid going out. We would definitely go back again.

The place is amazing and has excellent amenities and privacy. Access to the development is inconvenient, and they ask for IDs and photos of your vehicle, but I understand it's for security reasons. It is essential to have a vehicle to get there because it is on the edge of the city. However, it is worth the price paid for the house, which is very, very nice.

The pool always had hot water, and the kids love that because they can get in at any time since it is a private pool. The residential complex is very safe, and you feel at ease with the family. The house is equipped to be a place of rest and fun that will make you not want to leave. In terms of location, it's quite far from the tourist areas of Veracruz, but I don't think the point of renting this place is to go sightseeing. The development has an OXXO store inside, which is fantastic, and direct access to the beach. Getting into the development is a bit of a hassle because they ask for ID, call the owner, and check your trunk. It's tedious, but at the same time, it gives you the peace of mind that it's a very safe place. The pool and the pool table need a bit of maintenance, but I'm sure these comments were made at check-out, and assurances were given that proper maintenance would be provided. Despite everything, it's a perfect place to forget about everything and have a great time. I ended up extending my stay by two nights because we felt so comfortable there. It will definitely be my preferred place to stay every time I come back to Veracruz.

We had an excellent stay. Alejandro Jr. and Alejandro Sr. were very attentive, friendly, and always helpful hosts; they resolved any issues, such as the one with the showers, immediately, which we really appreciated. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: it is comfortable, functional, and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, especially for resting after a busy day. We appreciated the excellent rest, and the pool area is definitely the best: the water was very clean, they have a slide, inflatables, lounge chairs, and everything you need to enjoy it. My son had an amazing time. As an area for improvement, we suggest paying a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, as we noticed a slight, not-so-pleasant odor. Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience. We left very happy, and we would definitely recommend it and would come back.

Excellent place, very good for relaxing as a family

The accommodation is really great; the pool is private and huge, with a Jacuzzi and various amenities. But what made my stay worthwhile was the level of service provided by Alejandro and his son, who were always attentive and helpful with everything we needed. They even supported us before we arrived and made it easy for us to get into the residential complex, where they were waiting for us to take us to the door of the house. You don't see that at other accommodations anymore. He was flexible and gave us extra hours to enjoy the house at no cost, which definitely made it worth it. I recommend it 100%

Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had a somewhat chilly weekend, but fortunately, the indoor pool has a heating system, which allowed us to enjoy it to the fullest. We came with a person in a wheelchair, and they were able to move around the entire ground floor very easily, and there is also a ramp in the pool area. We hope to be back soon!

The kitchen was superbly stocked with lots of appliances; you don't have to bring anything—even a special oven for pizzas is provided. It has a very well-equipped play area with a foosball table, an air hockey table, and an Xbox. Pool view to keep an eye on my little ones. In the TV room, they have lots of movies and a sofa bed that is super comfortable. The service provided by the host, Alejandro, and his son makes it even more appealing, as it is personalized, attentive, and helpful. We took advantage of their dining recommendations and all their courtesies. It is definitely a Descanso Resort that we would return to.
