We stayed at Vicky’s place for two weeks. It was lovely and just as described. We have seven people in our family ranging in age from 14 to 48. There was ample room for everyone! The semi-private beach was perfect for those of us wanting peaceful beach time - with another public beach a short walk away for those wanting bigger waves. Several restaurant choices are just a short walk away, as well. The location itself is quiet (at the end of a road) and serves as a perfect home base. It allows easy access for day trips in the area and larger communities nearby. There is a full service grocery store 2km down the road where you can find everything from basic staples, medicines, fresh produce and traditional foods. Vicky was an extremely responsive and accommodating host! Cleaning services were top-notch. We would definitely stay there again! It is one of the best, most true-to-description AirBnBs we’ve found around the world.

We could have sat on the balcony, watching and listening to the waves and the birds for days on end! The location is ideal, on an almost private beach, and a close walk to a larger beach for walking and waves. Vicki is a first rate host, always very responsive and ready to assist. While we loved the peace and quiet, we greatly valued being able to walk to a market, restaurant, even a marina for boating! Everything was really quite perfect.

The condo had perfect accommodations for our group. Very spacious living room/dining room, amazing porch and view. Beds are very comfortable! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. So many restaurants in walking distance, shopping, catamaran/ fishing tours leave from the marina. Main playa flamingo beach in walking distance. Easy drive to Tamarindo and las Catalinas. Vicki was helpful, responsive, and friendly leading up to and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Vicky’s place is nice with an amazing balcony and view of private beach. Location is great, lots of things to do and restaurants to eat nearby (we recommend Surfbox and El Tiki). The beds are very comfortable! There is a hallway window that looks into the third bathroom; the window cannot be seen through during the day as it’s reflective, but can be seen through at night so be cautious of that if taking a shower! The private beach is nice, but we opted for going a little ways down the public beach to rent a large tent and chairs which was very enjoyable! On our last day, we went out to breakfast and came back to a cleaning lady inside performing the checkout cleaning service. We were surprised to see her there as we were not warned of her visit or that someone would be entering the condo while we were not there. We also felt a little rushed to leave before the checkout time. Overall, our experience was good.
