This place was better than expected. The view and location are hard to beat. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, including some chairs and towels for the beach. When we make it back to Playa Flamingo, this will be our first choice!
It was excellent, the place is very nice and spacious, the view is beautiful, and the house is very well equipped. We felt right at home!!
We stayed at Vicky’s place for two weeks. It was lovely and just as described. We have seven people in our family ranging in age from 14 to 48. There was ample room for everyone! The semi-private beach was perfect for those of us wanting peaceful beach time - with another public beach a short walk away for those wanting bigger waves. Several restaurant choices are just a short walk away, as well. The location itself is quiet (at the end of a road) and serves as a perfect home base. It allows easy access for day trips in the area and larger communities nearby. There is a full service grocery store 2km down the road where you can find everything from basic staples, medicines, fresh produce and traditional foods. Vicky was an extremely responsive and accommodating host! Cleaning services were top-notch. We would definitely stay there again! It is one of the best, most true-to-description AirBnBs we’ve found around the world.

Perfect location in Flamingo and you can’t beat the view! We’ve stayed here before and always look forward to coming back.
We could have sat on the balcony, watching and listening to the waves and the birds for days on end! The location is ideal, on an almost private beach, and a close walk to a larger beach for walking and waves. Vicki is a first rate host, always very responsive and ready to assist. While we loved the peace and quiet, we greatly valued being able to walk to a market, restaurant, even a marina for boating! Everything was really quite perfect.
The condo had perfect accommodations for our group. Very spacious living room/dining room, amazing porch and view. Beds are very comfortable! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. So many restaurants in walking distance, shopping, catamaran/ fishing tours leave from the marina. Main playa flamingo beach in walking distance. Easy drive to Tamarindo and las Catalinas. Vicki was helpful, responsive, and friendly leading up to and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!
Vicky's condo has the best views imaginable. It is walkable to two beaches and to everything at the marina. Strongly recommend!
Vicky's Villa is a true reflection of what is advertised on the page, it has all the amenities needed to have an excellent stay, from its balcony you can see a spectacular landscape of the sea. My family and I are delighted with this Villa. Vicky the host is a wonderful person willing at all times to guide you and make it easy for you in everything you need. We look forward to being back soon.
This was our second time staying in Vicky’s condo. We absolutely love the location and the views. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We can’t wait until our next visit!

Vicky’s place is nice with an amazing balcony and view of private beach. Location is great, lots of things to do and restaurants to eat nearby (we recommend Surfbox and El Tiki). The beds are very comfortable! There is a hallway window that looks into the third bathroom; the window cannot be seen through during the day as it’s reflective, but can be seen through at night so be cautious of that if taking a shower! The private beach is nice, but we opted for going a little ways down the public beach to rent a large tent and chairs which was very enjoyable! On our last day, we went out to breakfast and came back to a cleaning lady inside performing the checkout cleaning service. We were surprised to see her there as we were not warned of her visit or that someone would be entering the condo while we were not there. We also felt a little rushed to leave before the checkout time. Overall, our experience was good.

Thanks for your feedback. I apologize for the maid coming early. We just finished a remodel and weren’t aware that the window treatment had been removed but will address it immediately!
We loved our stay! Recommend it to anyone looking for a place to spend sometime overlooking the beach.

This space was amazing for our month long stay and had everything we needed including a full kitchen, floaties and towels for the private beach that is right out the back door. Fast and reliable WiFi. It is the perfect location in playa flamingo walking distance to restaurants although we did rent a golf cart for some further exploring to other beaches in the area. Vicky was easy to reach and so helpful! There was a housekeeper who came weekly and did a wonderful job. An absolutely wonderful trip!!

This condo has views you won’t believe with your own eyes. The private beach is an oasis. The space is large and has parking. There is some construction in the marina nearby that made it difficult to find at first but it did not ruin our trip at all. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.
